Very clean campground, treed sites, warm welcome and lovely pool.

It was extremely relaxing and peaceful with everything we needed. The park isn’t huge so everything is in walking distance, doesn’t matter what site you’re close to everything. It’s also close to home so was perfect for a weekend getaway where our teenager could still leave to work but come back to hang out. Can’t wait to book again

Campground was spacious and well maintained. Restrooms spotless! Only complaint I had is that you were given a coupon for 1 hour per day for free internet, beyond that you had to pay. A little ridiculous in this day and age! First time I encountered limited internet at a KOA

Terrible experience. Very unhelpful staff who won’t take responsibility or assist their paying customers for avoidable situations. Patio sites don’t look as good as the pictures so don’t bother spending the extra money. Better signage other then a tiny sticker hidden under the electrical box cover that says “unuseable”. If it’s on the site, it should be working. I will not be returning

We regret to hear about the inconvenience you faced. While you had reserved a 30-amp service site, we understand your excitement upon seeing a 50-amp receptacle and plugging in your RV. To avoid further confusion, we have removed the 50-amp receptacle from the pedestal.

Thought it wasnt busy, the park was very clean. The Workers where diligent cleaning and doing yard maintenance. No compaints.

We always enjoy our time at KOA, but on site L38, the tree is in the way. If we park all the way to the front of the site, our awning cannot extend fully or it gets jammed into the tree. If we park as far back as we can, the tree is right at our door. The tree either needs to be trimmed back or removed, as I am sure we are not the only ones it gives troubles to.

Very quiet location but close to everything. The homemade Chinese food was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

We were very disappointed with the store to begin with. There wasn’t much stock in the store, and games room was dirty and stinky. This is the first KOA we stayed at the charges for internet service. They did allow us 1 free hour of internet, but had to pay after that. Only one of the two shower stalls was suitable. One of the seasonal sites was using power tools at 7am��. Won’t be back.

Probably the best KOA we have stayed at. Lots of space between camp spots, multiple green space for various activities etc.

We had a lovely site next to the forest that was quiet and serene. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. My only little complaint is that the water in the women's shower was luke warm and as the mornings were quite chilly, it would have been nice to have it hotter.

Not enough activities for kids to keep them occupied. Other KOAsg havre events & activities for kids every Saturday & Sunday. Wagon rides , face painting .. etc

Our lot was great. The upkeep as I reported last year was lacking. Laneway into the park overgrown, the house not trimmed-a bit of grass cut but not much. Barn area junky with equipment laying around. Camping lots not trimmed. Pool not open. But washrooms very clean. Staff friendly. Very efficient n office.

Seasonal site. Amenities at the campground are sufficient. I spoke to Sonny re: new table for our site (upper 7), the existing table is too small for friends and family and is a real safety issue as it can tip quite easily. A nice old fashioned wooden table is required that will allow 6 adults to sit comfortably. Overall good year and appreciate the hard work of Sonny and Tommy at the KOA.

Very nice park and well maintained. Being adjacent to the Bruce Trail was nice. The trout pond was great for the kid's.

Campground is clean and staff is friendly. They need more kid activities and the pool needs to be open everyday and more things need to be available to buy in the store.

The KOA is well maintained and the team looking after it does a great job. This was our third season staying here. It doesn’t have a lot of extra amenities but we don’t stay there for that reason. The location relative to beaches, kayaking and Bruce Trail hiking is perfect. It’s also close to stores and restaurants. Overall another great year.

We stayed on a camp site this past weekend with electrical/water and enjoyed our time with our little family! The kids loved the playground and pool, the bathrooms and showers were very clean and wasn't too far of a walk from the tent sites. The owners were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

quick check in -- staff were friendly & courteous bathroom & showers were neat & clean, pool was nice on a warm day loved our site - listening to the cows mooing as they were going out to pasture & going back to the barn in the evening. Campground is well located & close to town -- we were able to ride our bikes for shopping & to explore the city. can't wait to go back again.
