The campground was nice during the day, and bathrooms were clean. At night, the races at the raceway one town over can be heard late into the night. The second night was quieter, but we were awoken by headlights shining in our tent. The KOA Owner (driving white SUV with KOA license plate) parked her running SUV facing our tent with headlights shining directly into our tent for out 25 minutes.

Great amenties in and around the campground. Great location as it has hiking trails to the beach across the road, hiking trails in the woods, and the nearby town of Niantic. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and updated. The functionality of the shower and shower heads just doesn't work well

My family loves everything about this campground. There are always so many things to do, the premises are clean and the staff is amazing! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and hope to see you next year! ♥���

We enjoy staying at Niantic, they have everything we need, ice, wood, pool, and events for the family. The shuttle to the beach is great. the only thing I would add/change is having a trash can at the dish washing sink. Thanks for making our stay great with the coins for the children, (and adults) See you next year!!

My husband and I planned a stay with our children and grandchildren. We camped in tents. We all loved the pool, the kids had a great time on the firetruck ride, playing in the playground and the outside games, and mining for gems. We will be returning next summer for more good times - can't wait!

The whole family liked this campground. My 3yo liked the pool (because it has a 1ft deep section), and the “shuttle” because it could take him to the local parks and “many playgrounds.” My husband also liked the complimentary shuttle to downtown and how friendly the staff were. The grill are to close to the tent site and the bathroom need update, cleaning it very bad , the playground need to be updated too and the pool have frogs inside . I hope make some changes. I was very disappointed, because I been in others ones are great .

Staff were awesome. Friendly and helpful. Camp location is great and it has many activity areas. Not sure if they’re undergoing changes, but at the time of my stay there were many piles of gravel around the site and the appearance was kind of junky.

The bathrooms were nice and other KOAs should be similar. There were dogs of leash and dog poop that was almost stepped on while walking around.

This was a great camping experience. The staff was fantastic and though we didn't need anything, the store was well-stocked and had extended hours, even this late in the season. The site was huge and I have never seen restrooms that nice (and clean!) at a campground. We will be back!

We had a great stay didn't get a chance to swim but the heated pool was open, great staff had an ice-cream social that was great if you need ice or fire wood they got it to your camp site quickly , bathrooms and showers were great and close to the tent sites Good breakfast, Harvest church close, trails to state park shuttle to all beaches, all the staff really shined especially Ashley.

Bathrooms were not cleaned once during our stay. There was mold on the walls, floor and curtains— disgusting curtains—especially in handicap bathroom. We were told passes for the beach were all taken one day. The next day we were told if we came back late with the pass we would be charged $200 (what?). The lady in charge at the office was super rude. Disrespectful attitude. Would not go back.

Incredible amenities, tons of activities on premise for the kids, the coin hunt was adorable and the kids loved it! close proximity to ice, liquor, beer, food. Cutest town and the courtesy shuttles are an incredible addition. Bathrooms were very clean.

Excellent Excellent stay! Very spacious tent site. Quiet and private. Morning waffles and pastries were fantastic. Everyone was very nice and there was so much fun things to do there. The bathrooms and showers were just right. The bees were a little annoying but overall great stay. If I head that way again for fishing on my little tub boat, this is the place I would definitely stay again. Loved it

The grass was so long on the site that we couldn’t see all the foot sized holes and by the end of the weekend everyone had fallen at least 2 times - very lucky that nobody broke their ankle. We paid 210 for the weekend for a very unkept site and a fire pit that was not built (loose brick that fell every 3 minutes) and no fire ring so we couldn’t cook on the fire.

This was the first time staying at a campground with my family. I was so impressed with how well it was maintained and all the activities for the kids. Ashley and Michael were so friendly and patient with my questions. We are already planning to return next year!

This was amazing. The most unique feature was the ongoing coin treasure hunt which kept the kids active and engaged. They were excited to constantly hunt for coins that could be redeemed for various prizes. The pool was perfect. The bathrooms were cleaner than hotels. The staff was above and beyond.free waffle bfast was delicious. Michael loaned me his charger and was above and beyond in kindness.

All the kids in the big group loved the place. They were always active. The fun activities made it more memorable for them. For the Coin Hunt they came stringwr together so they could find more coins. They loved the pool and the beach is so close the camp grounds, it was a great plus! Everyone enjoyed the beach. The camp site were very spacious close the bathrooms.

Always the best time at KOA. The facilities are clean, the staff is awesome and there are so many activities for kids! And adults (and kids as well) can enjoy the heated pool or a beach ��� A free shuttle is a nice plus! Cannot wait to be back!

The staff were all incredibly friendly. The bathrooms were great with family style for helping my child get cleaned up each night. The activities & games kept my son engaged and interested! My tent spot was a great spot with a good amount of shade and felt spacious enough as well. The beach parking pass we were able to 'check out' for the day saved us $35 and McCook beach was spectacular!

This KOA is amazing. Very clean, family oriented. It has the best vibes in a great location. I try to stop here everytime we travel the coast. One of our favorite.

We stayed at Niantic KOA for five nights. It's very peaceful here. We sat out by our fire every night. Our space was large and included a fire pit, swing, table, chairs, and a wonderful bbq/grill. I used the camp-provided showers. They were clean and each room had a private shower, toilet, and sink. A wonderful bonus, each morning the camp provided breakfast, fresh waffles, fruit, baked goods and more. There are great beaches to visit. A short drive will take you to Mystic, CT. If you're up for a longer drive, Neport, Rhode Island is worth the trip. Enjoy your time at the Niantic KOA where the staff is friendly and helpful, and the trees are beautiful.

Easy access off freeway, but no road noise. campsites were a little close together, not separated by trees but not as close together as some places I've seen. Overall very pretty and well kept. Bath house offered private toilet/ sink/ shower setup with a bench and hooks for miscellaneous, very clean and well kept. There is even a separate dog washing station! I also saw a laundry building although I didn't go in. Lots of other amenities seen but not used as we were only there for one night. People, kids, and dogs were all well-behaved. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I def recommend.
