It was a very pleasant experience. There were great amenities. It was very clean. Our grandson spent many hours in the pool and at the playground. We loved the frozen yogurt.

Staff was friendly and certainly accommodating, however the location is not as convenient as we initially expected. We chose the site based upon the name- Redmond / Central Oregon- only to discover at it is located 20+ miles north of Redmond. Our plans for the week consisted of events located in Bend and Sisters, which made for long commutes each day.

The store and all amenities were much improved from years past. I was disappointed in the pad size. Not enough room(gravel area?) to put out a patio mat due to instructions to not cover grass that was actually more weeds and dirt and unmowed.

We stayed in the main tiny home on site. It was filthy. My kids even found a fake press-on nail in their bed. My husband and I had to clean the cabin upon arrival. The bbq was entirely out of propane and we lost all power twice. The pool was covered in bees, and my son got stung by a bee while swimming in the pool.

The campsites are a little closer together than other KOAs. Bathroom cleaning time was inconvenient, 9-10am, especially on Sunday when many people were getting ready to leave, it was very inconvenient! A better time would be the hour after check out.

We love staying with you guys every single time! We love the people who work there and always meet new friends (as well as run into old friends) ! We live in Redmond and we tell everyone that we talk to about you guys and our stays there! Highly recommend it to ALL!!!! We'll be seeing you soon ���

Female staff was great and very personable. Our tent site was very clean. The fire pit grill was top notch and was great to cook on and enjoy the evening fire. The washroom/shower was clean and comfortable. Didn’t use the pool, but it appeared clean and people seemed to be enjoying it.

I thought it was good. The pool was fabulous. Breakfast and ice cream social was an unexpected treat. I noticed a lot of the playground equipment was damaged though. One of the horseshoe pits was broken, a bench had a piece of wood hanging from the bottom, and the geodome climber was broken in the center. This is a safety hazard for the children. I want to see the teepee next time.

Stayed in a cabin for the first time and it was wonderful! The AC was a game changer for a central oregon stay in August. The food they have is really good and the Glow light parade is one of my favorite things they do!

The facilities were clean and in good working order. The shop was open late and was well stocked. The tent site had a nice lawn, picnic bench, fire pit and shade trees. Pretty nice spot to camp.

This was our first time staying in a KOA. My husband and I we were both pleasantly surprised! We were greeted with a smile. We were given all of the information that we could possibly need. There were a lot of activities going on for the kids, which made both of us smile, the whole time we were there. we definitely will stay in KOA again sometime.

Morning bathroom cleaning hours should be later in the morning or afternoon. I had to set an alarm just to get to the bathroom before they closed. That's not a vacation.

Always consistently good. RV pull thru sites have improvements and maintenance, they are in great shape. Your office people are helpful and make our stay very easy and fun.

Awful, the spot we were in was so unlevel that we didn't have enough levelers to even come close to leveling our motorhome. There were goat head stickers everywhere. The bathrooms were filthy.

The room had a terrible chemical smell. The insulation inside was exposed, not all of the lights worked and the door didn't lock. We did not feel safe so we left and had to find another room late at night. We were very unhappy and actually would like to get a refund for the awful experience.

Well all the staff were great but the best in my opinion is aumbery she’s so energetic and nice and sweetie and funny and caring and huggable and loves hugs and made me super freaking happy every time I spoke to her

The site next to us was a long term stay site and they did not have their sewer hose hooked up correctly, so we unfortunately spent most of the time in our RV due to the smell of sewer. This was reported to the office they said "we will send her a message" they did not even ask what spot we were in! No, the problem was not resolved, reported again, the office stated, "she said she fixed it."

This is the third year in a row that we have brought our Granddaughters here. The noise level was worst this year than it was last year. I think it has more to do with the overall attitude of individuals these days. On the up side, our Granddaughters loved the pool, the ice cream social, and the 'all you can breakfast', plus the hunt for 'pebble puppies' is always a hit for them.

The campsite is simple & clean. Tent sides aren’t huge but big enough but offer no privacy. The whole campground had a slight grade to its ground so the tent sites aren’t on exactly flat ground. But again flat enough. The washroom facilities are in good condition & clean. We used it as a jumping off point for Bend & it worked well for that purpose.

Second time we’ve stayed there, this time we stayed 2 nights. We brought our granddaughter and she enjoyed the kid activities and the pool. Only down was the yellow jackets in the pool area. Staff are great, too!

Filthy shower floor and the shower curtain has not been washed in months. I reserved a full hook up site, I didn’t get it. When I went to inquire about it the lady at the counter gave me an attitude like I was lying, saying that she had to check on it. She changed my site… And $35 for a pizza??

A little off the beaten path but overall have had a great holiday weekend here. Plenty to do for kids and adults both inside and out of the park. Staff has been outgoing and fantastic to work with. Plenty of planned Parkwide activities for the holiday. This park will be going near the top of our list for camping in this area. They've got TeePees and cabins but we brought our RV so I cannot report on any of the rooms. Heated pool is definitely a plus,even if it does not offer a shaded area.
