GREAT place. Highly recommended. Mist importantly is the GREAT friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in. VERY clean showers and restrooms. Great water pressure and Internet service that allows for streaming.

Easy in and out of property and we didn't need any of the facilities but it was perfect for our one night stay.

Just an overnight stop for us. The park was clean and well maintained. Only complaint would be the sewer is located slightly uphill in the pull thru sites. Overall nice RV park.

Excellently maintained. Beautiful Florida Oaks.. large sites Excellent paw pen private to site.. 40’x90’ site C9. Owner’s take great care and pride in this campground and it shows. I have traveled from Southwest Florida to Bar Harbor, Maine and this was by far the nicest campground I stayed in.

This place is the prettiest, cleanest and with some of the nicest owners I’ve ever met. The bathrooms are unbelievably clean. The Paw Pen sites are huge, plus they also have a large dog run the a timed light for when your pup has to go before it gets light outside. The sites are large and very well maintained. I can’t wait to come back again!

Everything was well taken care of, very clean, had a ton of amenities. My only complaint is that I would suggest adding trees or a high fence along the highway. A LOT of noise from the highway.

I had no problem checking in, site was easy to find and easy to pull into, great hook ups , quite but friendly, employees were very nice, if they seen you they would wave . A. - A1 place to stay

Really like the gravel backin site and the nice cement patio backing up to the trees and some shade. Bathrooms were great and enjoyed playing pool and darts and bean bag too Very clean campground and friendly people working there too!

This KOA gets better all the time. If you use satellite or Starlink, get a site in the back with wide open sky and pretty sunsets. There's shade, too, if you prefer, in the middle areas near the pool.

It is always a great stay at the Perry KOA. We love all the beautiful trees!! The park is so clean and the Staff is always so nice!! We will be back on Our next road trip!!

The stay was fantastic the place all around was very clean a ton of amenities and the showers with the bathroom inside for your privacy was awesome.

Very limited office hours.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Our office is open 8-5 M-Th, and later Fri/Sat. Sometimes it's closed for a lunch, but the day you arrived it was manned all day and manned when you arrived. After 9 years this schedule seems to work well. Please let us know what the issue was.

One of the best campgrounds we have stayed at. I’m sorry it was for just a short stay. We absolutely loved the fenced in patio, the site itself, and the cleanliness of the campgrounds and bathroom. We will certainly recommend this campground and hope to be back.

This is a beautiful KOA with great amenities. The sites with dog pens attached were amazing. They looked like dog parks. Easy access on and off the highway.

The park is so pretty and we'll maintained. Love all the big trees with the Spanish moss. We stayed there when we left Navarre FL doe to Hurricane Isiais. The park became our safe place. The staff was so nice and accommodating.

We had a quick one night stay as we headed south towards home. This KOA is well taken care of, clean and with curb appeal. The store is nicely stocked and staff very friendly. We will be back.

Second time staying at this KOA and will stay again. Staff very friendly and helpful. Sites are good size, nice bathroom and showers. Close to town and restaurants

We're having an amazing stay at the Perry KOA! The bathrooms are clean, the cabins are spacious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The convenience store is well stocked, which is a big plus when you need to grab something without leaving the campground. Everything we've experienced has made this such a comfortable, enjoyable stay. We'd absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the staff for making us feel welcome!

This place was great. Owners take pride in the campground. Beautiful mature Florida oaks! My site had it's own private dog park attached. 40'x90' My large dogs loved it. Smiles ear to ear. C9 was the site. They have a few more just like it. I really can't say enough about how nice this place is keep.

Adding to last year's review: This is an exceptional park and I don't how they do it. The staff consists of Shayna, Debbie the owner and her husband who takes on covering the entire grounds. It is very well kept, yet even understaffed, they respond to special needs. I love this place, a bucolic rural setting yet only 2 miles away sits Perry's offerings. I'll come back again. These hard working folks deserve my business. They are killing it at Perry KOA Holiday....it starts with Gail, Shayla and Hope behind the counter. These top shelf people start you off with a great first impression. Then you see the campground and campsites...some of which I've never seen in my decades of RV travel...there are pet friendly sites with huge outside fenced areas so you can tend a campfire and turn the steaks without worrying about the wet noses running around in delight. Today I saw some sites with bench swings included. And the grounds staff were all over it. If you're coming through Perry, don't waste your time looking for an RV park...just go straight to Perry KOA Holiday.
