Electric problem wasn't resolved but no biggie.. lamp post still needs a new light bulb.. Great service n the koa is beautiful. See ya next year. Thanks dave

This was our first visit to the Niantic KOA, We had a great weekend, We definitely will be back, the ride to the beaches is a great benefit, the delivery of firewood and ice, trash pick up. We loved the pool, Thank you for letting us stay with you

The staff is incredibly nice and I am so impressed with all of the upgrades they have made to this location. Last time I was here was back in 2020 and since then they’ve added a pool, new mini golf course, and luxurious bathrooms that were always clean. You guys are doing great and I’ll definitely be back!

Michael and Ashley you guys are amazing! You guys and your staff are so friendly, helpful and on top of things! You really went the extra mile to accommodate our big family! We had so much fun and can't wait to come back!

Quiet and peaceful. Bathroom was very clean. Loved the dish washing area, that helps when you tent camp. Host’s was very nice. Will be returning soon.

We had a wonderful time!!! The grounds were great! Clean facilities. So many activities for the kids. Staff was so friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to go back!

They were very accommodating--we were visiting on-the-fly and they were able to upgrade us to a nicer spot, and were totally helpful all together. This is the second KOA we've stayed and I am still very satisfied.

I love this place. I live in Niantic and staying here is like being on vacation in my own town. My two young girls love all the activities and the pool is wonderful. We will be back for sure.

We really enjoy this koa with 1 exception. Seeing the dog kept on the deck for 12 hours a day and smelling the piles of days old poop. We made tie-dye shirts next to this and overhead other guests comment on the smell. It was pouring and the owners were inside eating ice cream while Ace was trapped on the deck. It's heartbreaking and reflects badly on you that you treat your pet so poorly.

Literally everyone was wonderful. Ashley, Marishka, Michael, Bubbles, Bob and John. They all go above and beyond and can’t do enough for you. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of spending Labor Day weekend camping with my family, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish! Everything was well-maintained and spotless, from the restrooms to the showers.The staff was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming and eager to help.and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We had a great few days at the campground. Our kids loved all the activities and had plenty to occupy themselves. The facilities were clean and close to our site. All the people who worked there were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Very good service checking in and getting campground info. The rules are enforced, too, which is different from the state parks I usually stay in. They have a great pool with chairs and umbrellas, and the campground is spacious enough so that a tent camper like me still has enough room to not feel hemmed in by the much larger RVs. I hope to come back sometime soon with my kids and my grandson.

Love the staff, activities (especially the coins!), and the new pool area. I would suggest adding a clock to the pool area so it’s easier to keep track of time for when the activities start. I don’t want to keep pulling out my phone at the pool to check. We had a great time! Thank you!

All over all it was a really nice stay. �The bathroom could be a little bit cleaner.� Best thing is the shuttle to the beach.� I will come back on Labor Day weekend. Looking forward to it.

Our stay at Niantic,ct was very special it was my second time staying here but my first time at any campground with such a big crowd we had four tent spots one evening spot and one glamping spot everyone was super excited and wanted to come back of course your camp ground is sold out Bob and John went above and beyond to make it extra special for the (7) year old bday boy y taking him in the fire

This KOA is amazing. Very clean, family oriented. It has the best vibes in a great location. I try to stop here everytime we travel the coast. One of our favorite.

We stayed at Niantic KOA for five nights. It's very peaceful here. We sat out by our fire every night. Our space was large and included a fire pit, swing, table, chairs, and a wonderful bbq/grill. I used the camp-provided showers. They were clean and each room had a private shower, toilet, and sink. A wonderful bonus, each morning the camp provided breakfast, fresh waffles, fruit, baked goods and more. There are great beaches to visit. A short drive will take you to Mystic, CT. If you're up for a longer drive, Neport, Rhode Island is worth the trip. Enjoy your time at the Niantic KOA where the staff is friendly and helpful, and the trees are beautiful.

Easy access off freeway, but no road noise. campsites were a little close together, not separated by trees but not as close together as some places I've seen. Overall very pretty and well kept. Bath house offered private toilet/ sink/ shower setup with a bench and hooks for miscellaneous, very clean and well kept. There is even a separate dog washing station! I also saw a laundry building although I didn't go in. Lots of other amenities seen but not used as we were only there for one night. People, kids, and dogs were all well-behaved. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I def recommend.
