I really enjoy staying at this KOA and have for 20 years. The only reason I did not rate five star is two of the four washing machines and one of the four dryers were not working. Being the holiday and ATV Takeover, the # of people staying at this KOA, and the cost of the stay, all should have been in working condition. For those who long periods of time, it was difficult to get an open machine.

We have stayed here before and not had any issues. This time, the folks next to us lit a campfire each day at 5AM. It went into our camper and choked us out which wasn't fun. Also, the dog area is a wreck. Lots of poop not picked up, looks like it never gets taken care of. Not up to par for KOA

We have been coming for over ten years and we love it ! However this year it was not kept up and clean. The Dog area was very unclean! Laundry was broken and we where not able to use. The Axe throwing wasn't aviable. No improvements to facilitys and no trees had been trimed,security was very weak people who where not camping coming around asking for food ?Costly for not having use of amenities.

Enjoyed our time with family and friends. My biggest concern is the continuing dust. I realized it's an ATV park, however children and some adults circle the campsite. It would be awesome if you have a quad with a water sprayer, make a water loop twice a day. My son used his hose and watered down the dust as far as the hose would reach. A water truck.or something would be awesome! Thank you

First, we paid for a place with TV, for our entire stay there was no service, for over 300 dollars per night, I feel neglected. Second, an 8 foot board fell from the bedroom ceiling at 2am. The board narrowly missed my sleeping body and had open nails across it. We told the office but no one came to handle it. For the rest of our stay the exposed nails were a hazard I couldn’t do it myself.

We goto the caboose and there are trees growing over the walk way. There we so many pine needles on the deck we had to get the shovel. We open the caboose there are no windows or fans and there was advertised as having ac. We went to the office 5 times to get the tree branch cut deck blown off. And a fan that they never gave us the whole 3 day weekend. Moldly BBQ and tools no propane.

The cabin we stayed in was pretty run down, for the price it could have been better. The door wouldn't close unless you locked it, there was mildew all over the shower curtain and the floor was coming up in places. The staff was pretty good especially April and Tonya , they were very helpful.

We were at another campground with terrible weather so we called to see if you had any openings. Thankfully you did and we able to stay for a couple of days we decent weather. Office staff was great and very friendly. The grandkids loved the jump pad but unfortunately there were no swings for infants or toddlers. Would be nice if you could include that so there is something for them to enjoy.

If you have dogs this park has a lot of stickers the likes I have never seen anywhere it isn't the parks fault of course just plan on brushing and scissors other than that the park for ATV'S is perfect!

Great camping, clean site with plenty of space for our fifth wheel, truck and all our quads. Clean bathrooms and great spaces for the kids to play.

We had a fantastic stay loved how family orientated your campground was ,April in the office was very professional and friendly,even though we didn't ride the Dunes we enjoyed watching the riders come and go.

ATV traffic made our stay untenable. Noise, dust, disregard of quiet hours, etc. Wish we would have researched this a little more. If we were ATV enthusiasts, we would probably feel differently.

This KOA is a great fit for us as it has direct access to the dunes from your site! The staff are friendly and helpful; the restrooms and showers are clean and well taken care of. There are many things to do for young people as well. We have enjoyed our stays here over the past 3 years!

Rented a cabin- lock problem with door, no swing as advertised, tv and WiFi didn’t work, zip line and axe throwing closed down - store hours not posted - only sign was “new for 2013 “which was 12 years ago, Very disappointing as most KOA ‘s we’ve stayed at have been awesome

Was very disappointed that your koa wouldn't honor pricing on a stay, even when I presented a confirmation email. I have never dealt with a company that will not honor a price that is listed, even if the price was incorrectly listed. The booking ended up staying unoccupied the entire week we were there. I used to love koa, but have decided to cancel our membership and will not be booking with koa

Great stay and had fun. Clean campground, lots of activities, friendly and helpful staff. Felt safe day and night, and didn’t worry about gear being left out. Other campers were very respectful and friendly.

Been staying here for the last 3 yrs since we bought our new SXS. Its great if you have kiddos or even if you don't. Tons to do, sites are clean, quick ride to the sand, fully stocked store and the staff is great. Chris has treated us like family from day one and goes out of her way to help you out whenever she can. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We have all reservations for 2026 already on the books!!

The water heater in the house went out, the water got cold real quick while I was taking a shower. They supposedly fixed it, but it went out again. The garage was dirty and the garage door opener was not working. The water dispenser on the refrigerator flowed very slowly.

We had a GREAT time! Chris and April are wonderful. I just wish the UTV takeover would pick same time yearly as our reservations had to get changed. Thank God Chris did her magic.

We have been camping at Oregon dunes KOA for 15 years. They have always treated us like family and Steve and his wife are great. They have fixed many of our toys to get us riding. We don't stay anywhere else.
