We arrived about 5 pm and were checked in quickly and an employee led us to the site. Very friendly and helpful people, sites and gravel roads were clean and well maintained. Cell service is non-existant, could see a tower from the park, but nothing. Cable TV was great, 5G and 2g wifi dropped in and out regularly. We only stayed one night, so I have no long term comments.

My stay was great � KOA had so much entertainment, food, and music. There's so much for the kids to enjoy it as much as the parents. Everything was always clean. The staff there was amazing! So helpful with everything. I recommend KOA for anyone who's looking for a great camping experience! 5star all the way!

Very nice campground. The staff are very helpful and informative. This was the first site where we received a personal escort to our campsite, which was a nice touch. Our kids are a little older but this campground is perfect for younger children. Plenty of activities to fill your schedule while you are there. Breakfast on Sunday morning was excellent and reasonably priced. We will be back.

We always enjoy our stay here ! The weekend themes are a blast! We had a a couple minor issues with our pop ups in our group this stay and between Brian, Matt, and Dusty everything was resolved and we were set up for an awesome weekend. The games for the kids are such a great time! Our kiddos can't wait to come back for a candy bingo and coin redemption!

Thankful for another great stay! Christmas in July was a great time for our babes. We really appreciated Santa suiting up in 90+ degree weather for the kids. The staff worked so hard in this heat and we really appreciated it. I would consider adding an after dark swim time or extending pool hours.

Never found the bathhouse, since we have a travel trailer, so I can't comment on mandatory amenities. Dump station is all the way in the back, but not hard to get to or use. My only complaint is that some seasonals are very mouthy and I ran into more than one rude character. Every employee was extremely nice and more than helpful. If I am through again, I'll likely stop by.

I realize it was hard to keep up with the extreme heat but the pool in need of a chlorine shock. Also I prefer camp grounds that pick up our garbage every day.

Everything was wonderful except the pool was really murky and gross. Folks were drinking from glass bottles while in the pool which is a hazard. Seems like more could be done at night to shock the pool? Otherwise this would have been the perfect trip! The people were nice, the accommodations were perfect. Thank you!

The only problem was with very few campers there, the electrical was surging from 102 to 114. You might want to check it Thanks

My son loved it. He rated it 10 out of 10. We enjoyed our stay immensely and were very family-friendly. The staff is extremely helpful. We came late they still took us to our site and 2 men helped back my husband in with the RV. This is he first time we started a vacation without an argument, LOL! Thanks!!! The pool was clean and the guests were very nice. It is a large park and you will be tired.

There was an issue with power to our site and the staff immediately came and assessed the situation and was able to find a new site for us very quickly. While the problem was out of there control due to heat wave and low power available, they were more than happy to adjust and make sure our stay was comfortable.

It was our first time staying at KOA in West Hampton MA. and we loved every minute of it! The staff and management were more than accommodating! We booked a cabin and we couldn’t believe what came with it. We felt right at home and just wished our stay was longer. We will definitely be back again. Thank you guys for everything!! Natalie B.

Had no problem with the campground itself. But the seasonal people next to us in site 47 were load and left thier dogs in camper when they were not there. If ever go there again will ask not to be in site 45.

I've been going here for years. This is the 3rd owner. Lots of improvement every year. I love the coins for children. Bingo, pond could use better fish. I've recently been to mystic koa and pool was down for repair. they had nothing for kids to do. And we stayed in cabin which was great.

The staff was awesome I have two disabled children one with mental and one with physical disabilities and the staff went out of their way to make the kids feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure that the kids could participate in the activities you don’t know how much that means to my family and me and if you ask the staff or anything they were more than happy and so friendly to help

I appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The bathrooms were always clean! Activities are just right for families. one suggestion though - a non slip surface in the shower areas.

Been here 4 times now and they always have something for the kiddos which a lot of other sites don't. Bryan and the staff are awesome and they help you anyway they can. All the kids say this is there favorite campground out of all the others. My wife and I are already asking if we can be a seasonal in the future.

We had such a great trip!!! The cabin was awesome!! Brian and Matt were very helpful.. we have been doing this trip for the past 4 yrs and already booked next year. We have 5 families and do a potluck lunch/dinner on the Saturday.. well the weather was rainy and we were allowed to use their rec room to hold our event. They were very accommodating.
