2nd year, already booked for 2027! Great staff, fellow campers & amenities. Only suggestion…if possible move the February yoga class to little later in the day. It’s way too cold on that floor to be trying to stretch muscles.

Our stay was wonderful! Really loved the pool, hot tub and The Shanty. Everyone we met was so welcoming and friendly.

We did not care for this Koa at all. Sites are all smashed together with no room between sites. We had a load on camper literally out our front door. Site was dirty with trash all around and in fire pit. Place is more trailer park than campground. Campers everywhere with stuff everywhere. Their rule of no more out than 30 minutes to pick up is a joke. Then there is the. Full time side.

We had a big pull thru site with an empty site next to us. It seems that many dog owners think that it’s the best place for them to walk their dogs. Really not good camper etiquette. Some of these people didn’t pick up after their dogs! Not sure how you police people who walk at night with their dogs? Also people in golf carts drinking and driving thu empty pull thu sites very fast!

The overall day was nice. It’s a huge resort lotta long-term residence, which are very clicky. People are friendly. One of the downsides is very very tight. Everybody is right on top of each other. You don’t have any room.

Very nice and well maintained campground. It was such a peaceful and relaxing experience. Will definitely be returning to this KOA for another weekend stay.

Okeechobee KOA is a great place for socializing with lots of activities. The sites are getting a little dated, but overall a nice experience. My biggest complaint is that they do not have internet.

We enjoyed our stay. A lot of activities to keep us busy. Was a bit disappointed about all the trash laying around the water. Also the dumpster situation was a bit too much. There has to be a better way. But overall we loved it.

�������������������� Great stay at the Okeechobee KOA. Clean, well�kept sites, friendly staff, and excellent amenities. The pools, golf, and pickleball make it feel like a mini�resort, and everything is close by but still peaceful. I’d happily stay here again.

The only KOA I had to show rabies shot for my toy poodle and you can't park on the grass or nothing on the grass that I was told no fences for a dog all the other koas I stay at you can do have the small pet fence around your around your patio area that's you need to change

It was great! All the amenities were nice. The only downfall was the “ old people” were not welcoming at all to the children. We had a blast anyway. And we’ll be back

The stay was great, facilities were well maintained and staff friendly. The concrete on the site however could use some care as most were broken or cracked.

The grounds were very pleasant, clean with plenty to do. The residence were friendly and kept everything neat and clean as well. The lack of Wi-Fi was quite disappointing, but loved it and would go back.

Several good amenities- two swimming pools, pickle ball, tennis and golf. However, the camping sites are packed together, no trees - not the feel of camping.

We showed up without a reservation and staff was extremely helpful getting us a site for the night. Very impressed with campground-clean and well kept. We hope to come back when we can stay longer.

When checking in the map was incorrect how to get to your site. Cause very stressful time finding away to turn around. Looks like this was happening to a lot many people kept circling around campground with there campers. It was very hard to drive down the roads looking like it was one way streets. When leaving it was stressful having to go around cars to turn to leave. Not worth the stay.

We loved our stay. The people are super nice, informative and helpful. We felt very safe with the park being gated. Rating would have been a five except our site had a bush right in front of the door causing us to have to move our coach five foot forward making parking tight for our Jeep. Also, the pad concrete was broken up and unlevel.

Had a good time here at Okeechobee. The weather didn't cooperate to well but it still was better than go north. Wish rates were a little cheaper for retired people and we could stay longer.

Another great stay at one of our favorite KOAs. As always, clean, well kept, warm swimming pool and hot tub, great drinks and service at the poolside bar, and friendly staff.

Had a great weekend at the KOA the staff is very friendly and helpful. Was disappointed with the pool, we arrived Thursday, went to the pool Friday & Saturday and it was very dirty with yard debris and it wasn't because of the rain storm because the same bandaid was in the same area both days The new cabins are great.

I want to give kudos to Heidi and the shanty star in the food in Sierra in the general store and the three ladies at the front counter, especially Carson, who always remembers the animals and let's go broke with all the treats that she buys.although everyone here is excellent caring and like familythose fouryoung ladies have stood out some of the most patient, friendly and lovable

KOA Okeechobee turned our Fourth of July weekend into a real adventure. The activities were family oriented and had that small town holiday feeling that makes you settle in right away. We met local folks who were friendly and fun to talk to and the whole place felt welcoming from start to finish. The activity team kept everything running smoothly and made the weekend feel special. We helped carry in the watermelons for the assistant activity director and she recognized us throughout the rest of our stay, which added a fun personal touch. The maintenance staff deserves a huge shoutout. Our refrigerator tried to quit on a holiday weekend but the team went after it with real determination. They tested it, coaxed it, and out stubborned it until it started working again. Watching them win that battle was its own entertainment. The front desk team is a big part of why we keep coming back. They are kind, patient, and always make you feel like you are part of the KOA family the moment you walk in. The grounds were clean, the pool was sparkling, and the whole resort had an easygoing, friendly vibe. KOA Okeechobee gets five stars from us and we will absolutely be back.
