We love the Perry KOA! We’ve been staying there twice per year for over a decade. Shana and crew are always sooo pleasant and helpful!!! The park is great and has all the amenities we need!!

Shana checked us in with a smile. Our site was immaculate. The owners, Debby and Brian, are friendly and visible working on the property. This is our 2nd time here and we’re coming back for Thanksgiving. We love this campground!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I had an issue with a tire and they recommended a dealer who quickly diagnosed the issue and had me on my way. Always use this KOA as the first stop on my trips west.

At 8:15 in the morning, giant roaring lawn mowers were running up a few ft from my RV. I asked they stop till later. I was told, NO, if you don't like it check out. When I returned that afternoon, the self-described "owner" demanded I leave for asking his mowers to stop. He demanded I apologize to his mowers, or he would "force" me out. I am 80 and felt physically threatened by the owner.

You rec'd a text @ 8:15 notifying that mowing would begin around 9. At 10:30 staff was mowing your row. You stormed out of your camper, waving your arms and yelling, in your boxers. The mower left the area, however, yelling at staff, or staff yelling at you is not tolerated. The "owner" is the owner

Only stayed one night headed back south. Very quiet & quaint. The entrance was so inviting & such a cute gift shop! Check-in was seamless & the staff was so friendly. I even had a little helper�� So much to do from swimming, horseshoes & corn hole. I sat on a swing bench under this beautifully lit gazebo with surrounding swing benches gazing at a KOA iron fire pit stacked with logs. I will retur

Sorry you were unhappy after your fifth year coming here. Guessing it has to do with getting caught plugging into the 50A and 30A services at the same time to run two 30As and not so much the park or the service.

The campground is very clean and organized. The pool is amazing. Saltwater no chlorine. They have beautiful swings at the sites. And the staff are top-notch. After pulling out, we ended up having a flat tire on the trailer and had to come back. The staff were wonderful helping us. Brian, the owner came out and helped us with a difficult situation.

Super nice park. Staff was friendly. The area is well maintained, and clean. Most sites have nice swings and plenty of shade. The pool is very nice and open 24/7. Cabins are nice, and so.e have dog fenced. Great KOA.

One of the nicest KOA we have stayed in. At check-in I was offered a shady site that really helped with the heat. Bathrooms as updated and clean as home. Gteat pool as well. We will be back.

This was our second visit to Perry KOA. The property is well maintained and customer service is top notch. We really appreciate the quiet environment and the accommodations offered here. It quickly became a favorite place we plan on returning to.

We regularly stay at Perry KOA on our way home in Cedar Key after a trip out of Florida. Since our first visit in 2017 every year this KOA has improved. Now it is beautiful and the sites are spacious. We will be back. Well done!

We've stayed in the cabins several times and have had no problems. Very friendly staff and exceptionally clean cabins. Extremely well-maintained campground near restaurants and grocery stores.

We're having an amazing stay at the Perry KOA! The bathrooms are clean, the cabins are spacious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The convenience store is well stocked, which is a big plus when you need to grab something without leaving the campground. Everything we've experienced has made this such a comfortable, enjoyable stay. We'd absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the staff for making us feel welcome!

This place was great. Owners take pride in the campground. Beautiful mature Florida oaks! My site had it's own private dog park attached. 40'x90' My large dogs loved it. Smiles ear to ear. C9 was the site. They have a few more just like it. I really can't say enough about how nice this place is keep.

Adding to last year's review: This is an exceptional park and I don't how they do it. The staff consists of Shayna, Debbie the owner and her husband who takes on covering the entire grounds. It is very well kept, yet even understaffed, they respond to special needs. I love this place, a bucolic rural setting yet only 2 miles away sits Perry's offerings. I'll come back again. These hard working folks deserve my business. They are killing it at Perry KOA Holiday....it starts with Gail, Shayla and Hope behind the counter. These top shelf people start you off with a great first impression. Then you see the campground and campsites...some of which I've never seen in my decades of RV travel...there are pet friendly sites with huge outside fenced areas so you can tend a campfire and turn the steaks without worrying about the wet noses running around in delight. Today I saw some sites with bench swings included. And the grounds staff were all over it. If you're coming through Perry, don't waste your time looking for an RV park...just go straight to Perry KOA Holiday.
