Stayed for 3 months. Love our KOA! Especially love Elizabeth at the front office who is always helpful! The KOA has everything we need and is constantly working on improving.

Stay was great. Everyone in the office, general store, and the Shanty was very nice and helpful. The new vacation rental is beautiful. It has plenty of room inside, clean, worked perfect for our quick weekend stay.

OK, we enjoyed it, had a great time seeing old friends, AND we got married on Valentines Day. Elizabeth and the rest of the staff were Awsome. Hope to see you next year

Great park. Lots to do. Seemed to be short staffed often. Prices are going up and the 3 month campers are required to pay the total charge up front. That is wrong!

No wifi or cable available for free at the site. Would not allow portable pet fence. Putt putt course closed Ping pong table and picnic tables in disrepair.

Resort koa with no wi-fi and no garbage pick-up. I we not be back. Too many canadians. Rules for some, but letting kids in adult pool not OK.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities are good. Camp sites for the most part are very nice. Very nice to see improvements happening to the camp ground. We will return again next winter.

Stay was good. Not happy to hear that next year you must pay your 3-6 month stay in full on first day and no refund if leaving early even if due to medical or death.

Lawn maintenance much improved from past years. Keep the Nunez Service. Continue to improve the electric service. Separate connections and better cable service needs to be the goal for each site.

Need to adress your garbage issue. very unpleasant camping near it. lots of traffic and smell. glad to see some improvements being done. enjoyed our stay.

Good camp site lots of activities. People very friendly. Staff accommodation good Electrical went out several times Cable didn't work but I used my Tmobil internet Have booked for next winter

Excellent campground and fantastic staff! I vacation there from January - March and couldn't ask for a better place to spend the winter.

We were there for the month of March. The camp ground was well kept and the landscaping was very well kept. There were numerous activities and both employees and other campers were kind and very friendly!

Wonderful time. Site had a lot of tree roots. Roots made it tough to walk around. The shade was nice though. Everyone was super nice. Made some new friends.

Great stay! Still needs a few things done but seeing progress!!! Still need to fix light on sign out front and work on solution for trash but other than that awesome!!

Had great time! A major improvement would be better/easier access to storage lot. Two of the new cabins, and a new light pole, make it nearly impossible to get storage trailer in/out of the lot! Standing water in the streets needs addressed. Manager, Ed, is doing a wonderful job! We have rec’d this KOA to three other couples from our hometown. All three are now snowbirds too.

We are snowbirds. This was our 7th year at this camp. It was announced that next December we would have to pay the whole 4 month stay upfront instead of monthly.nthats almost $8000. So we decided to buy a small house on your North side. We like the camp and winter activities. Employees are all great .

Overall, we enjoyed our 2 week stay. There is alot of activity at the park and people are really friendly. I was disappointed that the furniture at our site was mismatched, very dirty and one chair broken. Skso, there was no grill provided. The lack of a good wifi connection is very disappointing. It is 2025. Get better wifi. We would return for another visit ( choosing a better site)

We had a great time staying at KOA and can't wait to return next year. We made a lot of friends and have a lot of good memories. The place is well maintained and very nice.

All in all it was a great stay. The property is well maintained and pleasant. I would suggest setting up a second trash collection point, on opposite sides of the facility, which would make it easier for the guests. I am also at a loss as to why WiFi is not offered to the guests without additional payment. I was also told the provider was less than “adequate” and it was a waste of time and $$

This was a nice campground, but there are a couple of bath houses that, while reasonably well maintained, are a bit dated. Elizabeth, who welcomed us, was absolutely EXCELLENT!

Wonderful stay! Deluxe cabin was wonderful and very clean. The whole park was great and staff really friendly. We will be back.

The garbage situation is not pleasant. My first year there we were always greeted by employees of the KOA with “Goodmorning/afternoon it’s a great day to be at the KOA” the past two years we haven’t heard it at all except over the phone… it was one of the better things we liked, sad it’s not done anymore…

Very nice KOA, have stayed at many all over the US in my RV and in camping cabins and deluxe cabins. Only recommendation is to put curtains in the bunk room!

The manager ED was very cordial,we enjoyed our Winter stay very much. Staying this year seemed very SPECIAL to us because of him. Also when we checked in Elizabeth was very helpful we appreciate her inputs Thanks again, Joey and Mary ann Brewster

Had a great weekend at the KOA the staff is very friendly and helpful. Was disappointed with the pool, we arrived Thursday, went to the pool Friday & Saturday and it was very dirty with yard debris and it wasn't because of the rain storm because the same bandaid was in the same area both days The new cabins are great.

I want to give kudos to Heidi and the shanty star in the food in Sierra in the general store and the three ladies at the front counter, especially Carson, who always remembers the animals and let's go broke with all the treats that she buys.although everyone here is excellent caring and like familythose fouryoung ladies have stood out some of the most patient, friendly and lovable

KOA Okeechobee turned our Fourth of July weekend into a real adventure. The activities were family oriented and had that small town holiday feeling that makes you settle in right away. We met local folks who were friendly and fun to talk to and the whole place felt welcoming from start to finish. The activity team kept everything running smoothly and made the weekend feel special. We helped carry in the watermelons for the assistant activity director and she recognized us throughout the rest of our stay, which added a fun personal touch. The maintenance staff deserves a huge shoutout. Our refrigerator tried to quit on a holiday weekend but the team went after it with real determination. They tested it, coaxed it, and out stubborned it until it started working again. Watching them win that battle was its own entertainment. The front desk team is a big part of why we keep coming back. They are kind, patient, and always make you feel like you are part of the KOA family the moment you walk in. The grounds were clean, the pool was sparkling, and the whole resort had an easygoing, friendly vibe. KOA Okeechobee gets five stars from us and we will absolutely be back.
