Great spot to stay. The cabin was clean, neighbors were great and the staff is friendly and informative about the area. I definitely recommend going to the dunes KOA with your friends and family!

Great. The tiny house was in great shape and well stocked. One recommendation, remove the handles from the fake drawers in the bathroom and bedroom (unit L21TH) so people don’t try to force open a fake drawer and pull the front off. Other recommendation for this site would be better trailer parking. A bit tricky to fit flatbed and truck in the spot.

The cabin was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. However the first night our smoke alarm went off and our cabin smelt of propane. I called the after hours line and Chris showed up quickly to help. However it's hard to sleep knowing your cabin smells of propane and you have small kids to worry about. This KOA was one with fewer amenities than ones we have previously stayed at.

Beautiful, clean lovely place. Rented a trailer and it was great, clean and warm. Everything worked. Rained a couple days while we were there so the amenities weren’t really able to be used (playground, jump pad etc) otherwise friendly staff, lovely safe place. Would come back again and again!

we get to relax when we are there. the staff are very pleasant to talk to and we like riding in the dunes. this stay, we met some other campers that have a lot in common with us.

We had a ball 20 of us played in the sand, eat ice cream , tried to hit the bull's-eye with the axes and sat around a campfire at night.. Everything was great, stayed at the new safari style tent thing, loved it! BBQ didn’t have any utensils so we bought some from the store and left them there for future use for others I hope!

We had a great stay with the KOA. We hadn't stayed there in several years and were happily surprised by all the new things added. The jump pad and train rides for the kids were amazing. The small quad riding area for the little kids on the 50cc quads was amazing. Can not wait for our next trip.

House was ok, but no sheets, vacuum, mop, washer dryer. no extra towels washcloths or dishrags, or garbage bags. Very slow in getting someone to bring the stuff. Very boring for smaller children. they need more things for kids. Warrenton koa is much more geared for EVERYONE.

Very frustrated that we could only have one cabin key. Any hotel you can get one for each person occuping the room. At this KOA they said they can only give one key per cabin. If keys are an issue, please install key code locks that the code can be changed. This KOA is lacking maintenance in the cabins in our opinion and we have been coming here for over 20 years.

Horrible mattresses! Very clean cabins. Disgusting lake! Polite staff. No camper kitchen. Tv fuzzy. Loved the mini dunes track(that's what we came for).

All in all, the stay was good. The bathrooms and showers could use more cleaning more often. I believe a water truck of some sort could be used to mitigate dust in the campground. Other than that, they stay was good!

Our family visits there every year and we love it. We love the facilities. We love the staff we love the peace and quiet that’s enforced even though some people can get a little rowdy after the sun goes down. Cannot wait to go back next year.

This is a very family friendly campground. We really enjoyed all the fun activities like the jump pad, playground, game room, train and ice cream. There is a ”Food” section on the website saying there is a café that serves breakfast and lunch with a menu. Upon arriving to the campground, I was told that the café closed in 2020 and hasn’t reopened since Covid. It needs to be updated on the

This was our 9th year visiting this KOA. We rented one of the new tiny houses. The day we arrived the weather was extremely hot. The tiny house was not equipped with it conditioning or even a ceiling fan making the unit uncomfortable. We did get fan from management, which helped. Even when the temperatures cooled down we utilized the fan to help keep the air moving.

I loved the small cabin I stayed in for the 4th of July weekend. The car situation was annoying only 2 were allowed in our area and we had a few. My husband came later and a lady wasn’t very nice to him and told him he had to leave assuming he was aguest. I also went to swing at the park as my kids were playing and the swing broke. I suffered a injury to my arm but manager was amazing, thankyou

This place is fantastic! Having security on site, 24hrs a day, gave me peace of mind that none of my stuff would be messed with in the middle of the night. It was also really nice to drive our SxS directly to the dunes without having to trailer it. This is my new favorite KOA. W will be back for sure!

Upon arrival the shower curtain was very moldy and smelled like urine, AGAIN! I had complained about this last year. Spoke with Chris and she had it handled right away! For the price that is charged per night I expect a clean cabin upon arrival. Chris was cordial & understanding.

We have been staying at KOA for close to five years now was told about this place by friends of ours and now we turn other friends on to stay at KOA They have everything you need great camping spots. Always nice and very clean can have outdoor fires picnic tables, great hook ups, full septic water, electric Wi-Fi. The store might seem small, but has everything and even more, use washing machines which are great in case you have an emergency they have great showers. Bathroom is always clean if you want to get ready in the bathrooms they have a bouncy house for the kids a train ride small kids could ride their ATV motorcycles they also have a play area with swings And more we wouldn't stay anywhere else this place is perfect
