Second time staying at this KOA and will stay again. Staff very friendly and helpful. Sites are good size, nice bathroom and showers. Close to town and restaurants

Always a comfortable stay with awesome management. Every staff member is amazing. The swimming pool, clubhouse, bathrooms, exercise room, and game room are always very clean.

Great, spacious sites with nice amenities. The bath houses are impeccably clean! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. There is not much to do in the area without traveling a bit, but if you are looking for a place to relax, this is it. We reserved a Paw Pen site and it was well worth it for our dog and our kids!! I will come back just for that site!

We stayed for one night each time as we passed through on a trip from New Port Richey to Navarre and back. We absolutely love this campground. On our second stay we had a site with a paw pen which was fantastic for us and our dogs. The bathrooms are beautiful and clean. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool but it looked great. Hopefully next time!

We really enjoyed Perry KOA. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We stayed for four days, with our dogs and an older RV. The campground is super updated. LOVED the showers/bathrooms. Didn't use the pool or hot tub but it looked great. Dog park was wonderful. Nice to walk all around the campground paved roads, too. A bit off the beaten path, but it was so nice we'd definitely stay there again.

Very clean campground - our site was level and the dog run was fantastic, grass short and no leftover surprises! Bathrooms were the one of the best we've used.

We have stayed at Perry KOA several times. We LOVE it ~ the street lights, the clean restrooms, etc. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Compared to other KOA’s, Perry is one of the BEST!

We have a 40ft 5th wheel, got a pull thru site which was awesome. The shower/bathrooms are spectacular ! We like stopping here because it's quiet and clean. The friendly owners and staff are very helpful. We definitely recommend this KOA and will be coming back.

We had a beautiful shaded site. The grounds were very well kept and overall a very nice campground. The folks at the store/check-in were fantastic when we ran into a problem with our coach trying to leave the next morning. Had a great referral and fortunately it was nothing major. They were willing and able to accommodate us had we needed to stay another night. Would definitely stay again.

We were very impressed. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, the park was very well maintained. And century old oak trees were absolutely beautiful.

An absolutely fabulous gem! Very well looked after and maintained. Love the sites with the private dog parks and the adorable laundry cabin. Sunset views across the fields at the back are postcard worthy. I've stayed before, and I will stay again. Thank you for all of your hard work and for being a shining example of a great KOA.

Great Kampground!! Plenty of things to do with the pool, hot tub, cornhole, etc.. The bathhouses are AMAZING!! One of the best we've used. Also be sure to pick up some fresh eggs from the front desk as well as a bottle of Original Bone Lee hot sauce, that stuff is ridiculously good!

Clean and private. Disappointed that you only extend a discount to ACTIVE military. The Iran war?! Mr. Beck is a Vietnam veteran with value. It felt a bit disrespectful that you restrict the discount. ���

Staff are excellent! Shana, Cassie and Bone Lee are wonderful and are great examples of what KOA is all about. Easy in and out location, bathrooms are always spotless. Will return again and again!

Just stayed overnight and did not utilize any of the amenities. However, park is visually pleasing and amenities appeared to be well maintained. Site we had was ok for overnight.

One of our favorite campgrounds! Highly recommend sites with dog enclosure, grill, seating and fire pit. Makes for a very relaxing stay.

The staff was the most friendly people we have encountered at all our adventures. We requested early check in, on a holiday weekend and they checked in with us an about a week before on what time we planned to arrive so they could accommodate us! The sites are well maintained and beautiful! We were at site C15 and the kiddos loved the easy access to the pool and playground!

Stated twice in august 2026. My space was very nice and the entire property is peaceful and well maintained. My only comment is the left turns needed to access C1 needs to be widened as it is very tight to maneuver. Also suggest leaving the site, the right turn should also be widened. We will be back. Enjoy the rest of the summer. Denise Serls

We're having an amazing stay at the Perry KOA! The bathrooms are clean, the cabins are spacious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The convenience store is well stocked, which is a big plus when you need to grab something without leaving the campground. Everything we've experienced has made this such a comfortable, enjoyable stay. We'd absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the staff for making us feel welcome!

This place was great. Owners take pride in the campground. Beautiful mature Florida oaks! My site had it's own private dog park attached. 40'x90' My large dogs loved it. Smiles ear to ear. C9 was the site. They have a few more just like it. I really can't say enough about how nice this place is keep.

Adding to last year's review: This is an exceptional park and I don't how they do it. The staff consists of Shayna, Debbie the owner and her husband who takes on covering the entire grounds. It is very well kept, yet even understaffed, they respond to special needs. I love this place, a bucolic rural setting yet only 2 miles away sits Perry's offerings. I'll come back again. These hard working folks deserve my business. They are killing it at Perry KOA Holiday....it starts with Gail, Shayla and Hope behind the counter. These top shelf people start you off with a great first impression. Then you see the campground and campsites...some of which I've never seen in my decades of RV travel...there are pet friendly sites with huge outside fenced areas so you can tend a campfire and turn the steaks without worrying about the wet noses running around in delight. Today I saw some sites with bench swings included. And the grounds staff were all over it. If you're coming through Perry, don't waste your time looking for an RV park...just go straight to Perry KOA Holiday.
