Convenient to interstate. Clean campground. Only has grey water sewer. Pump truck available twice per week.

We were there during the week so it was pretty quiet We were in a quiet site and with a generous size. We did not use the facilities but for a family with children they had plenty of things to do.

When checking in it was determined that our reserved site was not a pull through. Someone at the desk looked into available sites and moved us before hooking up. She was accommodating and helpfu.

Beautiful brand new cabin. The campground is very well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. They make sure that you get to your site OK.

We went for the Second Halloween weekend we had the place to ourselves everyone went to the first Halloween weekend last week but the staff still was happy to accommodate us.

Repeat stay from August. Nice amenity that shuttle is provided to Niantic. Took nice trip to aquarium last visit and this time to Old Mystic Village, loved the shoppes. Clean, level sites, loved the patio.

We had another wonderful stay at Niantic KOA! The staff is second to none, always willing to help and go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best it can be. Cannot wait to come back!

Great location , great friendly staff , nice level gravel pads for easy set up. Spaces are ok. Suggest reminding campers to not idle their diesel trucks for 5+ minutes if departing or heading off to work.

We were seasonal in 2026 and loved it. The owners and staff are friendly and accomodating. Property is well maintained and facilities clean. Staff are always around if you need them. We always felt safe. Shout-out to all our neighbors, we will miss you! Thank you!

Overnight stay on a trip. Didn't use the showers can't comment on them. Only downside was the weird sewer on our site. Camp supplied cap with garden hose for draining tanks on our site. Plugged from previous user and useless. Site was 12A. Noticed some sites had these and others had normal sewer connections. Would stay again not that type site.

This KOA is clean, quiet and close to Old Lyme, CT which was our destination, a was a great price. We had an excellent stay and recommend this KOA very highly.

The staff was friendly but the campground needs some upgrading. The trash can in the rec hall was overflowing and there were dirty dishes and cooking equipment in the kitchen area in the morning when we came in for breakfast.

It was a very quick stay - in at 7pm and out by 9am. I emailed earlier in the day that I would be there later in the day. and received a fast response The check in process after close was easy, a representative came to the site to make sure I was good and had what I needed. In the light of day, I could see what a well maintained park you have.

Stayed 2 nights in their Deluxe cabin. The cabin was well equipped with all the kitchen ware plates, silverware, glasses, cooking pots and utensils. Full size refrigerator/freezer large coffee maker. 3 TV’s Great!!

Even with the rain all weekend, we enjoyed our stay. Everyone was so nice. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Checked in on Sept.16, out on Sept. 28, had to call the office twice to get pumped out, they said every 4 night stay gets a black tank pump, they pumped on the 20th, on the 27th. I was charged $15 for the second pump out.

Stay was ok. No sewer hookup. Grills were not clean and not very functional. Washers and dryers were good. When we needed to leave due to noreaster approaching there was no refund offered for days not camping.

Great location and customer service. Rob was of great help when we set up the rv and gave us great insights for the hiking trail and the area around us. The only suggestion will be better signs to the campground.

Great campground very well maintained and nice spots. Very friendly staff. Nice bathrooms. Only dig is that they have gray water drains at most all sites and only a handful of full hook ups for use, but if you are not staying that long works great. Nice and quiet and great trails to walk in the woods

This KOA is amazing. Very clean, family oriented. It has the best vibes in a great location. I try to stop here everytime we travel the coast. One of our favorite.

We stayed at Niantic KOA for five nights. It's very peaceful here. We sat out by our fire every night. Our space was large and included a fire pit, swing, table, chairs, and a wonderful bbq/grill. I used the camp-provided showers. They were clean and each room had a private shower, toilet, and sink. A wonderful bonus, each morning the camp provided breakfast, fresh waffles, fruit, baked goods and more. There are great beaches to visit. A short drive will take you to Mystic, CT. If you're up for a longer drive, Neport, Rhode Island is worth the trip. Enjoy your time at the Niantic KOA where the staff is friendly and helpful, and the trees are beautiful.

Easy access off freeway, but no road noise. campsites were a little close together, not separated by trees but not as close together as some places I've seen. Overall very pretty and well kept. Bath house offered private toilet/ sink/ shower setup with a bench and hooks for miscellaneous, very clean and well kept. There is even a separate dog washing station! I also saw a laundry building although I didn't go in. Lots of other amenities seen but not used as we were only there for one night. People, kids, and dogs were all well-behaved. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I def recommend.
