I really enjoy staying at the Picacho/Tucson NW KOA, the staff treats me like family and I like that. It's always a pleasure to go and relax.

I enjoy tent camping at this KOA. The owners and the workers are super helpful. I WILL return very soon and look forward to it.

Very clean bathrooms. The whole campground was well maintained and the staff was very helpful. The tent facilities were nice but, my family stayed in a camper. There are nice wide spaces with easy hookups. If your in the area it’s a great place to stay.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, great amenities, large tent site with plenty of shade, and… I must reiterate how great everyone is who works there. Outstanding!

Absolutely wonderful. The site was beautiful and our host was so nice to us. We all agreed that it was our favorite KOA we’ve stayed at so far.

The site was well maintained. The owner was frequently seen on property assisting with maintenance and interacting with customers. The tent sites were located right near the dog park which increased the noise level. The location itself being so close to I-10 was problematic at night due to the high volume of traffic and noise from those vehicles.

You can’t control the weather but it was very windy. Other than that it was great.

The neighbors were good, dogs were on leashes, and nobody was noisy at night. The washrooms were clean. My suggestion is to fix your flagpole that "dings" constantly in the breeze.

We loved the large tent sites! The lady working in the office was very friendly. The grounds and landscaping was some of the best I’ve ever seen.

Fun, quiet and clean place. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can hear the trains and Hwy noise but not horrible. Beautiful established cacti around the KOA. Love how close it is to Picacho park. So much hiking!!

We enjoyed the staff, the park, and the amenities for the price! From the moment of check-in we felt ‘at home’! We cannot wait until our next visit!

I needed a reprieve from the road and discovered this quaint little KOA- reasonably priced for the area around Tucson- staff were delightful, personable and helpful! Camp was clean and beautiful with awesome amenities that were clearly maintained well and cared for- definitely recommend this KOA!!

Great showers, but the roosters and train made it hard to sleep.

Too loud because of the location not the campers or the staff.

Very nice campground. Friendly staff escorted us to our site. Spacious sites are crushed stone with picnic table. Some sites have concrete patios and even individual dog pens. We had no trouble getting level. All utilities worked as expected. Good WiFi signal. Good T-mobile signal. Wide roads are crushed stone and easy to navigate in any size rig. The park is nicely landscaped with trees, shrubs and cactus. Everything is very well maintained. Good signage from the highway. We were only here for one night, but would have been happy to stay longer.

This park was excellent! It was well maintained and the owners were upgrading sites the entire time we were there! Lots of new patio pads being poured. The park was fairly quiet with only occasional noise from the interstate. There was a small store with a few necessities. We had a pull through site with 50 amp service and lots of room! Nice big sites with gravel and easy to navigate! There were even fruit trees in the park. Friendly staff and strict rules in park, such as no open alcohol. Also pass must be displayed to enter and exit park and if not in sight, you will be stopped. Internet service was good, as was our Verizon service. I had no problems hot spotting when needed. Not much around this park but still a great place to stay!

Nice campground, clean and well kept. Easy check in friendly staff! We chose this campground because it was located halfway between Phoenix and Tucson and we were spending time in both places. And Picacho State Park is right down the road…great hiking we really enjoyed it. Only downside is traffic and train noise.
