Great location, beautiful view, well maintained, small pool ( but I was there by myself ). Very clean laundry room. Great staff too.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean campground nice amenities. Great laundry room, although they wouldn't fold my clothes when done ( just kidding). Would definitely stay there again.

We arrived and checked in escorted to our site , it was great but less grass upgraded to a bigger site , overall customer service was super great . Park was super clean staff always working and picking up checking in if they saw us outside

One of the worlds top 5 RV park with fabulous view. Beautifully landscaped areas, level with gravel sites. Best staff you can have. Close to Polson. Proper 18 hole mini golf. Few points for management. Through away broken table tennis and bats. Don’t cell pingpong balls for 25 cents. If possible find a small access to lake for KOA guests, charge for it. I will come back again.

Phenomenal - exceeded our expectations for views, location, layout and amenities. One of the best laundry rooms (if it was free it would be tied w KOA in Finger Lakes, NY). Site (121) required leveling, bit more than expected. Grounds are meticulous and most appreciated. We will return, thank you for your care and commitment.

This KOA is by far one of the cleanest RV parks we’ve stayed in in our 7years that we’ve been traveling. plus the most helpful employees

Other than the weather, we had a top notch time.
Jun 28, 2026
Clean and beautiful campground. staff was helpful and friendly.
Jun 28, 2026
Very nice place with level sites, trees, nice grass spots for each site, and nice public restrooms and showers. A bit remote from all the fun stuff. We couldn't ride our bikes around since we weren't near any bike paths that could get us to the lake. From the ads I got the impression we would be closer to stuff.

What a great weekend in Polson. It started out on a rough note as we lost our crank to lift our pop up tent. John, "Mr Fix it" came to the rescue. He fabricated a crank for us out of old sockets and saved the day. We had a great Huclkeberry pancake breakfast for Fathers Day. The park is very clean and well ran. The hospitality of all of the employees is 2nd to none. What a great weekend!!

Awesome !!

Our stay here was nothing short of excellent! The staff attended to our every need! The facilities were super clean & the site areas were immaculate. We were parked in Site 34 which was right near the K9 Kamp dog park, which was absolutely perfect! The only slightly bad thing here- and it's NOT KOA's fault- is that some people did not pick up after their dogs in the dog park. Otherwise, A+ here!

Best view from our front window ever!! Lovely spot and staff. First class. Only minor complaint is they charge by the hour for an early check in. Kinda tacky if the space is open, especially for members. Otherwise awesome!

Very well cared for campground. Beautiful views.
Jun 18, 2026
Staff was able to upgrade our site with a beautiful view of Flathead Lake, also staff help me level our trailer, showers were wonderful, A+++++!
Jun 17, 2026
Revised review: hot tub, shower and laundry facilities all good and no complaints. 120V at pedestal no. 6 needs to be looked at and the 30A service is fine. Trailer had a bad 15A fuse which when replaced solved the random power on/off issues. Suggest opening up hot tub at 9 instead of 10 a.m. Pool heater was being worked on so no pool usage for me. Recommend premium/super premium spots if u come.
Jun 17, 2026
Well maintained, friendly staff… only complaint, couldn’t find hot water for shaving. Yes, some of us oldsters still like to start the day with a shave.
Jun 16, 2026
The RVspot #6 was good except for Shore power for 120 volt turned off by itself once.Odd! Maint. flipped breakers OFF then ON and power restored. 30A off/on off/on and off in trailer. From 6/1 until here, 30A power never was an issue in Canada's RV parks. Only at Polson KOA. Mysterious.Needs a deep scan of wiring at pedestal. Laundry/shower facilities great! Hot tub great. wish it opened at 9 a.m.

Excellent campground. Very clean and well maintained. The best KOA we have ever stayed at.
Jun 15, 2026
Hands down the cleanest KOA I have ever seen. The hosts were friendly, the campground help was readily available, and the whole experience was delightful. We will definitely be back.
Jun 15, 2026
Everything was well maintained and clean. Our favorite was the putting course and all the flowers through out it!
Jun 15, 2026
This is the absolute best KOA we have ever stayed at! It’s very high-end!
Jun 13, 2026
Excellent!

This park says it is kid friendly but it is not. It is for the older crowd. The pool heater was broke and they would not let any kids be in the hot tub because “we have had complaints from older people who walk up to the hot tub and turn around and leave because they see kids in it.” The lady upon check in was nice but the lady who replaced her was not. The grounds were nicely kept.

We had a very pleasant two-night stay at Polson KOA and would definitely recommend it to others. The campground is exceptionally clean, beautifully landscaped, and offers one of the best views of Flathead Lake that we've seen at any RV resort. The grounds are well maintained, and it's a peaceful place to relax. The only disappointment is that there is no direct access to Flathead Lake. To reach the lake, you have to cross the bridge on busy Highway 93. It would be wonderful if the resort could work with the city to create a small pedestrian access point to the lake for guests. The website mentions a heated pool, but during our stay the pool was not heated. However, the small hot tub (about six-person capacity) was warm and worked well. The 18-hole mini golf course is one of the best designed and landscaped we've ever seen at an RV campground. It costs $5 per person, whereas many campgrounds include mini golf for free. Still, the four of us had a fantastic time, and after paying $20 total, we felt it was worth it. The table tennis area could use some attention. The table was old, uneven, and heavily scratched. The paddles were worn out with little more than bare wood remaining, and we even had to insert a quarter to get a used ping pong ball. Considering we paid about $250 for two nights, it was disappointing to have to pay extra for basic recreational equipment. We also needed a small propane cylinder and bought one from the camp store for $12. The same cylinder is around $4.50 at Walmart, so the markup felt excessive. Despite these minor issues, our stay was memorable and enjoyable. The stunning views, beautiful landscaping, and overall atmosphere made it a place we'd happily return to if we're back in the area.
