General Campground Information

Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

RV Sites, Tent Sites :  Check-in: 1:00 pm, Check-out: 11:00 am  
Cabins : Check-in: 2:00 pm, Check-out: 11:00 am
Domes : Check-in: 2:00 pm, Check-out: 11:00 am

After Hours Check-in

If you have a reservation:
Pick up your info at the office front door to get to your site. There will be a map for you with your name, your site number and the direction to the site.
Please visit the office next day by 10:30am to register if your reservation is more than one night.

If you don't have a reservation:
Next to the office front door, there is a Night Registration Box. Follow the guidelines to check-in a site.
Please visit the office next day by 10:30am to register if your are staying more than one night.

Vehicle Rules

One RV (5th wheel, travel trailer, pick up camper, motorhome, tent trailer, toy hauler) and One vehicle (light truck / car) is allowed on site.
Extra vehicles / trailers is $5+tax per night per vehicle / trailer. Extra vehicles / trailers MUST be parked at our visitor / trailer parking lot.

If you don't want to leave your extra trailer at the trailer parking lot, you could exchange it with your vehicle.
Examples:
If you have a Motorhome, a car, a motorcycle trailer, you could park your motorhome and motorcycle trailer on site. The car must be parked in our parking lot.
If you have a 5th wheel, a truck, a car, and a boat trailer, you could park the 5th wheel and the boat trailer on site. However, your truck and car must be parked in our parking lot.

NO PARKING ON GRASS at ALL TIMES. It takes time for the grass to recover if it's damaged. Please keep your site nice and give consideration to the next camper.

DO NOT block any driveway at ALL TIMES.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must inform the campground before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee.

RV and Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call or email the campground by 4 p.m., 7 days before your scheduled arrival.

Camping Cabins: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call or email the campground by 4 p.m., 14 days before your scheduled arrival.

Dome: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call or email the campground by 4 p.m., 14 days before your scheduled arrival. 

Special Policy for Father's Day Weekend and Holiday Long Weekends 2025
NO REFUND will be given for reservations for Father's Day Weekend and the Holiday Long Weekends listed as below.
Victoria Day Weekend (May 16, May 17, May 18)
Father's Day Weekend (Jun 13, Jun 14)
Canada Day Weekend (Jun 27, Jun 28, Jun 29, Jun 30)
Civic Holiday Weekend (Aug 1, Aug 2, Aug 3)
Labour Day Weekend (Aug 29, Aug 30, Aug 31)

The Special Policy applies to all reservations that cover any day of the mentioned Weekends.

For Father's Weekend, Minimum Stay is 2 nights. Deposit for the first 2 nights of the reservations is required. The entire deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled.
For other Holiday Long Weekends, Minimum Stay is 3 nights. Deposit for the first 3 nights of the reservations is required. The entire deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled.

*Not calling to Cancel / No Show will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. Please let us know if you will not be able to arrive on the scheduled arrival day.

Special Policy for KOA Rewards Appreciation Weekend
No refund will be given, No reschedule allowed.

Cancellation requests are processed within 1 business day normally. If you don't receive any cancellation email within a day, please call the office: (226) 887-2888 to re-confirm. Otherwise, your cancellation request is not completed - you may still be charged.
KOA cancellation policy will apply.

Visitor Policy

All visitors MUST register at the office before going to the site.
Adults: $5+tax per person
Kids 5-17 years: $3+tax per person
Parking Fee: $5+tax per vehicle

Visitor Fee and Parking Fee will apply at the same time. For example, if there are 1 adult and 1 vehicle, the fee would be $5 Vistor Fee + $5 Parking Fee + HST.

Daytime visitors must leave the campground by 10 pm.

Maximum 6 people per site (Including occupants in the reservation and visitors)

Electrical

NO electrical vehicle charge on sites. There are charging stations in Owen Sound.

15 amp sites
No AC is allowed. Please limit the items on the circuit to light usage only items. Please don't use multiple heavy items like Hair Dryers, Kettles, Coffee Makers, Fryers. Only use one at a time.

30 amp sites
Do not use more than 1 AC unit. If you need to run heavy electrical items, you may need to turn off the AC while using. It is recommended you turn off the electric water heater or run it on LP.

Tent

NO sleeping tent on RV sites and Cabins. Sleeping tents are allowed on tent sites only.

Pets

Pets are welcome but must always be on a leash and attended. Pets could only be unleashed in the Fenced Dog Park.

Please do not leave your pets alone on your site. Take them with you to avoid them from barking or howling, which could bother other campers.

Please be responsible and clean up after your pet.

Pets are not allowed in the store, the laundry, the washrooms, the playground and the swimming pool area.

Pool Hours 2024

Pool opens from 11 am to 8 pm, June 7 to Labor Day.

CampFire

Every site has its own Fire Ring / Fire Pit. Please do not move the Fire Ring / Fire Pit.

Only Fire Wood and Kindling are allowed in the Fire Ring / Fire Pit. Throwing Garbage into the Fire Ring / Fire Pit will result in a $20 penalty.

Please extinguish your Camp Fire by 11pm.

Wi-Fi

We understand that internet access is essential for many of our guests, and we are pleased to be able to offer free WiFi to you.

The WiFi is available throughout the park, and you can connect by simply logging in. The WiFi will automatically disconnect after 60 minutes of use, but you can simply login again with no limitation.

Quiet Hours

This is a family campground. 

Please observe our quiet hours from 11pm to 8am.

Volume must be at reasonable level at all times.

When listening to music, please keep in mind that not everyone shares your music taste.

Absolutely NO music after 11pm.

Creating a nuisance or disturbance will result in removal from the park.
