It seemed to be run down. Also seemed not to have enough help. Pretty Views.with the bay. Couldn't use pool as kids and loud music. This park seems to be only for kids so it changed our mind about koas.

Have stayed several times. We will be back. The park is beautiful & well kept. The bay is so peaceful. Only one suggestion..please put up some sort of awning for shade in the dog park. Over a picnic table would be good. Dog parents need a little shade while our pets play.

Friendliest staff out of any KOA or any campgrounds I have been too and we go camping a lot. Cabins are super clean and my dog loves he gets to go and play in the dog park.

I used to go to KOA as a kid in the 90s. We would travel all around the US and stay there on our trips. I wanted to provide the same for my family as my dad did for me and my brother. KOA has never let me down from having a good time. And still remains that way. We cant wait for our next trip!

I just feel that it’s not equipped enough for handicapped wheelchairs. Especially the bay front area, a person with a wheel chair is not able to go down the slope. I also had called and email with a ant problem in our area, no one came.

Enjoyed our stay. Had a good time, and you always have activities for the kids. I called to see if we could bring our own golf cart and was told NO, but during our stay seen 2 others people with there own golf carts riding around. So was disappointed about that. We stayed in the Yurt because no cabins available. It would be nice if you added water up at that site.

The staff were great and always helpful and accommodating. The campground is kept well manicured and clean. Really loved the pool. The views of the water are especially nice. It was very windy during our stay and am unsure if this is just part of being on the Gulf. Our site was in the shade of the trees and had a view of the water. We would definitely recommend this campground.

Perfect. The weather was nice being on the bay with a breeze usually present. We found another restaurant in the area which we really enjoyed. We stayed with friends and all,of us had a great time.

This was our first time ever staying at a KOA site. We were recommended by friends that use it wherever they go. We are so glad we decided to stay! We stayed in one of the cabins and our kids loved it! We had a great view of the bay and plenty of room. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed the hot tub.

Nice rv park but lots are extremely close to each other. Posted speed limit is 5 mph miles in the park yet they have an old man driving a golf cart pulling a train ride full of children driving around like a maniac. He was reported to the office and nothing changed. Those kids were bouncing around like rag dolls. Another disappointment was customer service at check in was not friendly at all.

Staff was friendly and campground was clean. Only issue I had was with the electricity and had to tell the office twice about it.

Maintenance as in grass mowing and weed eating was very poor with all the campers there need another pool

my wife and i camped with my son and his family and we had a blast. plenty of things for the kids to do. i have 3 granddaughters, 13, 8 & 7 and all were kept busy having fun with new friends. Sites were very clean; facilities were all clean and well taken care of and the staff was super nice and friendly. We plan on going back soon and often and my son said the same.

Well located, well taken care of campground...Plenty of patio sites and sites along the water front...Plenty of amenities to keep you busy. And a great staff. We really enjoyed staying there and are planning a return visit...

The location is great that it is not too far from home (obvi depending on where home is)but also that it is near water. The bay is calmer for kayak/SUP- among the other fun options to rent & enjoy the water. This is an ideal spot for young kids with the splash pad, pool & other games, plus the staff does some additional small scavenger hunts or sometimes they have planned activities. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The cabins are nice and clean, as are the public bathrooms if you are tent camping or have a smaller camper. They have one yurt, tent camping, camper camping, and a few cabins- and more to come. There is very few large trees though, so keep that in mind to bring shade. It is a small area, so not spread apart sites. Also the cabins switch between having a stand up grill or a low campfire, which we wanted the campfire experience, so need to keep that in mind when booking a cabin. Pet friendly! We brought our cat, she went kayaking for the first time, idk if she would review that as 5 stars, but she would say 5 stars for the cabin & outdoor deck which was he favorite feature.
