The stay itself was great. When the heater knob broke and I had told the office about it they got on it right away. Everything is alway clean. To make it better would not charge extra fees. Like the early check in or the selecting a site people want to stay in.

The grand cabin was very clean there was room for Ute and Atv easy ride to the dunes we had small children that enjoyed the kids track We will be booking more trips to the KOA and OR.dunes

The new paving is a great addition and hopefully it will continue. Your pricing is a little high which I understand but a weekly or two week discount would be great. You guys are doing a great job with the park and I hope it continues because I have been staying here since 1997.

This Koa should honor discounts like other koa’s and you should allow people to check in early if their site is ready and not charge a $20 fee for it. This koa doesn’t allow people to bring their own fire wood so expect to buy their wood at $10 for a small bundle or bring a gas fire pit! They do sell propane for $4.19 a gallon. This koa could be more accommodating! Over all it was a nice stay.

Very clean campground, lot's of stuff for all ages. Great friendly staff and very accommodating. Location is excellent for riding the dunes and dune access with fuel and ATV and UTV parts, service and supplies right outside the entrance to the campground. The campground has a variety of accommodations from covered wagons, a RR caboose, cabins, teepees and RV sites. We can't wait to go back.

The park is very nice but the fire pit of the space was too close to out slide out. The people next door partied until 1:30 am.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this KOA. It is clean and organized and appreciate how friendly the staff was. It is very convenient to access the beach and the dunes. We will definitely be coming back again.

The added fees are getting ridiculous. We were charged $20 because we showed up 30 min early. Was never ever told that was a thing, we having been coming here twice a year for 20 years and now the $25 fee from $10 to lock your site in is over the top also. While we were there they also were burning everyday which made it for an unpleasant smell Are these fees across the board?

I kept thinking someone in the campground was putting their garbage in the camp fire every day. However after going for a walk to see who the culprit was it turned out to be the campground themselves. They have a homemade garbage burning device behind the rec room and it stinks up the entire campground. So if you enjoy the smell of burning plastic this is the place for you.

We were at your KOA just after the Labor Day weekend. The staff were great and very helpful. Really liked what the camp site had done to the main road. It was nice that it’s being paved to keep the dust down. We noticed this year there wasn’t a lot of dust coming off the road in the campground and that was great. Poor communications on billig (cost an additional 50.00) with the application of member rewards. Deceptive promotion information, did not honor advertised KOA Rewards Weekend.

The beds in the cabins are horrifically uncomfortable. Neither my wife nor I slept well and both of us had neck/back pain afterward. Other than that the stay was great. Bonus if the cabins could have sinks to wash dishes in!

The camp was very clean and the staff was very helpful on answering any questions that I had. The store had everything we ran out of or forgot so that was nice.

Disappointed that hardly any improvements have been done to the cabin. We’ve stayed in L74 for over 10 years and the same disgusting uncomfortable sofa/futon has been in there for at least 15 years. The cabinets, bathroom, lighting need improvement. At least this time there was no moldy shower curtain, however the drain is loose & one can easily stub their toe.

My stay started with having to pay $20 to check in at 12 noon when my site was both vacant and clean. I was part of a wedding group that spent a few thousand dollars for the week. I was also denied a one day refund when I needed to leave a day early due to a family situation. I doubt seriously I will return to this campground and will look for other campgrounds.

Need more bathroom and shower facilities and more frequent cleaning when the campsite is busy. The updates with the concrete patios and bbq’s are nice.

We always enjoy our stays at KOA, but this time was exceptionally good, we had an issue with our septic tank and the maintenance guys came and helped us get everything cleared out, so thank you so much �

Had a wonderful stay.wishing it wasn't a holiday weekend.one neighbor was great then other was a loud drunk. Can't wait for the next trip to your wonderful park.loved the amenities for the kids and the kids off-road area. We will be back!

No hot water - couldn't take a shower. The ground at our tent site was so hard that I bent several tent stakes trying to hammer them in. The fire pit at our campsite was in the middle - that's terrible design for a tent site - where do you put the tent and be 8-10 feet from the fire?

Stayed here at least 20 times. But do not stay in the Lena lodge. The lift has 2 beds that are basically inaccessible. The stairs are so narrow and steep, then the room itself is like 4 foot tall. My 11 year old son hurt himself hitting his head numerous times. Very disappointed.

We have been camping at Oregon dunes KOA for 15 years. They have always treated us like family and Steve and his wife are great. They have fixed many of our toys to get us riding. We don't stay anywhere else.
