Park is fantastic ! So many nice things have been done and is so well kept!! The best Paw Pens in rv sites we ever saw! The owners took the time to talk with us! Great chat! BhWe will return!

C15 was a large shaded beautiful corner site with a two person swing, grill and patio table with chairs. Site is a large pull through. The park is clean, well maintained. Close to restaurants, propane fill is reasonable and easy access. Campground is great for pets. Would definitely recommend.

We were parked at a campsite in the last row up front on a one way going out, and the site we were on was facing the opposite direction of the one way. It was very hard to maneuver a large travel camper when exiting. Can you please do away with the one-way? It would make it much easier to just drive out. Thank you, much appreciated.

Really great place to stay! The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The laundry house is very clean as are the bathhouses. There were activities throughout the week, including pot luck, bingo, game nights, painting, etc. We will definitely be back next year. Already miss everyone!

The sites are beautiful and customer service was lovely. I will come back again for a longer stay next time. Awesome shower facilities, fenced sites for pups, sites with hanging rocker benches, Great shade throughout the park… Hot tub �������

It was an overnight stop. Staff very friendly. Sites were nice and easily accessible. Quiet considering it was near the road. Would definitely stop again. �

This is a great RV park for big rigs. We stayed here in a 45' motorhome, towing a 20' trailer. The long, level site accommodated our RV with an easy in/easy out from the site and the Highway. Some sites are Starlink compatible as a few sites have no trees. The park has an extremely large dog park, a large playground for children, newer laundry facilities and a huge swimming pool.

We have been coming for many years! Since it was purchased 6 years ago, we have continually seen improvements! We ate so happy to see the pride in the park that these owners take!

campground is overpriced for the area and amenities, Staff was very friendly, owners are very friendly until issues arise with campground equipment or services, then it is always the guest that is wrong.

Quiet place! Then pull-through was long enough for a 43 ft coach pulling a truck! Exiting the facility was a bit tight as we had to use some of the camping spots on the turn. The staff was great and we didn’t have any problems getting in.

PLESE READ! Very nice camp ground. Everything was beautiful and peaceful. But, on B-9, there is deep hole and is hidden level by the grass, deep for older people, it needs to filled.

Reason for only 3 stars is because we were near a site with the fenced in area for dogs. There were two very aggressive acting large dogs that stormed the fence at every person or dog passing by, barking loudly and jumping at fence. They looked like they could have easily jumped the fence. Staff in golf carts drove by repeatedly but did not stop to tell owners to manage their dogs.

Only there overnight but the pull thru was easy to get in and out of. I did not see but one laundry area for a park that size more than four washers and dryers would make sense

The owners, Brian and Debby, are amazing. The campground is immaculate. Every attention to detail is obvious. Great staff too. Very professional, polite and accommodating. Sites are much larger than most KOAs.

This is the best and safest KOA we have ever stayed at. The owners Brian and Deb are amazing and the staff is awesome!. The pool and hot tub are spot on. Activities are great. We’ve met so many new life long friends and have already booked for the fall! Everything we need is close in the town of Perry, Florida. Restaurants are amazing and some deliver when you’re not wanting to go out!!

Great stay with ample amenities. Staff is super friendly, and we love the spots with the gated room for our pups to play freely. They also have a good-sized dog play area if you are traveling with a pet and don't snag one of these spots. Nice little store, clean restrooms, and a pool/spa that is open 24/7. Great place to take a trip to, or stop at during a long trip for a break.
