Most showers were broken, not good maintenance. Wreck hall was closed and zip line was closed. Don’t recall them having the ice cream social as usual. I have been staying here for 20 years and love it. I think they need to get some house keeping done.

We stayed in a deluxe lodge and it couldn't have been better. All the accommodations are there, and the staff was friendly and helped us with anything we needed. This was our second stay here and we will definitely be back.

Been coming here for years and will continue to stay here. However, we stay in a deluxe cabin that sleeps 5 and we have always had a tiny bathroom garbage can in the kitchen. Wouldn’t cost too much more to have a full size kitchen one, I would think. The only other thing is that if you count the futon as a place to sleep, it should be as comfortable as the other options. Awesome stay! Me and my husband rented one of the cabins and it was very comfy and cute. The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond. Kimberly and Lyndsey were so informative and had excellent costumer service. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy place to stay by the dunes.

The cabin we rented was really dirty,, the toilet was broken and over flowing.. broken towel rack in bath room,, lots of spider webs in the windows, the heater in the living room didn’t work, the main bed room has a hole in the door.

It was “okay”. The coffee pot in the cabin was for making a whole pot…but the coffee was for a single cup. Needless to say…that just doesn’t work. We were told there would be ax throwing…but then when we went down there we were told that they weren’t going to do that because they needed to buy new boards…but we could hear people throwing the ax’s in the room so I’m not sure wha

The cabin #70 was very nice, brought my own bedding and such...I was very comfortable. I came from California to ride the dunes with friends. Will be coming back next year!

As always a great stay.I was happy to finally see some improvements to the cabin. Sheets & towels were all nice & clean! However, the overall cleanliness still needs work.I cleaned the counters & table, all dirty.Ceiling fans are full of dust & the rug at the entrance apparently has never been vacuumed. For as much as you charge I would expect better.The futon is old & uncomfortable.

Awesome place for us to stay considering we don’t have a toy hauler the cabins work out great for us !! Everyone’s always friendly and just a nice comfortable place to stay ! Only thing I wish they’d do is make a small sand side road , the gravel is pretty harsh on paddles

Your staff are not approachable. I don't think they know how to smile nor make eye contact. The men's bathroom at one point had no working toilets and the men had to use the women's bathrooms. And yes the staff were notified and they didn't care. When we arrived at our cabin we found half eaten mashed potatoes in the microwave. we swept the floor we found piles of dirt. I picked up garbage outside

Stayed in cabin 54. Loved it. Will bring a porta-potty next time though. Everyone was so nice at KOA, staff. Showers and rest room clean. Thank you! We will return.

The stay itself was great, however the next day we received a $100 cleaning charge for a stain on a sheet. We were not told beforehand nor was it posted that such a fee existed. I get the need, but it should have been posted and we should have been notified before the charge.

We have been staying at KOA for close to five years now was told about this place by friends of ours and now we turn other friends on to stay at KOA They have everything you need great camping spots. Always nice and very clean can have outdoor fires picnic tables, great hook ups, full septic water, electric Wi-Fi. The store might seem small, but has everything and even more, use washing machines which are great in case you have an emergency they have great showers. Bathroom is always clean if you want to get ready in the bathrooms they have a bouncy house for the kids a train ride small kids could ride their ATV motorcycles they also have a play area with swings And more we wouldn't stay anywhere else this place is perfect
