There needs to be a playground for the kids! Speaking of kids, it was nicer when there was an “adult only” pool.

Wifi did not work and need extra payment. The convention was close for renovation. A lot of activitys were canceled as for renovation . The park is nice and spacious.water pressure was good. No fire pits.

The park is ok. My only problem is the sewer top was so tight, I had to go buy a wrench to open it so I could dump.

Very clean , beautifully kept up, bath houses were amazingly clean and in great condition nice hot water in the showers. The shower pressure in the woman’s room could be a little bit stronger, but overall not bad. The pool area was very nice. The pool is heated. the shanty shack had a nice bar in there and they made really good drinks. Will definitely go back..

Tight spaces made it somewhat difficult to park but the facility was immaculate. Our travel buddies didn't have a sewer hookup which would have been an issue if it wasn't just a quick overnight. Great amenities.

Excellent park. Small issue is we requested 50 amp and got a shared pedestal and only 30 amps. Other than that super nice park

Extremely dissatisfied with this particular campground. The sites are extremely small, the concrete was broken and cracked and the Wi-Fi does not work! The management was very rude and does not understand customer service. She didn't even know what her campground had as facilities! No trees and nothing to do!

Great KOA, this is the third time we have camped here. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay an additional day. We really enjoyed the live music at the Shanty on Friday and Saturday night. The nine hole golf course is a definite plus. One suggestion, allow a rider who is not golfing for a modest additional fee, the extra charge is excessive for my wife simply riding in the cart with me.

Beautiful KOA campground. This is a resort, not just a campground. Many pools, golf course, pickle ball, tennis, mini golf, great bar right outside of pool and snack bar/ store. So much to do and the staff is friendly. The only poor thing I can say is the internet is sketchy and needs replaced. Would love another stay there and highly recommend it.

We requested a site close to the pool area, because my wife had 3 surgeries since 7/15/25. We were placed in 347…not close! We traveled over 300 miles on Thanksgiving day. Most restaurants closed. It would have been nice to know about the get together in the club house, but no one mentioned it or gave us an activity calendar.

Easy check-in, pool was great. Hot tub needs new heater was only problem. People were friendly. Nice stay.

park staff riding around on KOA golf carts appears to be racing each other. There is trash on sides road and ditchs I ask why they don't pick up trash and no one could answer. We visit koa several times a yr and hope the quality of park apperience don't suffer.

the site that was given for our class A RV did not meet the size of our vehicle as the picnic pad was so far back so we had to move it to under the awning - then we had to buy more sewer hose as the connection again did not meet our RV. Do not like we have to take our own garbage to the only dumpster in the park which was quite far away from our vehicle.

Love it! Our cabin with the beautiful view of the golf course was perfect! Elizabeth is the office is wonderfull! We love all the characters that are painted in all different locations in the campgrounds makes this KOA an even more special place to visit!

Had a great time there! About the only thing I would address, is the tv needs mounted on the wall. It would free up the table and chairs.

The ladies at the front check-in were amazing! I love how quiet and clean the campground is. Our cabin was perfect for what we needed and being able to bring our dog made it even better!

Cabin was spotless and looked brand new. The facilities are well maintained and I enjoyed the entertainment in the Shanty and at the pool. Every employee was very friendly, courteous and helpful. I definitely plan to come back again!

We have been there twice and enjoyed our stay. Very nice sites. Love the pool and bar. We were looking forward to golfing but the coarse was closed for some reason.

We had a terrible smell in our cabin the entire weekend. They came out to fix it, but there were no leaks in the drain pipes. They poured bleach down the drain to help, but when they came back due to smell not going away, they said there was no smell and left two cans of Febreeze!? Communication was great up until this point. Overall the campground was nice and we would go back.

Had a great weekend at the KOA the staff is very friendly and helpful. Was disappointed with the pool, we arrived Thursday, went to the pool Friday & Saturday and it was very dirty with yard debris and it wasn't because of the rain storm because the same bandaid was in the same area both days The new cabins are great.

I want to give kudos to Heidi and the shanty star in the food in Sierra in the general store and the three ladies at the front counter, especially Carson, who always remembers the animals and let's go broke with all the treats that she buys.although everyone here is excellent caring and like familythose fouryoung ladies have stood out some of the most patient, friendly and lovable

KOA Okeechobee turned our Fourth of July weekend into a real adventure. The activities were family oriented and had that small town holiday feeling that makes you settle in right away. We met local folks who were friendly and fun to talk to and the whole place felt welcoming from start to finish. The activity team kept everything running smoothly and made the weekend feel special. We helped carry in the watermelons for the assistant activity director and she recognized us throughout the rest of our stay, which added a fun personal touch. The maintenance staff deserves a huge shoutout. Our refrigerator tried to quit on a holiday weekend but the team went after it with real determination. They tested it, coaxed it, and out stubborned it until it started working again. Watching them win that battle was its own entertainment. The front desk team is a big part of why we keep coming back. They are kind, patient, and always make you feel like you are part of the KOA family the moment you walk in. The grounds were clean, the pool was sparkling, and the whole resort had an easygoing, friendly vibe. KOA Okeechobee gets five stars from us and we will absolutely be back.
