Very nice campground,the sites were a good size. Washroom facilities were clean. We will stay here again soon.

Facilities were clean. The pool very refreshing and clean. Maybe the pool hours could be extended to allow adults an early and later swim (8 am to 10 pm).

Campground was cleaner than last time. Usually no issues. We think that wifi should be free, this Koa is more costly than most. The price of wood is more expensive also. Need to have more camper activities. Get a local singer in on a Saturday night, 50/50 draws on long weekends. A guided tour on the little trail to bird watch, animal watch.Kids activities, games for all the kids to play together.

A nice park set way back from the road. The hosts were very nice to meet, very clean, nice pool. The wifi was hit and miss. The site we had was a deluxe site back in but it was tight to get into for a 36’ 5th wheel, the entry needs to be made wider, a very private site which we like. Will stay here again.

Disappointed no organized activities for the kids to do like other KOAs. Bathrooms didn’t feel cleaned. Not as welcoming as other KOAs. Did not like how short the bathroom stall doors were.

Very well situated on a large former farm. Facility staff generally very friendly. Facility is in need of very significant maintenance/updates. Would not stay here again due to condition of facility. Also note that the staff is very eager to address camper complaints but jump in quickly in the side of the complainer without knowing the full story. So this leads to some less than desirable results

As a repeater to this location, love the closeness to Owensound while still feeling camping. Sites by the pond are wonderful and fit our Rv well. Would love to see Wi-Fi at the back of the park and not just get a one hour Wi-Fi use code for your entire stay and told that was all that is allowed to be given out. If it was a work week, I would have to stay elsewhere to be able to do both.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are currently in the process of installing a new WiFi system for the park. The lower campground now has unlimited access WiFi. We anticipate that the upper campground will have WiFi coverage by the end of July 2024. We hope that you will be able to enjoy our park with the new WiFi system nexttime

It was a very clean campground. Staff were very friendly. The only thing I would recommend is where we stayed, after a bit of rain, could get really wet.

Friendly reception. Grounds are exceptionally clean. Washroom attached to the office building was very clean. Trailer pad was flat, which is good. Rate was competitive. Would stay again.

Thank you for having a site for us on such short notice over the Canada Day long weekend. The kids enjoyed their stay with the facilities. I was surprised however with the lack of organized events to help the kids celebrate Canada Day. Recommend parades, face painting, crafts, marshmallow or smores bonfires just to mention a few. Thank you for having us.

Way too many rules. No cable television, one hour of Wi-Fi per day???? Surveillance cameras everywhere, including one directly on our site. In no way does this place me the general KOA standard

Very nice Camp, clean, friendly staff, beautiful country setting but over priced. I think that $ 60 a night, rather than $ 80, would be a more reasonable fee for what you get.

It was extremely relaxing and peaceful with everything we needed. The park isn’t huge so everything is in walking distance, doesn’t matter what site you’re close to everything. It’s also close to home so was perfect for a weekend getaway where our teenager could still leave to work but come back to hang out. Can’t wait to book again

Campground was spacious and well maintained. Restrooms spotless! Only complaint I had is that you were given a coupon for 1 hour per day for free internet, beyond that you had to pay. A little ridiculous in this day and age! First time I encountered limited internet at a KOA

Terrible experience. Very unhelpful staff who won’t take responsibility or assist their paying customers for avoidable situations. Patio sites don’t look as good as the pictures so don’t bother spending the extra money. Better signage other then a tiny sticker hidden under the electrical box cover that says “unuseable”. If it’s on the site, it should be working. I will not be returning

We regret to hear about the inconvenience you faced. While you had reserved a 30-amp service site, we understand your excitement upon seeing a 50-amp receptacle and plugging in your RV. To avoid further confusion, we have removed the 50-amp receptacle from the pedestal.

Thought it wasnt busy, the park was very clean. The Workers where diligent cleaning and doing yard maintenance. No compaints.

We stayed on a camp site this past weekend with electrical/water and enjoyed our time with our little family! The kids loved the playground and pool, the bathrooms and showers were very clean and wasn't too far of a walk from the tent sites. The owners were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

quick check in -- staff were friendly & courteous bathroom & showers were neat & clean, pool was nice on a warm day loved our site - listening to the cows mooing as they were going out to pasture & going back to the barn in the evening. Campground is well located & close to town -- we were able to ride our bikes for shopping & to explore the city. can't wait to go back again.
