This KOA was very well maintained, the people very friendly, and the surrounding area beautiful. The new sites are very nice with patios, table and chairs, and stone firepits. However, because there is a drainage issue in parts of the new area, a few of the fire pits, like ours, filled with water. Thus no way to have a campfire. Once that is fixed, we wld give this KOA the highest rating.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

FIXED as of May 12th! We listen to our customers, and we put in a double trenched french drain in two areas. It's been checked after a 7" rain in one day...next day...BOOM, no more firepit water! Come back and build that campfire!

We loved it. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms were clean. Our cabin was clean. I highly recommended this place.

Staff was wry friendly friendly. The campsite was clean and full of activities for kids and adults. The proximity to LBL and other surrounding towns was perfect.

Stay was fine but the Surge protector strip did not work. But Since I was only there for 6 hours it wasn't a big deal.

Awesome staff. Our cabin was spotless. The grounds are exquisitely maintained. I loved the welcoming sign with my name on it. It was a simple touch that added to the experience. My companion animal was accommodated as well. I highly recommend staying.

This is the best place to stay! The owners are absolutely fabulous and the employees are super nice and so helpful! This place is clean well taken care of!! I highly recommend this KOA Campground!

Great location. Friendly staff. Well maintained campgrounds. They are expanding and creating many newer sites. The delux deck was very nice for BBQing with local friends and the newer fire pits are really awesome.

We love it here. It is very clean and the staff are wonderful. We love all the kid friendly activities. The playground is awesome. We are definitely coming back!!

The cabin was perfect. The playground kept my little one occupied. The activities was perfect for a family. It was peaceful and quiet at night. Oh yeah, everyone that wi Worked there was so helpful and nice.

Great campground for families. Playground was close and clean. Facilities and grounds well kept. Camper spots are a little narrow but we had a group so could utilize everyone's space for more room. Good times!

We stayed for your Easter extravaganza and a cabin deluxe with our four year old, and enjoy the entire weekend as a whole. Very professional staff courteous, irregardless of the cost of the cabin, it was wonderful!

Nice place to overnight. Now that the weather is getting better, they were making some improvements to the playground area. The only complaint I have is the sites. They need to spend some effort on leveling them out. Our initial site I couldn’t get level. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We moved to a different one that was better. The staff here was great to work with.

We had a fabulous stay at the Paris Landing/Kentucky Lake KOA! The weather didn’t cooperate with us but we made the best of it. Our site was great and the facilities were clean. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this KOA.

We were at this gem for 2 weeks and what a amazing KOA. The owners and staff are all friendly and obviously have pride in keeping this campground spectacular. Best Park in the KY lake area...

My granddaughter and I stayed in a deluxe cabin for a week. It was perfect. The whole park was well taken care of and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We are hoping to stay again this summer when the pool is open.

We stayed in a cabin and were pleasantly surprised by the set-up. I thought we'd be "cramped" but having the picnic table and the firepit within a few steps made this the perfect combination of an indoor/outdoor vacation. The cabin was very well cleaned (no bugs) and sealed, so the heat from the heater, they provided :-), didn't leak. Star - you were fantastic - so very helpful, thank you!!!

The owners, Star and Marc are great and all of the staff are very helpful and courteous. They have made several upgrades to the KOA and we stayed on one of the new sites with the deck, which was very nice. They also upgraded the WiFi and it worked great with our smart TV.

Except for the weather, we were very satisfied with our stay here! I love that you are upgrading the WiFi, and the campsites. I hope that we will make it back to this little gem sometime when it is warmer!

I can not say enough good things about this KOA location - the site is beautiful, with fire pits, decks, and tables/chairs at each of the campsites. The renovated cabins are perfect for those without trailers/RVs. It was an amazing place for us to have a mini-family reunion. Our kids had a great time at the playground, there were barrel cart rides, arts + crafts, and a food truck on site, which made it all the more fun! The staff were top notch as well, helping us to make our family gathering a perfect weekend!
