I always enjoy my time at Owen Sound KOA, I was disappointed when other campers were placed right beside us when there were other cabins more spaced out available. That being said maybe they requested cabin 9. Everyone (the staff) is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great time!

Cabin was clean and smelled fresh. Bathrooms were clean. The pool was warm and the property well maintained. The wood was very expensive. $14.95 for a bag that would be $8 roadside or $9 at Circle K. Main concern was how rushed we felt as we were loading and preparing to leave. It was still before 11am and staff had come by multiple times asking if they could come clean. Felt very off putting.

Thanks for your feedback. Roadside firewood can vary in type and quality; ours is locally sourced, bagged hardwood. We’re sorry you felt rushed. All other cabins were cleaned, so staff simply asked if they could start early. You were welcome to stay until 11am.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in a cabin. I wish they had cabins with washrooms in them. The Campground is very clean and the staff are friendly. It does lack some of the amenities that other KOA's offer. Over-all we had a good stay and would come back again.

Cute cabin, quiet area, the two people we met at the front desk were friendly and quick. The store hours are terrible. We arrived at 6:45 and the store was closed so we had to leave again to find wood elsewhere. We tried to do dishes at 9am and the door was locked. Everything was clean. We would stay again and just be prepared for everything to be closed.

Thank you for staying with us! Our office/store is open 10am–6pm weekdays and 10am–8pm weekends. After hours, our park rangers are available for firewood purchases. The laundry/dishwashing area is open 24 hours, so we’ll check why the door was locked that morning.

Very restful stay in the rental RV for 3 nights. Washrooms need a deep clean, but just fine for a hot shower. The awning is not working, but they do have a basic screen tent for rent $10 per night.There is no shade otherwise as there are no trees on the lot. Enjoy! There is something to do everyday...

Thank you for staying with us! Just to clarify, the RV awning is intentionally disabled, as improper operation can easily cause damage. The site does have trees along the back and left side, although, as with most campsites, shade varies throughout the day depending on the position of the sun.

Pool was shut down for days. No other activities. Games in game room cost money.Even a piece of paper for the wishing well costs you $1.00 to write your wish. Amenities very expensive.

We loved how quiet this campground was It was very clean, we staid in a cabin which again was very quiet and clean. We really loved the hiking trail, and my 8year old loved the scavenger hunt on the trail ! We walked the trail everyday Spent an entire day at the pool. Convenient location to Owen Sound !

We rent KOA cabin at least once per year. This year we stayed at Owen Sound and were disappointed. The cabin had no fridge (we get a little fridge in the cabin normally) and the ventilator didn't cool the air in the cabin. It wasn't strong enough. Also, the price of ice is outrageous! Double price comparing to any gas station. The bathroom was ok but had only two showers. The staff was amazing.

Great location, freedom to play, friendly people. Three ideas I had regarding this location: 1. Rubber matting on top of cement surrounding pool (I tripped on cement crack and both knees are badly scrapped). 2. UV protection shading shelter overtop of half of the pool from sun. 3. UV protection shading shelter overtop of various areas in the field from sun. Thank You

This is our third summer staying here. We choose it because it's clean, safe and family-friendly. My daughter loves the pool. We always stay in the cabins and they are quaint and comfortable. One important thing is that bathroom facilities are always kept clean. It's a family run business that we hope to support again next summer. Great Place to stay.

Ramin and Farahnaz were in Dome and it was great experience .Nice and clean and all were great organized .I will try it next year again. Tom was helpful and nice at office and has good customer service. Strongly recommended to everyone this dome to explore.

We love it here. Cabin is clean and comfy. It’s set near the tree line within enough space between for privacy. The place is well kept and the pool clean. My kids love this pool. The staff are super friendly too.

Before going to the Campground, I had requested a couple of requests, one being that cabin, be located partly shady area. I was thankful that I brought my gazebo to keep myself under the shade. no activities were advertised. And this campsite is infested with flies that kept me up all weekend long. It is so infested that my dogs didn’t sleep all night and only slept during the day.

I love visiting KOA and have been doing for more than 6 years at other KOA locations but this one was my first one at Owen Sound KOA. The place is beautiful and quiet. Our cabin was full of flies and bugs The moment we entered in the cabin, it took us hours to sort or get rid of all the flies. This could have been due to food or drink spilled on the floor by the previous guests.

This Owen Sound KOA is a great place and the people running it are fantastic! They wave to you every time they see you and are very friendly. The sites are clean and trailer sites have water, hydro and sewers. We love it here. Its the staff that makes this place so nice.
