Grandkids had a great time! Very accommodating when one of our hauling trucks broke down by letting us leave one camper until we could come back for it

Wonderful stay, and Kendra is amazing! So full of fun and energy. The park on its own is great, well-kept and full of amenities, but she puts it over the top

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for the kind words! We're thrilled you had a wonderful stay and enjoyed Kendra's energetic hospitality. Our team takes pride in maintaining a great park with amenities, and it's heartening to hear your positive feedback. We look forward to your next visit!

This was our first ever KOA experience and we are hooked! Kendra and staff were amazing! We had so much fun and the activities were very much welcomed as I didn't know what to do there. Y'all need an adult scavenger hunt. I wasn't over the moon about being upgraded as 1 adult 1 child and the AC in the cabin was ridiculously loud, banging, inconsistent and kept me up both nights. :( I need an RV!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for choosing us for your first KOA experience! We're thrilled to hear that Kendra and the staff made it amazing. Your suggestion for an adult scavenger hunt is fantastic! We appreciate your feedback on the cabin AC issue. We will address this issue and we apologize for any inconvenience.

The welcome, the cleanliness and the campsite in general were good. However, the lot we had was not solid enough and the wheels of my fifth wheel stalled in the driveway and in the morning, after the night's rain, my electric cable and the water hose were in the 'water.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for your positive feedback on our welcome, cleanliness, and the campsite. Your experience is important, and we'll address the issue to ensure a better stay next time. We appreciate your understanding.

The campground is great and we will definitely return again. Unfortunately for us the weather was terrible and it rained just about the whole time we were there. The hospitality was great and the grandkids really liked the crafts.

This is BY FAR my favorite KOA! A site right on the bay with beautiful patio/furniture, getting texts of what fun activities are coming up next, trash picked up every morning at your site, and still a quiet location. We have stayed here for two weeks twice and still hate to leave. There are plenty of kids activities, fishing/kayaking, pool and hot Tub. Complimentary weekend coffee & muffins.

This KOA should be the standard by which all other KOA Holidays are measured! Beautiful camp sites, spotless bathrooms and laundry, and a staff that goes above and beyond to ensure your visit is a memorable experience. We found two things that would be nice to see. The first would be a bigger store with more items and two, the dryers in the laundry room. It would be nice to buy time by quarters.

We had a wonderful time while there! Our granddaughters had so much fun with the coloring time, the scavenger hunt (they really enjoyed that!), the magnet painting (we were surprised those weren't free to do), and the foam (bubble) party (bubble machine(s) would also be nice). All in all we shared great memories with the girls and we will be back! :) Thank you KOA staff! Kathy, Stockdale, TX

The location is great that it is not too far from home (obvi depending on where home is)but also that it is near water. The bay is calmer for kayak/SUP- among the other fun options to rent & enjoy the water. This is an ideal spot for young kids with the splash pad, pool & other games, plus the staff does some additional small scavenger hunts or sometimes they have planned activities. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The cabins are nice and clean, as are the public bathrooms if you are tent camping or have a smaller camper. They have one yurt, tent camping, camper camping, and a few cabins- and more to come. There is very few large trees though, so keep that in mind to bring shade. It is a small area, so not spread apart sites. Also the cabins switch between having a stand up grill or a low campfire, which we wanted the campfire experience, so need to keep that in mind when booking a cabin. Pet friendly! We brought our cat, she went kayaking for the first time, idk if she would review that as 5 stars, but she would say 5 stars for the cabin & outdoor deck which was he favorite feature.
