Great site location, clean rest rooms .Very Friendly staff. The rates were fair. KOA Lion Country, double the price for dirt sites and I don't care, office staff.

Had a great time at Okeechobee KOA, staff is very friendly and manager Ms. Anita very involved. Camp was very clean an maintenence was taking care of daily tasks.

Friendly staff, easy precheck-in, sent activities before our stay which helped us with our plans. Loved the hot tub. we stay at site 102 and could hear the pool music which was great. we will be back, trying to decide when. thanks for the stay.

We did not need propane but met others who did but none was available there. They were told they haven't had propane there for some time. How can that be for such a large campground? Our frig was not working on electric and luckily had enough propane but could have been a problem for us too. Otherwise enjoyable stay.

We loved staying here. We were here during the week so it was nice and quiet. We walked our doggies around the campground and they enjoyed the dog park. We enjoyed the pool. We will be back!

The Cable TV was below par all weekend long. It came and went so we could not even depend on it. I also did not like the fact that now we have to haul our trash bags all the way down to a dumpster due to the fact you no longer pick them up curbside Like all other campgrounds do. I am very surprised you have not fixed the sites with broken cement patios. The employees in the office are very nice.

Quiet area , clean with a lot of amenities, staff members are friendly and hard working, the different paintings on bathhouses and other spots added to the character and charm. All around a 10/10 for me.

Terrific place it’s clean, quiet, convenient to lake O, grocery stores and the flea market. The shanty is fun and the staff is wonderful. We have stayed 5 times in the past few years and we will definitely stay again.

Staff very nice and professional. clean park and well taking care of. I was disappointed that there was no garbage pick-up in the morning. The dumpsters we did not see nearby. KOA always have garbage pickup and if there was a good reason it should be corrected or get more dumpsters near all the RVs. I still liked it. but left the garbage bag in my RV until I got home.

We think of Okeechobee KOA as home away from home. Actually we enjoy our KOA stay even more.

My husband and I come to the Okeechobee KOA every Labor Day for the past 10 years. We enjoy the music at the pool (what used to be the adult pool). We also enjoy the activities around the campground, the flea market, dining and shopping. It is a little sad to see the decline in the campers. It used to be packed and lot going on :)

Clean facilities, friendly staff. Not much to do, no game room open as advertised. A little pricey for lack of activities. Was told cabins were sold out when I tried to modify my reservation, during stay cabins were all completely empty.

We had a great weekend. We played pickleball on the nice courts. Played 18 holes of golf on your very well maintained golf course. The course Marshall, Randy, was very personable and checked in with us several times to make sure we had a great day on the golf course. We had lunch at the Snack Shack - it was delicious! And enjoyed the pool! All very clean and well kept!

Slab broken and unlevel Sewer cap was painted closed had Very hard time getting it open Bathroom stalls VERY small VERY shard to use No Handicap stalls in bathroom

I am just upset that so many things were unavailable. I have two small children and there were no enjoyable things there for them. The pool is outdated and the mini pit was all uneven ground causing my little daughter to keep tripping. The game room was closed for remodel which we were told before booking and the restaurant was closed. And the kids park was closed. A refund would be nice.

We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always well kept and clean. Love the amenities and staff is great! It’s always a fun and relaxing time! Can’t wait to go back!

Unfortunately, there were power issues during our recent stay that were not resolved. Also, I have found in most campgrounds garbage pick up is a standard. It is disappointing that pick up service has been terminated.

Really loved our stay! Great site backed up to the golf course - sunrise and sunset beautiful! Bathrooms clean with excellent water pressure. Appreciate the dog wash for our little guy as we had been out for 10 days! Played golf, practiced pickleball and loved it! Staff was excellent and so helpful with everything! Love this KOA and absolutely will be back! Hope to enjoy the pool next time, too!

Had a great weekend at the KOA the staff is very friendly and helpful. Was disappointed with the pool, we arrived Thursday, went to the pool Friday & Saturday and it was very dirty with yard debris and it wasn't because of the rain storm because the same bandaid was in the same area both days The new cabins are great.

I want to give kudos to Heidi and the shanty star in the food in Sierra in the general store and the three ladies at the front counter, especially Carson, who always remembers the animals and let's go broke with all the treats that she buys.although everyone here is excellent caring and like familythose fouryoung ladies have stood out some of the most patient, friendly and lovable

KOA Okeechobee turned our Fourth of July weekend into a real adventure. The activities were family oriented and had that small town holiday feeling that makes you settle in right away. We met local folks who were friendly and fun to talk to and the whole place felt welcoming from start to finish. The activity team kept everything running smoothly and made the weekend feel special. We helped carry in the watermelons for the assistant activity director and she recognized us throughout the rest of our stay, which added a fun personal touch. The maintenance staff deserves a huge shoutout. Our refrigerator tried to quit on a holiday weekend but the team went after it with real determination. They tested it, coaxed it, and out stubborned it until it started working again. Watching them win that battle was its own entertainment. The front desk team is a big part of why we keep coming back. They are kind, patient, and always make you feel like you are part of the KOA family the moment you walk in. The grounds were clean, the pool was sparkling, and the whole resort had an easygoing, friendly vibe. KOA Okeechobee gets five stars from us and we will absolutely be back.
