They were great, my clam quick set blew over in a wind storm and they put it back up and staked it down when I was gone. The campground is immaculate as they work hard to keep it clean. Great place to camp and I highly recommend it for camping. Stayed there 17 days and the other campers were very friendly also. Thanks Again Ryan and Felicia and staff for a great camping experience.

Very nice KOA. Spaces and level RV sites. Really nice and clean restrooms. Nice place to stay.

The front desk family was very nice and welcoming. I felt good enough security, on Thanks Giving day. A RV was smoking POT smelling terrible around it. After swimming in the cold pool, Two European ladies were taking 30-40 minutes shower steaming up the bathroom and ignoring my existence and I ended up leaving without taking shower.

Rule #1 here is no smoking weed - looks like we missed this one. Pool is heated to 85F all winter, most say it feels Great! Y'all are invited to reach out to us at the campground, or my cell 520-668-5152, with any issues any time. We'll do everything we can to make things better. See ya at camp!

An over-night stay, site was dead level and very quiet. A nice place to stop on the way out of Phoenix. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Friendly check-in. Well maintained and very clean grounds. The showers are the best I have seen at any campground ever! I will be back for the showers alone!

The park had a lot of upgrades to the park since our last visit. They keep it very clean; the bathrooms are amazing, and everyone was friendly. We will visit again.

They need more than one trash receptacle for the park. The staff was very nice e.

Very clean. Bathroom is pretty clean however the floor is rather uneven to walk on especially around the drainage which can cause some tripping over.

We had a very nice relaxing stay. It’s very clean. They have great customer service and were very nice. My dogs loved the dog area that had sand. Although an individual pet area in our space would have been nice too.

Perfect overnight stay. Close to the highway but actually made for nice white noise. Bathrooms and showers were fantastic!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and gorgeous during the night. The pool was warm and perfect size! The host was friendly and personable. The store was well stocked. The club house was very clean and comfortable. The laundry was exceptionally well kept! We will absolutely come back to rest again!

New owners have made significant improvements to this park. It is a nice desert park; th estaff are friendly and competent. My complaint is that while I was able to connect to the park's wifi, I was never able to get internet access at all while we were there. It would seem that this park has a very limited pipe into the internet.

Nice facility’s desk staff was helpful. Young man who showed us our site was not very friendly. Never conversed with us or made sure our utilities were within reach. It’s a shame because we tip our guides. It’s not like they were busy we were one of maybe 10 trailers there. The Wi-Fi did work either and were told it normally doesn’t. It’s a shame management doesn’t step up and fix th

Very nice, clean and easy to get in and out. The staff were very present and helpful. The campground store was bright and well stocked. The grounds were well maintained and everything was in working with exception of the WI-FI which I was unable to connect to. For me this is not a priority and did not impact my overall impression of the park.

We have stayed at the Picacho KOA several times over the past 3 years. Every time we come we see that the owners continue to make improvements to the facilities. The management is very friendly and helpful. We plan to continue staying there when travels bring us back to the area.

Very nice campground. Larger than normal spaces, nicely landscaped. Nice clubhouse with TV, games, dvds to borrow. Clean laundry with newer machines. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

They only have one grassy pet kennel sight and we were lucky enough to get it. The owner was very helpful and she helped us get into the site which for a 35' vehicle was not easy in the corner spot. We will definitely stay again.

Loud trains all night long. Truck freeway traffic horrible. Perhaps is you stay the furthest away from restrooms and pool would be quieter

Stayed at the KOA this past weekend. We arrived after the office was closed but I had a conversation with the owner letting them know. The Cabin was great, a nice change from the standard cabins at a KOA. Park was clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were also a pleasant change from typical KOA's. The owners have created a clean area as a dog run, Playground was nice and had amenities for children and adults. Close to the expressway so there is some road noise but I have come to expect that from every KOA I have visited. Staff were fantastic and accommodating. I requested 2 bundles of firewood prior to my arrival and the owner brought them over as soon as he noticed we pulled in. Close for local attractions as well. Overall a good experience.
