The campground, grounds, restrooms were nice. It was difficult to find the office because of lack of signage . Surprisingly good breakfast at the cafe. My only concern has nothing to do with the site itself but the wind in that area was horrific. Therefore limited our outside the RV experience to a minimum.

Check in was quick and easy. The eco tent was wonderful, exceeded my expectations. Only complaint was the screeching sound from the awning because of high winds. The employees are wonderful, food was great as well. Suggestions: repave, update game rooms, and library

Awesome place. Erica the manager is helpful and the ladies at the front counter always happy to help. The outside staff always there cleaning up.

The sites should be level out in the dirt lot of the park. But they are surprisingly not level. Most RV's had at least 1 tire off the ground. At a Harvest Host then next night, parking on a dirt road outside a BBQ, the ground was level. The hot tub was enjoyable when not crowded

The clamping unit was clean and everything was in place. We stayed for one night and was nice to use the pool, game room, library. It was too windy in night and the canvas tent was shaking from the wind force so was hard to sleep through.

One of the nicest KOA's we have stayed at. The mineral pool and hot tubs were wonderful! The property was very well maintained and peaceful. We took an upgraded spot with the covered table, firepit and barbeque, it was nice to not have to get out our stuff for one evening... made our last night on the road great! The miniature golf and playground could use some attention, looking worn out.

Only bad was ant issue. People in cabin across from us (very end cabin) the last night we stayed were very loud with all the kids.

This is the best KOA we have stayed in! There are a varity of sites/cabins and you do not feel cramped in. The campground is well cared for The mineral spring hot tubs are wonderful and the poolside cafe turns out great food and there are activities for the kiddos.

The place has potential, but was sadly run down in March of 2024. Our experience with the advertised amenities: unable to play mini-golf (under repair), the game room (broken change machine), eat at the cafe (closed). Swimming was a highlight, but the area needs a fresh coat of paint, and the bathrooms were gross. The aggressive homemade signage adds to the negative vibe. We were disappointed.

I love the proximity to great hiking and the location is scenic and quiet. The park is clean, service is good, staff is great. The sites are primitive, not inexpensive, and all the sewer connections are too tall for my trailer making dumping very difficult even if the sewer isn't backed up and it was. There are not nearly enough garbage cans or laundry machines to accommodate a park of that size.

The views were fantastic. Best view at a campground we’ve ever stayed at. Overall the stay was good and we’d do it again however it is not the most kid friendly park. Very little for my 9 year old to do. Jump pad only operates on the weekend and only a few hours. miniature golf was partially blocked off for repairs. pool was very old and caused the water to look dark and unappealing. Rooms o

Although this visit was only a pull through on dirt, we have stayed here several times and love the mineral tubs, the amenities, the dog park and the area. I did the pre check that was sent to me, however, upon check in I had to provide a drivers license and plate number so had to go back out to the RV to get this. What is the point of pre check if you have to check in anyway??

We especially enjoyed the mineral pools! The only reason we did not rate the KOA PS/JT a 5 is I was nearly severely burned when I was unable to turn off the hot water in the shower in the woman's restroom because the knob was completely striped. Public showers may wear out, but must be properly maintained to keep folks safe. We are planning to return, and expect the shower to be repaired.

This is a nice RV park situated close to Joshua Tree National Park! It has nice amenities such as the pool and jacuzzies and our son loved the basketball court! We will definitely stay here again whenever we decide to visit the area again.

We had a great stay. Everyone was nice. The pool was warm and the sites are clean. The bathrooms are also clean. Quite at night. 45 min away from Joshua Tree & 30 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. When we went, they were remodeling the mini golf so we only could use half of it.

We had a great stay in our tent site. Having water and electric at the site was very convenient. Restrooms and showers were close by and were nicely appointed and CLEAN. We were only there for two nights so we didn’t get to enjoy as many of the amenities and activities (to the disappointment of our kids!), but really enjoyed what we were able to do. We plan to return and spend more time!

Facilities were nice, pool was large and the hot tubs fed by natural hot springs water was a bonus. Staff were professional and friendly. Shout out to Nicole, who offered excellent suggestions for dog friendly hiking locations. A gem of a location.

We had a nice stay both at the beginning of our vacation and a second time at the end of our vacation. The staff were professional and extremely friendly. Both sites we had were clean and perfect for our travel trailer. We had no problems and would certainly recommend this KOA. Thank you.

THE GOOD: The park was very quiet. Campfires are not allow, so no problems with smoke entering our RV. THE BAD: The park needs updating. The crumbling roads are long overdue for new asphalt, our rusted utility box was propped up with lumber, the water main broke during our stay, trees are overgrown, the RV sites are a hodgepodge of sand and gravel, some new, some old. We won't stay again.

Quiet campground on the foothills of Joshua Tree. They have rows if trees along the isles to provide shade and wind buffer. The pool and mineral tubs were very clean and made our bodies feel great!

Great campground, friendly staff with a nice pool and 3 hot tubs. They are sourced from natural hot springs and were amazing. There is work being done on upper end sites that include a covered gazebo. We did not have one but they looked very nice. Convenient location close to Palm Springs and about 40 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park.
