We love our spot! Patio, dog run and a gas grill! The bathrooms couldn't be any cleaner. The staff is wonderful and make you feel at home. This place has to be one of the nicest KOA's we have EVER been stayed at.

The office was very accommodating and helpful. We received a huge upgrade in the holiday weekend. The spa was a favorite as always. Looking forward to next time!

Review is based on overall appearance of the park. We arrived right after a heavy rain and almost all of the sites were standing in water or very wet and muddy. Luckily the only premium paved site was available due to a cancelation. I was able to get hooked up without getting overly wet or muddy at all. Sites advertised as "gravel" had little gravel at all. Place needs upgrading.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We wish we could control the weather but thankful only 4 of 115 RV sites were flooded--we don't use those 4 sites in the summer just in case we get a deluge. We're happy that Florida is built on sand and the water soaks in rather quickly. Graveled sites with patios were available but not in view.

At check in recommended a couple restaurants that delivered. Also we asked about a compressor to put air into our tow vehicle. The dinner was magnificent and in the morning they came by with a compressor and filled us up. So very helpful. While we did not have our dog with us, their puppy sites looked amazing

Nice people vey friendly and helpful. Park is very clean and you can tell by the cut grass and paved roads it is a very well cared for park.

Very surprised to find a park of this quality in Perry, Florida. We were blown away at how peaceful and well-maintained everything is. This oak-shaded campground is fabulous. KOA Holiday Perry is now at the top of our RV Park list.

We woke up to a flat tire on our departure day. I couldn’t remove the lugs, so I had to use our road service and waited for 2 hours. The folks at Perry KOA were very nice and allowed us to stay hours past the checkout time without charge.

We used the deluxe patio with the fenced-in area. We didn't have our dogs with us this time, but we can't wait to use one with our dogs, we love it!

Perry KOA is one of our favorites! We love the cement pads and the swings are excellent touch! The staff is very pleasant and eager to help. This was not our first stay at Perry and we will be back,

The owner was rude and very unfriendly ! I think it would be more hospitable at the county jail ! I travel a lot and stay in Rv parks all over the southern states, next time I will stay at the one just down the road from them .

No sir, rude would have been ejecting you considering you arrived late without a reservation, stopped at the office, read the instructions on after hours arrivals w/o a reservation (on camera), chose to ignore them and then found your way to the back of the park and took a site and got caught.

Campgrounds are super nice and lovely view in the back lots. Swings to sit and relax. Although we weren’t there long enough to grill out it is so well kept and clean I definitely will stay there again.

Love this campground so much next time I want to come in stay at this beautiful koa and koa staff who check me in and out where very nice love them all next time I come i want a tent site and really love cabin i have yesterday and check out today for one night love koa alot see you guys soon again love you all thanks again for everything.

We had a great time at this Koa peaceful and relaxing all the staff are friendly campgrounds are clean the site's are large enough for any rig and all the campers where very friendly we will definitely be back.

They are killing it at Perry KOA Holiday....it starts with Gail, Shayla and Hope behind the counter. These top shelf people start you off with a great first impression. Then you see the campground and campsites...some of which I've never seen in my decades of RV travel...there are pet friendly sites with huge outside fenced areas so you can tend a campfire and turn the steaks without worrying about the wet noses running around in delight. Today I saw some sites with bench swings included. And the grounds staff were all over it. If you're coming through Perry, don't waste your time looking for an RV park...just go straight to Perry KOA Holiday.
