Very cool spot to stay and camp. The staff were very nice and helpful. Nice amenities and cool stuff for the kids to do. It wasn’t the cleanest we’ve ever seen, but when we’re camping we don’t expect things to be sparkling. Overall, super cool!

Very friendly helpful workers. Men's showers need maintenance. 4 showers, only 1 fully functional. One out of order, one door off rail and won't open, one no latch on door, one fully functional. Shower hot and cold plumbed backwoods. Outside sink plumbed backwards.

I really enjoyed the peacefulness of being out in the country. I also really appreciate the office and store being open late in the in the evening.

Great staff, well kept facility for its age. New firepits and tables. Washhouse has upgraded fixtures and is clean. The store is has everything you need.

The staff was very friendly during our stay..In the store multiple people were willing to help or look for items. If you you like the outdoors there's a lot of activities within driving distance. There were plenty of activities for the family, Not a lot of privacy in RV lots but to be expected. The facility was clean and everything was in working order. Great base-camp area for outdoor activities.

Very friendly staff, clean and well kept grounds. Nice, quiet area although being the off-season probably contributed to the serenity. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 was that there was no hot water in the showers when I used the bath house. I didn't get a chance to notify the staff and was not sure if this was a maintenance issue or just an overall plumbing problem.

I’ve been staring at this KOA for many years and it just keeps getting better. It’s so well cared for, everything is clean and kept up. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It feels like home when I pull in.

I use this KOA as a one night pit stop while traveling Hwy 97, will continue doing so. Need to get the long term residents to keep there spaces cleaner. There was one in particular that had an over abundance of dog fescues. Hope that things improve.

Wonderful campground. Friendly helpful hosts. The campground has many things to do right at the camp. Pool, playground, store, showers. Beautiful views, nice sized shaded, metal fire rings. Near many attractions, kayaking, rock climbing, hikes, town eatery’s and shopping.

My stay this time was a one night return home to Hines Oregon from The Dallas Oregon following providing facilitator of a funeral. We can always find KOA safe, clean and welcoming.

Space 26 sewer connection is too far back in this space and on an incline making it very difficult to drain.

Very poor customer service we had a guest show up and we were unloading a few items then they were going to park in overflow two guys show up and berate us because we didn't have them go to overflow as my mother is handycapped

Everyone was very friendly, however the cabin (blue house in the back) was very old, run down and dirty. The description on your website didn't match the cabin. It would be helpful to post pictures of the inside of the cabin online instead of having people go off the verbal description. I wouldn't have booked had I known that was the quality I was purchasing. My kids loved the playground

Thank you! It was a winter stay so a little windy and cold. Bathrooms were excellent but everything else was closed. A little far from attractions but seemed good for those folks who were commuting or traveling thru. It was Spring break and no other kids which was a bummer for my grandchildren. I think it would be a fun place in the summer with the pool and all. The staff was excellent!

I arrived, and the cabin was beyond filthy; it was dangerously unkempt. I was greeted by a pile of cigarette butts and ash on the front steps and the inside was so dusty. There was glass all over the floor. I spent an hour cleaning it and told the receptionist at the front who just stared at me blankly. My feet were cut and my cats could have been severely injured or died from the broken bottles.

Easy to find, right off Highway 395. It was tight to get into the driveway (short brick wall, which has shown a few people did not make the turn successfully with a big rig). We have a 45-foot Prevost with crew cab GMC Sierra Pickup in tow (73 feet long). This is strange as the gravel roadway to the office is a lane highway width. Navigating around the small park, was easy with big rig.

With campground half empty, we were assigned the worst possible site; not level, low tree branches, hook-ups in middle of site.

It was a good experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating allowing is to change our travel plans to arrive and depart earlier than originally scheduled. Easily accessible off of the main highway. The grounds are well maintained.

Overall or stay was good. The only complaint we would have is we stayed in the large cabin which is more like a house or tiny house it was very drafty and the heater barely was adequate to keep it warm but other than that we loved everything that came with the cabin and the price was on point.

Pups and I wanted to get out and enjoy 1 last tent camping experience for the year before the temps turned too chilly and the weekend in October was just pristine with 74°. When I had asked a coworker who lives in Culver her thoughts on this spot she kinda just gave me a 'eh, it's ok' shrug and look and tried to find somethings to say about it. The reviews mentioned about all the burrs in the pups 🐾 🐾 around the camper sections, welp, they are pretty much all over the place. The tent camping, thankfully, there were only 3 different tenters, otherwise, I wouldn't want to be here when each spot is filled up, the quarters are tight and there really isn't any defining area to provide a get-away feel. Also, the tenting area is right by the store, which is great for bathroom convenience, but the lights on all night could disturb one's sleep if they don't have a way to cover their eyes. Altho summer hours with all the perks were done for the season, if you're a kid, there were still some things they could do for fun, 1 seemed to be the playground was always with kids and they played together a lot which was good to hear them get along great. There were horseshoe pits but ya could see they'd not been used in some time. The volleyball net was down, but again, could be a summer thing. There's a treasure sifting thing that seemed interesting to find certain rocks or gems and some kids rented these funky pedal low rider vehicles that they quickly gave up on cuz mum kept having to push them to get them going. As for nature, however, we tried to get out to do more than just walk around the campsite a lot, but it's so full of the burrs, it wasn't enjoyable for my 2 big pups. We're hikers and explorers but this isn't the spot for that. So we just chilled, read and rested and since it was quiet due to the time of year, it was nice. The staff is all super friendly and helpful, coming around to give puppy pets and homemade puppy jerky, brought over firewood, helped with great convo to spend some time. If I were a kid, I bet summertime is great with the ice cream social, the pool, and even more kiddos with whom to play. If you're an adult who wants to just come out end of season to just chill, this might fit the bill. The other 2 tenters, they were just passing thru and that seemed to work well for them for the 1 night stay. Oohh, the doggie area. Eh, it's a place for them to be off-leash to do their business, but just like anywhere, it's the others that don't pick up after their critters that dismantles the good vibes. The area is tiny, not shaded, altho they put up a sunscreen over the seated area, and even tho not as many, it has the burrs, too.

I was blown away by the friendliness of the staff and the amount of activities and amenities. There were nightly ice cream socials, a $6 breakfast piled high, pizza delivered to the campsite, a fully-stocked store, a clean pool, nice playground, and trash was dumped regularly. This isn't a ritzy place, but they sure do care about the experience and we will be back.

We stopped here on a cross country trip. Wifi and other services good. Enjoyed the 12$ breakfast which includes chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy, eggs,sausage pancakes and hash browns. Safe family friendly campground. Close to state parks , out in the wilderness but 20 minutes from a walmart. Would recommend.
