The showers were awesome. Very clean and new. I was in a tent, so very disappointed that the camp sites were out front on the hwy. The noise all night was bad. Then a petroleum smell started at 1.30 am from somewhere close by. Yuk! The camp ground is good for someone in a camper. Not a tent. With all that property, why didn't you put the tent sites in the back, near the field.

Awesome location , very well maintained. Friendly staff . Pool Table , Dart Board , Gym , Basketball . They also have daily activities . Close to stores and very safe .

Very friendly luxery lovely camping. Clean and even for people with just a tent, perfect! We had light next to a (dry) cooking place and able to make a fire. Camping offers you breakfast, movie pool, good (souvenir) shop, small reptile zoo. We loved it.

Great individualized washrooms. Only drawback was there no chair to be able to tie shoes and change clothes. A person with balance issues could easily fall and hurt theirself.

Everything was clean, and well maintained. Everyone was very nice and you could tell they love their job. Saw a maintenance man talking to his dog about his hands. Best thing I’ve ever saw. We will definitely be back.

I had a camping space. The bathrooms were wonderful. Had a little trouble getting the doors to stay closed in the shower stall. The swimming pool was very nice. There are too many outside lights in the camp grounds. I slept in my car and it felt like it was daylight. I know it was a full moon also. The young girl at the check in area were very helpful and pleasant. Thank you for everything.

We loved our weekend and can't wait to go back. Nice tent site close to very clean and beautiful bathroms with nice big showers. Nice game and gym room. We loved the pool and hot tub.Everything was so clean. We felt very safe and treated like family. Best campground we've ever been to.

I appreciate the smooth after-hours check-in system. Having stayed there a couple of years ago, it is very apparent how much work they are doing to make the place better. I love the new showers! Best restrooms/showers I have ever seen at any campground.

Great friendly customer service. Cleanest bathroom ever. Text site is in the shade. Love love the pool n hot tub. Will definitely be back soon

Actually got in early enough with the wet ground and cooler weather decided to push onto Tampa which was my eventual destination. Other than no trees to hang my hammock tent everything appeared fine though I really do not have adequate exposure to fairly evaluate the campground. Only gave the ratings I did because no trees. Beginning to wonder if KOA tent sites are practical at all for hammocks?

It was fine, and we had a tent site near the restrooms. These are new and smart, but there is an issue if they all become full with people showering etc., and others need the restroom.

Owner was horrible and kicked us out because we “didn’t stay on the property for a certain amount of hours”. We were on a family trip with our 10yr old son visiting my dad and w anted a place to relax and swim. The moment we entered the property he began yelling at my husband, who is law enforcement, telling us to leave and he made the rules. Disgusting behavior.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Oh goodness, you knew 9 days before you booked that we didn't sell sites for day use of the pool and you booked anyway so after staff informed us that was your intent, we refunded your second night and spoke with you when you came back to the pool on day 2. Security camera proves no one yelled.

Really loved the bathhouse - the room were well appointed, clean and available. Tent sites wee great.

Very well run KOA. Friendly and helpful staff, clean individual bathrooms with warm showers, nice pool and jacuzzi, and playground, as well as laundry room. Not much to do in Perry, but some nice little coastal towns and beaches nearby. Our main concern was our tent site was under a big tree and in the storms we had if the branches had snapped, we would have been toast!

All the staff was very nice. The road noise was a little much and the leaf blower guy at 0800 was ridiculous. We will be back.

Off the interstate. Great little overnight stop.. Great little Park. Quite a bit of the snowbirds but they was leaving after spring break...

Great stay with ample amenities. Staff is super friendly, and we love the spots with the gated room for our pups to play freely. They also have a good-sized dog play area if you are traveling with a pet and don't snag one of these spots. Nice little store, clean restrooms, and a pool/spa that is open 24/7. Great place to take a trip to, or stop at during a long trip for a break.
