Karson and front desk staff are friendly, and accommodating. I met Ed (manager) this trip who was also very professional and friendly while handling a situation with another resident guest. And Sierra—can’t find a friendlier more positive team member!! This place has a fun crew and is definitely part of the reason to recommend this KOA !!

We enjoyed our stay. They chose our site for us (per my request). It was a nice shady site under an oak tree at the rear of the property. We did have the view of another rv out one side of our window, but out the front living room window was a nice view of the golf course. The site was freshly mowed. The pools were well taken care of and very comfortable to hang out at.

Everything went as planned except nobody told me the bathrooms near my camping spot was closed I would of moved to a different spot but didn't know about it untill after I was all set up and unhitched from my truck somebody should of mentioned it at check in

We stayed for 3 nights and it's nice an quite. Everyone is friendly and no one messes with you.

We had a nice time. It's quiet in the off season which is just what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the lawn care folks woke us up the morning we were leaving. We were hoping to sleep in a little longer. Everyone at the KOA was very nice and helpful. Texting to see if we needed anything was very thoughtful.

We were there over the 4th of July! You guys blew it out of the park! What a fantastic weekend! Everything was great! The staff is amazing! We wish the pools were still adult and family separated like they were before! Many people do!!! Trash pickup should be returned also! Thank you for a great holiday we had a blast ��!! We love this place!

Our site was clean and picturesque. The fitness room was maintained but well used. Same for the golf course. There was a laid back feeling which affected the timing of Sunday breakfast, which could be taxing for individuals with dietary issues.

Love the campground and amenities. Had a good stay except for Saturday 7/4. Too many people allowed in for the craft market and ended up in the pools. Too many people in both pools. The adult pool had several young mothers with babies and toddlers who should’ve gone to the family pool. Also on Saturday by 8am almost all of the chairs at the adult pool were “reserved” with towels on them.

Very pleasant stay! Good water pressure! Clean and quiet campground. The 4th of July activities were great and the bands were a very nice add to the stay. The staff are always courteous!!!

Missed having the Adult ONLY pool. Babies in the pool without swim Diapers, very scary. Kids jumping in over our heads, annoying. And those beach balls,no one wants to be hit with them. We only wanted to float, isten to music and enjoy our time, as we had in the past.

We had a great time once there and set up. We were highly disappointed that our spot was changed and we were never notified. We called over a month in advance because we needed two spots next to each other, were told we had two diagonal from each other and given the spot numbers. When we arrived we had to find 2 new spots because one of us was moved. Better communication would be great.

Our stay was excellent. Anita and Elizabeth are very accommodating, helpful and professional. The bath houses are very clean, spacious and with AC �. Both pools are huge but need to be cleaned a bit more especially on long weekends. Grounds are very well kept and clean. Concrete pads need to be replaced, those are a real hazard. Men's bathroom shower stalls are in very poor condition - what appears to be mold in one of the stalls - a complete remodel should be considered.

Nice, clean place. Not lacking amenities. Quick to respond to any issues. Very friendly staff. My only complaint is live the music by the pool, too loud, carried all over the park. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Very enjoyable one night stay at a beautiful facility! Quiet and with lots to do, golf and swimming look great! Wonderful bathrooms and laundry facilities! Will stay here again

You need to pick up our trash at the sites! Not everyone has the vehicles to go to the very back of the park to drop off the trash! Or have dumpsters through out the park! The staff is very friendly! The place is well maintained! I wish you still had adult/child pools that was so nice! Especially with the shanty right there parents tend to drink and forget about the kids now! Not as relaxing!

Open garbage container/dumpster containing many animals and who knows what else. Flooded streets after a rain. Cracked concrete pads. I was put into a site so small I had to back up my pickup to my pin box. People across from me put on blaring music with no respect for anyone. I had to do the work and call twice. This maybe the biggest koa but do yourself a favor and pass on this one.

Great facility, love the pool, Shanty, grill and live music. Bathrooms are very well kept and clean. Great little dog park. A special shutout to Liz in the office for being so kind and helpful. Wish there were more shade trees.

good stay, my RV requires 50 amp service. they put me on a side that the 50 amp plug was already taken. had to get another side. WIFI is verry slow! Pool parity on Saturday was great. we really enjoyed the weekend!

We have stayed the past 3 years on memorial day weekend and always have a great time. Very clean bathrooms & showers. Staff is very nice, professional and accommodating.

Had a great weekend at the KOA the staff is very friendly and helpful. Was disappointed with the pool, we arrived Thursday, went to the pool Friday & Saturday and it was very dirty with yard debris and it wasn't because of the rain storm because the same bandaid was in the same area both days The new cabins are great.

I want to give kudos to Heidi and the shanty star in the food in Sierra in the general store and the three ladies at the front counter, especially Carson, who always remembers the animals and let's go broke with all the treats that she buys.although everyone here is excellent caring and like familythose fouryoung ladies have stood out some of the most patient, friendly and lovable

KOA Okeechobee turned our Fourth of July weekend into a real adventure. The activities were family oriented and had that small town holiday feeling that makes you settle in right away. We met local folks who were friendly and fun to talk to and the whole place felt welcoming from start to finish. The activity team kept everything running smoothly and made the weekend feel special. We helped carry in the watermelons for the assistant activity director and she recognized us throughout the rest of our stay, which added a fun personal touch. The maintenance staff deserves a huge shoutout. Our refrigerator tried to quit on a holiday weekend but the team went after it with real determination. They tested it, coaxed it, and out stubborned it until it started working again. Watching them win that battle was its own entertainment. The front desk team is a big part of why we keep coming back. They are kind, patient, and always make you feel like you are part of the KOA family the moment you walk in. The grounds were clean, the pool was sparkling, and the whole resort had an easygoing, friendly vibe. KOA Okeechobee gets five stars from us and we will absolutely be back.
