Our camp site location was perfect. Secluded which is what we asked for. Everything was wonderful, our only complaint was the fire truck. The notice was loud and distracting upsetting the peacefulness of the camping experience. All and all we had an amazing stay.

The overall condition was okay. However, there is no swimming pool and they will open fall. There are many small ants in the site.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely feel to the camp ground, lots of thoughtful games and activities for the kids. Ask for a ride to the winery with Bubbles. Lovely washroom. Quiet (even for a Friday night) and quiet hours strictly adhered to. Our favourite KOA so far (visited over 20).

Friendly helpful staff who you can call and have ice delivered. They offered to weedwack any parts you want on your site. There are plenty of things for kids to do. Private bathrooms are a good idea but I noticed some people trashed the bathrooms or did not supervise children. You probably need to clean the bathroom before you use it. Bring cleaning gloves n chemicals no bare feet

I would like to thank KOA’s management for the happy days that we spent as your site! The staff is very polite and friendly. Special thanks to John - he is a a hero for kids and a master of coins! It was our 4th time, however, the camp's keeper (John) was so rude. we had our 4 kids, our camp site was so close to the road, we've asked the office if they could move us to another camp site next to our friends, John came and told us that wasn't possible that we could leave and ask for a refund if we didn't like the camp site we had, such a bad customer service.... NOT GOOD!!!!!!

We were mostly happy with our stay. Our only issue was the bathrooms. Although the remodel looks great, the new setup means we were often waiting to use either the bathroom or shower. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay and will probably be back next year.

It was pleasantly surprised how well run this place is. Everyone is friendly they treat you like you been coming there for years. The staff is very attentive anything you need you got it. Property is very well kept and the bathroom/showers were pretty darn clean being that they are shared. My only complaint and it’s not even a complaint is i just wish they had more to do at the campground it sel

Tent site. No shade to put tent. I am a early riser too go fishing. So in the afternoon I like to take a nap but tent was directly in the sunlight and other place to Set it up. I left a day early because I was just frustrated!

All staff members here are very professional, very helpful. This KOA location very close to many eating locations. Connecticut is a beautiful state.

Every staff member was great and really friendly. The middle ratings is from the bathrooms didn’t have heat. We are looking forward to visiting again and see the progress of transforming this into a beautiful campground.

We just made a quick stop over in our SUV camper. Showers were warm and the campfire was good! It was a good place for us to prepare for our very long day in NYC. Also, Bubbles was an awesome host, incredibly nice, energetic, and an overall Grade A guy. Thanks for making the short stay one of the best on our trip!

For all the camping we have done this has been the best of all. With all the activities and extras it was an experience our granddaughters will forever remember, and there will be more memories to make here at Niantic KOA.

The ladies in the office were great and so friendly! And Bob was so kind and helpful bringing us firewood and ice! It was an extremely hot weekend and my boyfriend's first time camping but we still had a nice relaxing time! It would have been nice if the bathrooms were a bit cleaner but we will be back!

Great location, have daily parking for local beaches, campground team is very friendly and flexible. Also fire truck rides and other kids oriented activities are excellent. Firewood is delivered to your site with addition of fire starter. We enjoyed with 3 and 12 year old boys tent camping.

We had 14 of us for a family vacation. KOA staff went out of their way to make our stay fun! The kids had a blast and so did the grownups! Thank you to Bubbles for the wonderful hospitality! I promise to never call you that again! Thanks again for an awesome family vacation! We will be back again! The kids loved the rides, the playground, and the coin adventures!

We really had a wonderful time, all of the staff were wonderful. The grounds were clean and spacious, it is clear they have made some really nice improvements. The kids loved the firetruck rides and the activities, we are very much looking forward to next year's improvements and will be making this trip a yearly thing for our group.

Campground was amazing. There was so much for the kids to do at campground and in the surrounding area. The facility were very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpfull. I will definitely be coming back here!

Very friendly and helpful in the store very nice people. There are plenty of new people to meet and to be around. Theres plenty of walking room to enjoy a nice long walk with your friends and your family. Its a very dog friendly place along with the other pets you may have.

We had a great time at this little campground. Plenty of activities (tie dye, arts and crafts, treasure hunts , wagon/fire truck rides), etc) for kids (we had four, ranging in age from 6 to 9), is centrally located and has awesome staff. Shuttles to downtown and beaches are offered. Real restroom facilities/showers. Definitely needs some sprucing up but we would definitely return!
