The stay itself was great. When the heater knob broke and I had told the office about it they got on it right away. Everything is alway clean. To make it better would not charge extra fees. Like the early check in or the selecting a site people want to stay in.

The grand cabin was very clean there was room for Ute and Atv easy ride to the dunes we had small children that enjoyed the kids track We will be booking more trips to the KOA and OR.dunes

Another great visit to the ODKOA! Everything was clean and in order, with no issues at all. The staff if friendly and efficient. We can't wait to return.

The beds in the cabins are horrifically uncomfortable. Neither my wife nor I slept well and both of us had neck/back pain afterward. Other than that the stay was great. Bonus if the cabins could have sinks to wash dishes in!

Disappointed that hardly any improvements have been done to the cabin. We’ve stayed in L74 for over 10 years and the same disgusting uncomfortable sofa/futon has been in there for at least 15 years. The cabinets, bathroom, lighting need improvement. At least this time there was no moldy shower curtain, however the drain is loose & one can easily stub their toe.

Need more bathroom and shower facilities and more frequent cleaning when the campsite is busy. The updates with the concrete patios and bbq’s are nice.

Stayed here at least 20 times. But do not stay in the Lena lodge. The lift has 2 beds that are basically inaccessible. The stairs are so narrow and steep, then the room itself is like 4 foot tall. My 11 year old son hurt himself hitting his head numerous times. Very disappointed.

Had a great time! Friendly staff, quality amenities. Just wish you had some available cabin sites that allowed dogs. If we hadn’t had our friends with their RV, we would have had to go elsewhere.

Cabin was great, bbq and camp fire great, location to dunes great but internet and TV was terrible. Both tvs didn't work and remote was dead. One TV got fixed with a ukulele other one never worked. For 300 a night they should make sure everything works

I was treated very well, staff friendly- helpful, Community bathroom/ showers great, ( the walk there was reasonably quick..because I like COKE ( the soft drink) regular I quess everyone else does too.. reduce stocking the guys and make room for twice quantity FOR COKE a COLA

We stay in the same cabin every year. It has the same issues year after year. The cabin door is sagging and extremely hard to lock. The sink is always clogged. The light in the shower doesn’t work. And this year the toilet was leaking all over the floor, so we told them about it and shocker, they never fixed it! We had to use a towel around the toilet the entire stay! Unacceptable

This was my first time staying at a KOA it was really a great experience! My husband & I rented one of the Cabooses it was fun and super homey inside and the bed was very comfortable! The staff was friendly and the entire area was beautiful we had so much fun spending time together with friends! Will be going back next year for a week! Thank you for making our trip so special!

Great place. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the safari tent and it was AWESOME. Loud road noise but it didn’t bother us since we were pooped from our adventures. We can’t wait to come back to the safari tent again!!!

Everyone at this facility goes above and beyond to make every guests stay as enjoyable as possible. Amenities are fantastic! But oy vey, the dust!! Seems like running a water truck down the main roads a couple times a day would truly be the icing on the cake. This was our first time here, and we're definitely going back next year. Maybe we'll bring covers for the sand machines. Or... water truck?

Cabin 75 was clean. However some of the kitchen items were missing like a large bowl, pancake griddle and bigger fry pan. Only had one small fry pan and bowl.

10/10 everything about this location of the koa is why we keep coming back ! We love the staff , the camp ground is always clean , they come around and check to make sure everything is taken care of ! We will be back soon!

The stay was good….I had paid for my cabin in full two weeks before and when I arrived I was told I owed $114.00 more….I asked what the charge was for and the girls couldn’t find any reason, so they said “we probably just entered a wrong amount”…..I wasn’t very happy about that.

The showers weren’t working.The guy working there didn’t pick up the trash on time. New fire pits are very dangerous because a member of our family got hurt and scratched on her leg. You guys need to cement the blocks together or don’t have it there at all.

Stay was great. Cabins have more than advertised. Bbq on site water spigot, mini fridge, microwave. Had a blast.

It was very kid friendly, so many good activities for our daughter, easy access to the dunes, and all the staff is super nice! Bathrooms were always clean, and I didn't see trash laying anywhere on the whole site! Best camping experience I've had in a long while �

Grounds and amenities awesome for the kids and family and staff was very friendly. Only complaint is cabin we stayed in L41 had very dirty bathroom and had to clean it ourselves to make sanitary at check in. There was a film of dust all-over surfaces on top toilet and 3 public hairs on toilet seat and lid and urine on lid and bottom seat. 3 large pubic hairs in shower also. Cleaning was poorly don

Please replace the futon in the handicaped accessible deluxe cabin L67. It's pretty horrible. The bed isn't great either and could use a replacement. Both the bed and the futon are lower back killers. I'm not expeting the Ritz, but put some money in the place and improve things a bit. I won't stay in that cabin again, but may try another cabin.

Been going here for at least 14 years now.The cabins need remodeling.Price per night keeps going up & quality down.Bathroom had no TP or TP holder. Provided the TP, but no holder.The same old worn out futon has been there for at least 15 years.It’s disgusting.Ceiling fans always dusty & so is the a/c unit.At least towels/bed sheets are clean & no moldy shower curtain this time but drain cover lo

We have been camping at Oregon dunes KOA for 15 years. They have always treated us like family and Steve and his wife are great. They have fixed many of our toys to get us riding. We don't stay anywhere else.
