Compared to other KOA facilities, price is higher, no AC, Microwave, TV, Fridge, no water connection near the cabins. Washroom and Toilets are very tight space.

I definitely can't go back to tent camping! The cabin was so nice and comfortable. very clean too. I would definitely come back esp to the Owen Sound one. Staff was friendly; even though the office was closed, they opened up so I can buy campfire wood. We liked that there was a picnic table and campfire set up. Will do it again

Pleasant KOA far removed from the highway. Bathrooms and accomodations were very clean. Sites were fairly cramped though.

Owners and staff were incredibly nice and hospitable. Cabin was clean. Grounds were well kept. Will 100% be booking again in the near future.

Great stay a few items that need work 1. Activities for kids and teens 2. Parking at cabins Needs to be improved 3. Website says all cabins at koa's are climate Controlled but ours was not.

From the moment we arrived until the day we departed the campsite we had nothing but positive experiences with the campground and the staff! The staff makes sure to keep the campground clean and well maintained!

We are coming to this campsite since last 3-4 year but this time owner changed. New Owner was very rude and services are so much degraded. Took almost 1+ hour to checked in & lots of communication issue. Also during check out, we have returned the key well before checkout time but while arranging luggage into the car their staff came and said very rudely that you should be out side the camp site.

We were 5 families stayed at Owen sound KOA. We had no issues before at this location but with the change of ownership seems like everything changed. Their staff were keep watching us from behind the trees in the night to make sure we aren't making any noise. Of course we weren't. Lots of arguments on small things. We aren't going back to this KOA. And I wish KOA take some actions.

We are sorry for your experiences,however we have tons of complaints about noise from other guest.We stopped by and asked you to keep quiet as it was 12:00am already, our quiet time is 11:00pm and most of the guest were enjoy the quiet of our campground. We aim to provide a quiet and peaceful time.

Overall clean facility, No privacy between cabins & RV's , No dish washing station , missing accessible rest rooms (Violation of Construction code ) , missing family restrooms. No Baby change tables , no practical option to give bath or to change to infents. restrooms are outdated & water pressure /temprature fluctuating in mens restroom.

Thank you for your comments. As a KOA we are so proud of our A Frame building, however it is a historical building,so it was not build with 2013 Ontario's build code. When it was build,accessible restroom was not one of the requirement. However we will consider to add it to our park in the fut

We always had been to this KOA but with the change in management we were perturbed by the way they treated customers … We booked out cabin well in advance for our group we were not given cabins the staff was rude and took more than 1hr to register us and they charged us extra for painting for the desk which was unpainted …

We are sorry for your experiences, however the cabin you requested was reserved by another guest. We try so hard to move the reservation so that you can have the cabin you want for a night. You can use "KOA select my site " to pick the site you like next time to prevent this problem.

The ground here are well maintained. Bathrooms and pool always very clean. Centrally located to many hotspots. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!

They don’t have air conditioning or a fridge in the cabins like Barrie KOA does. Their office and pool hours are strange. They overcharged for one small damage done that was an accident on our part.

Unfortunately, door was found seriously damaged instead of slightly. The structure of the door was affected by the damage. It was costly and time-consuming for the repair to ensure the cabin is safe and secure for the next guest. The cabin couldnt be sold for the night due to the damage.

Love the KOA - we were warned about the noise levels just before 11 which was presumptuous.The garbage disposal for regular garbage is very far and makes it hard to dispose. It's also very high, for a short person, it's impossible to get up there. The pool was very clean, the bathroom was reasonably clean.

Had a great stay had all the cabins rented would be nice to have a small fridges in the cabins as well when maintenance check cabins need to look up for wasp nest and remove we all got rid of wasp nests at the cabins

Stayed the weekend in a Camping Cabin to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Washrooms also clean. Friendly staff and quiet stay. Was disappointed at the set up for wifi. Receiving a coupon for 1 hour of wifi per day and having to choose about paying for more. In the end, we simply unplugged and did not use any. This info should be advertised.

Accommodation as expected. Campground and washrooms very clean. Not much to do there. Pool not open and not much in the game room. Trail wasn't well groomed but it was the beginning of the season so maybe not enough time to get ready? No Privacy at the cabins. Everyone is all together watching each others every move. Wood very expensive ($16 for a little bag). Store not very well stocked.

The cabin (#1) we had did not have any privacy as it was right at the entrance to the park. There were no trees or bushes planted around it so every person walking by or driving in/out was looking directly into our campsite. The cabin was cute and clean. No special features in the location; no lake, pond or river. We had a good time hiking to waterfalls and exploring Moreland house and gardens.

New management no longer deliver wood. Management elected to take photos of our cabins instead of talking with us first. Illogical to suggest clotheslines, tarps and hammocks hung from cabin to cabin affects structure of cabins. Suggestion to do so between trees even more illogical.

Very specious for a KOA. Very welcoming and accommodating. The sites are spotless: no sign of thrash (the classic in the fire ring). Very quiet at night. Felt very safe.

We frequent KOA locations across North America. This is our first time here. We found it to be beautiful, very clean, and the attendants were very pleasant and welcoming. We did a lot of hiking through the national parks within this area so this KOA was in a perfect location to set as a base camp.
