The staff was great and we had an awesome time with family and friends. A few suggestions to make it even better next time would be things like changing the pool handle covers and fixing the playground. The family pool was clean and enjoyable but the ragged covers were distracting. new rules like ‘no spikes in ground’ kept us from putting up our shade and seem to be very strict.

Adorable cabin with full bathroom. Nice bedroom. Staff that works at this KOA is excellent. Very helpful, lots of activities for all ages. Very nice music entertainment which was a big plus.

Like the cabin it was very nice very clean but each night took a shower no hot water whatsoever then on different days water was shut off water was back on had to boil your water we did not have a kitchen to boil it had to go out and buy water and then the day we left they were turning it back off to retest it so it wasn't a very pleasant stay the pool was great

We really enjoyed our stay. However, the cabin had ants in it. We were only give two coffee pods so we had to buy a box elsewhere. I really think $185 night was too much for what we received.

Playground needed some work, looks very run down.. Cabins need some TLC. Staff was super helpful and sweet. They did all the could to help us out and were apologetic for the broken items. Staff needs an appreciation post

Peaceful place out of season. Putting green and golf course and pool all to ourselves. Stayed in the best cabin across from the main adult pool and golf course. The course, cabin, and grounds were immaculate. August weather was hot&humid.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Nice pool. Did not use any other amenities. Property was nice and clean. Seems to be lots of amenities.

The campground has changed so much since we stopped camping there many years ago. The staff was friendly and professional but the grounds leave much to be desired. The children's play area was all broken, the mini golf for kids was not kept up or maintained. The family pool had way to much chlorine in the pool that my grandson's eyes were constantly burning. No one followed the rules. No returning

We were very disappointed to arrive with a very large group for an event, and then be told we were unable to sit in the pool and drinks outside next . Furthermore, we’re paying high rates to rent a spot or a cabin and being told if we don’t follow the rules well then we kicked out rules been having a drink by the pool why have a bar and offered beverages if we’re not able to drink them pools

Rented a cabin. Grill leaked gas at tank could not use a/c in bedroom didn’t cool properly. As far as personnel that I spoke to.everyone was very friendly and helpful the pool area was nice and banquet room was great

The rules in place are running out the summer campers. Once the new campground is completed if KOA doesn’t improve their mentality and fix the rules they will lose a lot of business but I was told by an employee they don’t care they make enough profit from the yearly very sad it used to be a fun place

Everything was great except for wifi. Free wifi only at the pool? Huh? Hotels have free wifi for guests in the room, why not KOA? The KOA in Perry had free wifi, but not Okeechobee. Otherwise everything was fine.

We had a great time love the new T shirts craft for the kids Love the golf car parade and the site decorations contest dislike the playground still broken disklike only music at the adult pool I feel there should be a lot more activities for families like a large camp fire and camp singalong toast marshmallows need more family activities staff is wonderful it’s very clean

Very Disappointed in this stay at KOA I was very shocked to see All the Amenities that have been done away with as well as the lack of upkeep on the whole property from Cabins to Lawn Maintenance Also Very Unfriendly Staff Now I see why So Many are NOT Returning !!!!! Shame Shame

The cabin we stayed in was nice. The bathroom showers were nice and roomy, but the bathroom stalls are quite small. They have a fantastic pool and rec room. There is also coktails at the Shanty next to pool it is relaxing, And close to the casino, 25 min., and fishing pier

I brought my 12 yr old Grandson. We loved the cabin. He spent all day fishing , 10 ft from the cabin. Had everything we needed. Everyone , who works at the KOA is very nice. We will go back again.

It was horrible got moved three times and I tried to contact the general manager and they did not get back with me. My cabin almost caught on fire and they did nothing to accommodate me. Crappy customer service

Stay was great as usual. We have becoming for 28 years. Prices continue to raise each year so we must be cautious on spending. For example, Firewood is now $11 per bundle, and we go thru 15-20 bundles. It should be clearer on what is included in the cabin rates. We rent 5-7 cabins each year and it seems like more things are not included, i.e., paper towels, garbage bags, utensils, coffee, etc. TY

We absolutely love it here! So many things to do and we love to fish, which is why we come to Okeechobee. The staff is very friendly. We frequent this KOA and they never disappoint.

Was looking for a weekend geataway and found this place . The rv spots were spacious and clean had fire ring . The bathrooms and showers were spotless had weekend live music and drinks the staff was very friendly, what more could you ask for . Loved it .

I thought there would be bicycles to rent, as described on your website but when I arrived and asked there were no bicycles to rent, which was disappointing as I planned to cycle near the lake. The toilets and showers were in excellent condition and the laundry facilities and prices were brilliant.

Bueno todo muy bien. Limpio las cabañas equipadas con todo. Soko q un a/c estaba fallando un poco. Pero Bueno en general bien todo. Se nesecita mas cosas para hacer juego o algo.para entrener los muchachos y poder ejercitarse un poco. Gracias y super bien todo lo q hay.

I would have been a lot better except for the fact that I got sick. No fault of anyone. Who could have known. The place was wonderful with lots for the kids to do. I wish I could have golfed and enjoyed some of the other amenities. Bathrooms were clean, facility nicely kept. Wonderful place.
