I would have given this campground a 10 and 5 star rating on question one or two however on Saturday night just before dark I was walking to get my kids off of there bike with my dog when I watched one of the employees older man with a white beard screaming at my kids to get off there bikes it was not dark yet but getting close. I know the rules my kids were affraid to leave the site after this.

We stayed for a week. The pool is very clean, kept at a good temperature, loved the music at the pool too! The staff is awesome very friendly very accommodating. The kids loved finding the coins, the ride on the firetruck and the other activities. We loved the convenience of having the shuttle to go to Rocky neck Beach. I would recommend this campground to anyone we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My only complaint was the cleanliness of the grounds. There was a lot of garbage around that wasn’t picked up and/or was mowed over. The back deck next to the store’s rear entrance was completely covered in dog feces. The pool was nice though and the grounds are quiet. I will be back, but hope it’s cleaner next time.

Our site was great! Staff was friendly. We liked the swing, large grill, with propane and gravel. The road and other sites without gravel were a muddy mess. Pool looked great and the store had a variety of items. The campground was under construction-not mentioned previous to our stay. Some parts looked like a junk yard. Store smelled of urine and the porch off the store was covered in dog poop.

The amenities were incredibly clean and well kept. We can't say enough good things about the staff and how friendly and helpful they were. We can't wait for our next trip to the Niantic KOA.

We had a great time, staff was wonderful. There was a good amount of trash around the playground and other common areas.

Great family run campground - bathrooms were great. Large single bathrooms with personal shower. They were relaxing the entrance which smoothed out the bumps so you can tell they take pride in maintaining the location. Golf cart riding employees guide you to your spot and help you hookup and they come around again to see if you need anything. The store has most things you forgot. Kids love it 2!

Employees at the reception were very nice. We had a problem with the cable wire and they fixed it very kickly. The pumpout option was very good but would had prefered a sewer connection on site. Pool was nice, clean and warm. The music at the pool was it bit to loud. The roads on the camp site were less to be desired, a lot of pumps and holes. Our site was nice. Camping near State Parc and beaches

The campground had the potential to be really nice. However, the place was in disarray. We were placed in a campsite right in front construction materials that wasn’t fenced off. This KOA was a huge disappointment. The only two positive things were the staff was awesome and the proximity to Niantic. I

This KOA is amazing. Very clean, family oriented. It has the best vibes in a great location. I try to stop here everytime we travel the coast. One of our favorite.

We stayed at Niantic KOA for five nights. It's very peaceful here. We sat out by our fire every night. Our space was large and included a fire pit, swing, table, chairs, and a wonderful bbq/grill. I used the camp-provided showers. They were clean and each room had a private shower, toilet, and sink. A wonderful bonus, each morning the camp provided breakfast, fresh waffles, fruit, baked goods and more. There are great beaches to visit. A short drive will take you to Mystic, CT. If you're up for a longer drive, Neport, Rhode Island is worth the trip. Enjoy your time at the Niantic KOA where the staff is friendly and helpful, and the trees are beautiful.

Easy access off freeway, but no road noise. campsites were a little close together, not separated by trees but not as close together as some places I've seen. Overall very pretty and well kept. Bath house offered private toilet/ sink/ shower setup with a bench and hooks for miscellaneous, very clean and well kept. There is even a separate dog washing station! I also saw a laundry building although I didn't go in. Lots of other amenities seen but not used as we were only there for one night. People, kids, and dogs were all well-behaved. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I def recommend.
