We had so much fun! Love how kid friendly this place is! My daughter was already asking when we’re going back before we even left. It’s very clean, quiet at night, and the staff were all extremely friendly.

Had a good time here. Park is clean and plenty of activities for kids. Will stay again for sure. Some of the buildings need a make over and are a little weathered is the only complaint.

Wonderful staff, everyone is friendly and helpful. Campground is very nice, super clean. Campsites all level and big. Very nice bathrooms, with showers, and an additional couple of nice, private shower rooms. We came for the pool and spas, and were not disappointed!! Very refreshing, a HUGE pool that was so clean and warm, and 3 different temp spas, very nice!!

Great site with extra room, a tree, and fire pit. Very friently staff. Pool and hot tubs nice for relaxing. Close to Palm Springs for dining and shoping. Lots of dog poop bags throughout. Easy check in and check out. Very clean. Mini golf course is very worn and hard to play on. #2 hot tub is not as hot as the sign says it is ... all 5 days we were there. Pool gate pinches your fingers.

Our site was very small - smaller than expected. The restrooms were clean and it worked for one night stay.

Activities-we were not notified in a timely manner for bingo- at 5:06 notice came on phone that it started at 5:15!!! Rushed over at 5:20 at she states” I guess no one is coming!” And when is it legal to allow children to gamble as there was stated $ 1 fee for children. Later learned that a family with kids came and played! Where was Cindy? She would of notified sooner and even had popcorn

Stayed 4 nights and had a very nice spot for our travel trailer. It was a very good experience. We have been at this KOA campground several times before and recomend it to anyone who wants to stay in the Palm Springs area.

Wonderful front desk gal. Campground is far away from Palm Springs if you don't have a tow vehicle. Lots of gravel and dirt. Just not our style.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Camp sites are somewhat close to each other, they should consider adding more partitions or bushes between sites to improve privacy. Kids enjoyed the pool and miniature golf course!

The staff is so friendly and the team there works all day to keep the park looking it's best.The office team is stellar too! We love how this KOA strives to give kids many activities for their stay too. Definitely our favorite KOA!

Maximum number of people per Tent site is 6. Perfect. We had 3 couples so that makes exactly 6. The Tent sites are very large which is why we came here. After each couple set up their tents a person from the office came by and said that we can only have 2 tents on the site. How do decide which couple has to sleep separate from their partner? Just did not make sense.

We enjoyed our stay; having activities for the kids during the weekend for Halloween was awesome. The pools, basketball court and pickle ball courts were fun and of course mini golf. It’s awesome that you can borrow things from the front desk for free only disadvantage of that is they have to be back by 1800 which typically was when we were getting back also that’s right when it is cooling dow

The first thing is, Katie (KOA Staff) ran to help us park! Thought I was at a Les Schwab in Oregon! She was SO friendly, helpful and professional. KOA Palm Springs/Joshua Tree... you have a wonderful person who will help your business and keep your business. Otherwise... the park was clean, well organized, quiet and simply refreshing.

Stay was better than expected for our first RV trip. Clean facilities, kid and pet friendly, an overall great experience.

It was our first time and really liked it. We are even thinking of going back with out boys because of how kid-friendly the site is. Everyone was super helpful- even the nightly security when we arrived late. He escorted us to our site. I think his name was Brad. I highly recommend KOA

Amenities are great. Tent sites are WAY TOO CLOSE together. Also, the quiet hours were not enforced. This was a problem for us as we wanted a good night sleep before hiking Joshua tree the next morning.

This place was one of the best we've stayed at! The store has plenty to offer even for your RV not just the food and souvenir stuff. The pool and hot springs hot tubs were fantastic and the kids enjoyed it alot. The mini golf is fun and free. If you plan to play pickleball bring your own or buy from the store I don't see the bounce pad, but our kids really like this KOA the game room was our spot after the pool. The only thing I didn't agree with was the cafe was close in the beginning of June. I'm not sure of that's the "off season" for them but I would have been nice to grab lunch while at the pool. Our site was perfect with the patio and fire pit we roasted s'mores and had a great time. We will definitely come back

We initially had booked two nights here but extended it for another night. This KOA is our favourite we've stayed in. The pool is an amazing temperature, and the 3 covered hottubs all different temperatures is unbeatable. We would come back here just to relax and hang by the pool all day. Workers were great.
