Our stay was great. Wonderful, helpful staff especially Pamela and Debra. They were very patient working with me on our next stay. Campground clean and well maintained. Clean bathrooms. Excellent pool. A lot of improvements since our last stay.

Staff were very friendly. I wish the sites were better however. Unlevel and sloped quite a bit front to back and therefore I do not believe the price matched the value.

Arrived and were told there was a ban on non-fires. They proceeded to sell us charcoal, lighter fluid and popcorn. When arrived at cabin there was no grill. When I called the front desk the woman told me “ I figured you had your own grill” . And said there are no grills on premises. This was how we were cooking during our stay. Then we walked into the cabin and it was about 90* in the front ro

It was an incredible experience, the camping site is beautiful and with plenty of activities for kids. We loved our cabins and the whole experience.

We love this KOA and have stayed here multiple times. . Clean sites and clean bathrooms. Sites are fairly spacious and staff is always friendly. This is the go to place in the Orlando area.

Dog walk area could have had more grass and less weeds and sand in it. Bathrooms were clean and RV lot was nice.

We stayed long term at the KOA while our retirement home is being built. Everyone on staff is so nice and helpful-I know we’ve made a few life-long friends. The grounds are neat and clean. It’s a short drive to WDW, and shopping and restaurants are nearby. Though I didn’t use the bath facilities I did use the laundry facilities a few times and they were always in good order and clean. There was so much traffic , they were burning so the whole camp ground was covered ash. The laundry facility did not work. We had wasps in our electrical box and were told not to worry about it and the owner and women in the office had attitudes. We left early and moved to another camp ground.

Ok place. Liked that they pickup garbage throughout the day. Shady sites large pine trees. Satellite challenging. Outside staff friendly. Inside staff I'd rate a 3/5 nothing exciting. Resort kept clean.

We rented a two-room camping cabin, there was supposed to be a TV there was no TV. All night long the air conditioner would vibrate the whole cabin when it would kick on and off. And the electricity in K5 is definitely not right because the power would flicker on and off constantly and the light in the living room didn't like to come on. The neighbors were nodded out on the porch. Not a good thing

This is the second time we have spent a week here. Beautiful, well maintained campground. Playground area has been expanded since last year and offers so many things for the kids to do. The pool is great too. Traffic in the area can be bad, but that’s to be expected.

Always like staying at this location. The only thing was the day we checked out I used the ladies room. Overall I was pleased with the cleanliness but regarding 2 bathroom stalls (1 was without toilet paper and 1 was quite low. One of the stalls had no toilet seat papers. This was right around 11:00-11:15.

This is the third time that we have stay at this KOA. Very well maintained and clean. Close to the Disney Parks. Staff is friendly and very helpful. We will be back in the future.

Easy check-in process (online and at location). Professional atmosphere and personnel. I-4 was not a noise issue, but the forest getting cleared directly east may be an issue.

This was the best KOA I’ve ever stayed at. I always stay at them and I was here for 6 nights and I loved it. The nicest staff, clean facilities, and lots of things to keep you entertained. Will definitely be staying here again.

This was our second stay here and it won't be our last one. They have done some upgrades and improvements. We like that the more permanent guest are located in the back as they tend to spread out and collect more. Everyone we spoke with were kind and friendly. The park was very clean and well kept. We did leave our solar flickering lights there and surprised no-one called.

We loved when we came and stayed at the lower part but was not at all happy with the upper part of the KOA. The site we had backed up to where it seemed the main septic was and you could not sit out and enjoy it no matter what time of day it was, the smell was horrible. The camper next door kept his blinds open so we looked into him sitting all the time, not enjoyable so we left.

Loved the cabins. Mattress in the cabin could be more comfortable but we loved the campground! Key was not in envelope when we late checked in and received it via the night security an hour or two later.

We liked this KOA overall, but unfortunately there were many houseflies, which also got inside our RV. We really don't know why, but it may be due to a requirement for everyone to leave their garbage outside for pickup, as well as no access to a dumpster. We understand that perhaps there may have been dumpster abuse in the past, but if this is the reason for the flies, something needs to change.

Very helpful staff. Switched my site to something without roots no problem. Call center said they were full when I called the night before to try to get in early, but they weren't.

The bathrooms and laundry facilities are kept very clean. There was construction going on right next to us so there was noise and the smell of smoke because they were burning the trees they pulled up.

Stayed in Cabin K2. Campground, Cabin, Restrooms exceptionally neat and clean. All Staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Hated to leave! We will return!

Honestly it's a great place to stop when you driving long distances in an RV or visiting Florida, it's right on the i4 entrance and the wifi there is really good it is a lil hard to see it if you've never been and may pass by but other then that it's a great place and the staff are super nice and cool jon helped us out when we had a bit of a problem with our camper so yea id stay with em again

We stayed in a tent site. We loved the covered Pato area with each site and being so close to the playground. They had SO much stuff for the kids to do, they never got bored. The staff was beyond friendly and the campground was clean and bathrooms were great! The only downside is being close to the freeway and hearing that all night long. Besides the freeway, it is a perfect campground for families. We will be back and definitely recommend.
