No hot water - couldn't take a shower. The ground at our tent site was so hard that I bent several tent stakes trying to hammer them in. The fire pit at our campsite was in the middle - that's terrible design for a tent site - where do you put the tent and be 8-10 feet from the fire?

For the most part it was a great place. But the last night they had turned off the hot water and didn't tell us. Our party of 4 all tried to take showers and wasted our tokens because there was no hot water. Got up next morning and tried again with no hot water. They also closed the toilets the same morning. We checked out dirty and irritated. We spent over $1200 for the 5 nights.

Possibly the noisier campground I never found. It should be clearly stated that this campground is only for buggy lovers , who enjoy deteriorating the landscapes.

OHV (Dune buggies) coming in/out + loud engines til 10 pm every night was expected (this is not your regular camping experience). Loud boom box music on the buggies was to be expected too. Camping neighbors were loud - singing, laughing. 2/4 nights I had to ask security to ask neighbors to quiet down at 10 pm and the security guard was polite + 'cool' about it so they did. Fun in the sun + sand!

My sister and I were traveling alone, so safety was our top priority when choosing a place to sleep. This campground had token showers, flush toilets, and a laundry room (3 machines for the entire campground, so we chose to do our laundry elsewhere). The tent sites were also in the back corner (but this is mostly a trailer/off-road vehicle campground, so it makes sense). Overall, safe place.

The people run in the KOA were very, very kind and accommodating and busy. The property was very dirty with trash. The bathrooms were filthy. I got there the first day the same trash and cups and drinks were still on the picnic tables in the play area and by the bathrooms, the third day, the bathrooms themselves, where the toilets are that was pretty clean and warm so very grateful one toilet did

This KOA is a great fit for us as it has direct access to the dunes from your site! The staff are friendly and helpful; the restrooms and showers are clean and well taken care of. There are many things to do for young people as well. We have enjoyed our stays here over the past 3 years!

Great place. One of the nicest KOAs I've seen. A special shout out to management team/owners and crew who keep the place clean. With all the dusty activities going on with the 4 wheelers and the riders, you still manage to keep the campground looking great. Definitely in the top 10 of appox. 30 KOAs I've stayed at.

The campground was good, but there were ATV vehicles running late into the night and early in the morning, and they were quite loud. That was the only thing we didn’t like. The staff was kind and the bathrooms were clean, as always. We like KOA :)

Shower not working well, reception did not let we know we need tokens instead quarters. Showers not well clean. Campers not respecting silent hours. Very noise after 10PM

It was only one night but not impressed with the site, very exposed with a few trees( tent sites) bath rooms were not kept up no toilet paper in the evening and the next morning. We left early morning and will not return

It was good. Liked the facility. Like the site, lots of room for Sprinter, Car and Tent. Liked seeing all the cool dune machines. Did not like how the “quiet time” in the evening was disregarded by some other campers. All in all was a great time at this KOA.

This is our 3rd year staying at the Oregon Dunes KOA and we love it here! We have so much fun and love that riding is just minutes away, driving straight from your camp site to the dunes and beach! Everything is so close and convenient to access. And if you forgot something and need to run, town is not far away. We look forward to next year again, as we have already booked!

Though it was a cold, wet & miserable night, I had a pleasant stay at this KOA. I am more & more impressed how well-maintained & clean are all the KOAs where I have stayed. Thank you.

We have been camping at Oregon dunes KOA for 15 years. They have always treated us like family and Steve and his wife are great. They have fixed many of our toys to get us riding. We don't stay anywhere else.
