Nice bathrooms. Lots of activities for kids. Easy sites to park into. Friendly staff. The road to get to area was terrible and there wasn’t the small beach had little to no sand.

Staff and location was great! The only reason I gave it a 4 star was 2 things. One, the other guests need to consider that others would like to fish from the pier too. My husband tried fishing with our son three times during our stay, throughout the day. Other guests used up all the fishing pole holders and went and sat back down at their RV sites. Also, our cabin bthrm smelled like RV sewage

We stay here regularly when visiting my Parents. The staff is always friendly. The grounds are well maintained. The spaces that back up to water front are our preferred choice. The lighted pier makes for nice night fishing.

Very nice KOA. I will be back next winter 2025. Clean facility with very nice and informative staff. I love the fishing pier where I caught saltwater fish and watched the dolphins. Very quiet area in the country and off the beaten path the way camping should be but with all the amenities. Thanks for a great stay.

The park is big and spacious. Very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for another a stay soon!

Our stay was during the 3rd week of Feb 2025. The weather was horrendous, including 40 mph winds and middle 30 degree temps. Despite the weather, the staff was super friendly, and very helpful. Looking forward to returning during warmer weather, and enjoying their beach, and wide assortment of activities!!

All I can say is wonderful. I was there during the polar vortex event but could see how much fun this campground could be. Pizza was perfect. Propane availability was convenient. The only caution is the single lane road available for entrance and exit. Look ahead and STOP if anyone is coming in the opposite direction if you are unable to back out.

Great location and amazing staff! Tons of deer and various wildlife. Loved the options that keep you outside your camper like the fishing pier, kayak and golf cart rentals, pool and endless games, plus the occasional live bands!

The campground can use some TLC when it comes to grass growing between rocks on the pad, but they were level. Our only complaint was noise from a group of 4 trailers who partied from 1 pm until 3:30 am with music and loud talking. Enough that we thought there was a fight at one stage. I reported it to the office, but no action was taken so by 5pm we left (2 days early) for a KOA 1 hour away.

web site was very deceiving about occupancy, the cabin was nice except the tv was placed so it was in the way of the bathroom door hit our heads several times sitting at the dinning room table. Check out was at 11 but the office did not open until 12 . We fallowed all the rules about check out trash placed out side, dirty laundry placed in the bath tub. Did not want to wait 1 hour for office to op

I really like this park. It’s very well-kept. It’s out of the way, if that’s what you’re looking for. On the other hand, the last bit of road to get there could use some improvement.

The location is great that it is not too far from home (obvi depending on where home is)but also that it is near water. The bay is calmer for kayak/SUP- among the other fun options to rent & enjoy the water. This is an ideal spot for young kids with the splash pad, pool & other games, plus the staff does some additional small scavenger hunts or sometimes they have planned activities. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The cabins are nice and clean, as are the public bathrooms if you are tent camping or have a smaller camper. They have one yurt, tent camping, camper camping, and a few cabins- and more to come. There is very few large trees though, so keep that in mind to bring shade. It is a small area, so not spread apart sites. Also the cabins switch between having a stand up grill or a low campfire, which we wanted the campfire experience, so need to keep that in mind when booking a cabin. Pet friendly! We brought our cat, she went kayaking for the first time, idk if she would review that as 5 stars, but she would say 5 stars for the cabin & outdoor deck which was he favorite feature.
