We were met when we got there and led to our spot. when we needed a lighter, we were loaned one. The staff were friendly and helpful. The spot we had was perfect and the view was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again and have already told people how great it was. Best camping spot we've stayed in.

Beautiful and very well-maintained park overlooking Flathead Lake. We enjoyed watching the deer in the surrounding meadows and playing a round of mini golf while doing some laundry. It wasn't the closest KOA to Glacier, but it was comfortable and quiet to return to after our excursions. Shrek and "Not Fiona" were amazing camp hosts and fun to chat with. Thank you for a great experience!

Very beautiful place to stay. The only negative is the WiFi. You can connect easily to a phone but not to a tv. We had to use the hotspot on my husbands phone to watch our football game.

What a gorgeous view from this campground! It is clean and well kept. Nice laundry and store, friendly staff and the resident cats are friendly too. We enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking Flathead Lake. It was a great base camp for a week while we visited local attractions. Would highly recommend this campground!

It was short but nice, only there a little at night to sleep but it was definitely nice to be able to take a shower when we got home at night.

We have always dry camped before so having the hook ups was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The camp sites were clean and well maintained. Not everyone was picking up after their dogs even in the fenced area where bags were available. I ended up picking up behind my dogs and a few others. While I prefer to dry camp the set up here was very nice.

Really nice, well designed. We did notice the hot tub was old and stained. Pool water green. But they are about to close it for the winter. We did have to kill a small rattlesnake playing mini golf, they refunded the golf fee. Very nice people, they work busily. Thanks

Wonderful people! When we got there someone else had our tent site, and they did everything they could to get us another one! Even gave us a free mini golf game till they could get it figured out.

What a great place!! We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It seemed brand new, was clean, well kept, furnished with everything we needed, and was cutely decorated. Table and chairs, umbrella, nice fire pit and BBQ on our porch. Wow, it was nice! I was a little iffy about it because I had seen a bad review online. That person must've been incorrect and/or mad about something else! Cabins were comfortable, cute, and clean! Our kids loved the loft and the bunk beds. Our kids loved the pool, basketball court, and mini-golf (hot tub is adult only). Store had lots of useful and fun items, property was clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Location was great—easy access to the lake (at the state or city parks), shops/restaurants downtown, and beautiful views. (I forgot to take pictures until after we had unloaded quite a bit of our stuff, oops!)

Seven of us stayed at the Polson Flathead KOA in July while we were in town for an outrigger canoe race, and overall we had a good stay. The cabin was in a fantastic location—close to both the lake and the fairgrounds, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The grounds were well maintained, and the cabin itself felt clean and fairly new. That said, we ran into several issues during our stay, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. The biggest problem was the shower—the water never got warm and was completely cold the entire time. The pull-out couch mattress pad had dirt and bug debris on it, and the pullout bed wasn't made or stocked with linens when we arrived. We also found that supplies weren't adequately stocked for our group, and we had to request additional toilet paper, trash bags, a dish sponge, and more towels. Since the cabin sleeps 6, there really should have been enough plates, cups, and other tableware for at least that many people. We were only supplied with plates, bowls and cups for 4 people. The staff really made a difference. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and quick to help whenever we needed something, which went a long way toward making our stay enjoyable. However, considering the price of the cabin, I do think it should have been better prepared before our arrival. One of our favorite features was the outdoor patio. The grill and side burner were fantastic and made cooking for a group easy. On the other hand, the indoor electric cooktop wasn't very useful. We also would have appreciated more storage in the bunk room—a few shelves or wall hooks would make a big difference for larger groups. Overall, this is a great place to stay with an excellent location and wonderful staff. With a little more attention to cabin preparation and maintenance, it would easily be a 5-star experience.
