We loved staying here. The people were awesome. The facilities were exceptional & clean. Loved the gift shop. The sites were fantastic with beautiful flowers & lovely trees. The location was close to town but far enough from the road so it was very quiet. There were KOA cats that were sweet and made friendly visits, Fang was our pal for the visit. The view was amazing. Fabulous place to stay!

Good weekend get away. If you're going to charge for mini golf then you should clear the course. Customer service was excellent and everyone worked with a goal of ensuring a great stay.

The campsite is beautiful. The entire place is very clean. I do prefer places with a few less rules and restrictions. Overall it is very nice and the view is fantastic!

Friendly staff, escorts to site and assistance in parking. Nice, clean laundry room, and quarters are available for machines. Sites are nice, we had the premium site with a concrete pad, table, grill, and fire pit.

The sites are very cramped. The staff was NOT very friendly at all. There were constantly two golf carts driving around telling people what not to do. I understand there needs to be order, but I feel like the staff was always in a bad mood. Not very welcoming.

Beautiful setting. Porch overlooking lake is a great addition to the campground. Everyone very friendly and helpful.

Nice place for a quick stop. We stayed 4 days, way too long for what’s in the area. Bathrooms are kept very clean, friendly staff.

Every person I encountered from Hummingbird Debbie to Mr. Fixit John were absolutely wonderful. They were cheerful, knowledgeable and very helpful. Im a widow in my 70s and I just purchased my first travel trailer. I went to Polson KOA for my virgin voyage. The only things I knew about camping were what I read on the internet. They helped me with everything from leveling to attaching hoses.

Polson KOA is by far the nicest campground we have ever stayed in. Staff is so very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful, with flowers everywhere. Great gift shop and store. Very clean laundry room. We look forward to spending our vacation here.

It would be nice if the pool was open past 6:45. After 10 hours of driving it would be nice to soak since it’s not dark until 10pm. The next day it didn’t open until noon, with the sign saying 10Am

The campground has many small slopes so that when going out our RV door, we had to be careful not to let momentum make us tumble. Because of the small slopes, the campground sewer hole was higher than our RV sewer drain, so we had to push additional water through to get our hose emptied. The staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet area except for occasional small plane landing or taking off.

Another 5 Star RV stay at POLSON KOA! This was our 4 visit at POLSON KOA. The staff is friendly, efficient and very accommodating. The grounds are well maintained and the Clubhouse is clean with plenty of amenities. RV spots are well laid-out. Recommend to upgrade to the Premium spots for the best views and patios. Book early!

Staff was friendly. Site was clean. View was amazing, until the put another trailer in front of us. Didn’t like the fact we were told not to go to where the large buses were parked.

Always love staying here. Almost every site has a view of the lake and the staff has always been friendly. Shout out to “Mr. Fix It” who is always helpful and has a good amount of knowledge on basic RV repair.

This is a great place near Flathead Lake. The campground is clean and shady. The workers are very helpful and friendly. You can see the lake and the mountains from your site.

We always enjoy our stay at Polson KOA. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The showers and restroom facility are set up well and are very clean. The park is well maintained and, of course, the location is ideal.

Nice, level sites. Quiet. Beautiful landscaping. Fenced dog park. Good amenities (laundry, showers). Nice, friendly staff. Secure, safe. Typically expensive KOA cost. WIFI pretty bad, the only negative that made this a 4 rather than a 5.

Wonderful people! When we got there someone else had our tent site, and they did everything they could to get us another one! Even gave us a free mini golf game till they could get it figured out.

What a great place!! We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It seemed brand new, was clean, well kept, furnished with everything we needed, and was cutely decorated. Table and chairs, umbrella, nice fire pit and BBQ on our porch. Wow, it was nice! I was a little iffy about it because I had seen a bad review online. That person must've been incorrect and/or mad about something else! Cabins were comfortable, cute, and clean! Our kids loved the loft and the bunk beds. Our kids loved the pool, basketball court, and mini-golf (hot tub is adult only). Store had lots of useful and fun items, property was clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Location was great—easy access to the lake (at the state or city parks), shops/restaurants downtown, and beautiful views. (I forgot to take pictures until after we had unloaded quite a bit of our stuff, oops!)
