Glamping was great overall.Tv remote batteries didn't work all the time.Some leftover dipping sauce left in fridge and freezer had frost with some tree debris frozen into it-but not a big deal since our food was in containers.Bed comfortable,clean and tent spacious.Shower water not ever hot and group shower area lukewarm at best.KOA staff great and friendly-John very nice,welcoming.Felt safe.

I nice, small, family campground. We had a great time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Excellent pool. My only complaint is the bathrooms are not the best. People are literally disgusting, they pee all over the seats and don't clean it up. I do not know why people like that even leave their house...the bathhouse and bathrooms need to be cleaned a lot more often.

Staff were nice. Pool and music jams were great. The coin hunting game was cute and the fire truck ride around the property was fun. Kids loved both. Glamping tent was awesome. My parents loved it and said the bed was very comfortable. Trash truck emptying the dumpsters before 8am was terrible. So loud. Play area needs improvement. Asphalt pad with weeds basically with games.

Friendly staff and great service. Great activities, the kids loved it. The pool was absolutly perfect! wow! The bathrooms were top when we checked-in thursday but got more dirty each day. The glamping tent was nice but the outside chairs and BBQ needed washing and I would of liked a closed floor. But overall, it was very nice and clean

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our first time camping there this past weekend. There was so much for our family to do. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The entire campground was clean and organized. We liked it so much that we are considering becoming seasonals there.

Staff is very accommodating. We had barking dogs the first night and the staff moved us to a much better site. There's a beautiful new swimming pool. And the beaches are hop skipping a jump away.

Reserved the glamping site. Was disappointed that there were no cabins. Tent was comfortable and bed was firm. Nicely arranged. Staff was very friendly. Appreciated the escort to site, as we were very tired after the long drive from Ohio Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Easy to fall asleep, since there no rowdy campers. No yelling or obnoxious campers.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very quick to deliver firewood, etc. The campsite was really nice. We enjoyed the coin scavenger hunt. Our glamping site was fantastic! I love my KOA Niantic sweatshirt. Thanks for a great vacation!

We have stayed several times and find it very quiet and peaceful. Glamping makes us enjoy our visit tenting and a heated mattress perfect!

Stayed in a glamping tent, those things are huge! Comfortable bed and well equipped. Staff was nice and worked a lot on grounds keeping. To note is their free shuttle for six destinations nearby, really worth a longer visit in the near future.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a glamping tent. The first one they put us in had a broken zipper so we asked to switch and they said absolutely. Pool is very nice. One downside were that it didn't seem the bathrooms were cleaned everyday as posted.

This location is the worst camping facility I have seen in many years of camping. The poor condition of the place overall is alarming considering the premiums charged for the rental selected. I have images of the poor condition I mention. I feel as if I was a victim of a bait & switch considering the pool was being advertised as “ready by end of June” & clearly this wasn’t going to be feasib

We love glamping at KOA in Niantic, we have stay three times before and everytime we have enjoyed our stay. Glamping tents come with excellent queen mattress with heat,TV , sofa and refrigerator. When we were younger we loved tent camping and now that were older we love glamping. Hope to be there later this summer and enjoy the pool and the beaches with the grandchildren,it 's fun.

Our stay was wonderful. From the welcome to the friendly hellos from the staff throughout our stay. When someone from the staff would drive by they’d ask if we were ok or if we needed anything. It was our first time staying in Niantic and a glamoing tent and it exceedee our expectations. The staff members were wonderful! Accommodating, helpful and friendly. I stayed in a glamping tent that was anything but glamping. The screens were ripped and let in all the bugs. Not that it mattered because the floor slats were open about 1/2" between each slat and let in all the bugs as well as some very large spiders. The over head fans were filthy and I could not reach to turn them on or off

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying in the glamping tent last week. The staff are just incredible. The tent was beautiful. A little chilly but we handled it. The staff actually let us come in a bit early as we had driven all night from Ontario, CA. Coffee made by Delia in the morning was fantastic. We are campers through and through and this little gem was the best. THANK YOU

As first time visitors this weekend, our stay exceeded every expectation. Glamping tent with the heated mattress was perfect and the kids activities kept us busy! The coins were a huge hit. Staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Looking forward to this new family tradition!

Our kids had a blast on the playground, rides around camp, and collecting coins for small candies. We all enjoyed Rocky Neck and local beaches.

We have stayed at KOA i-95 Niantic, CT several times. We booked this trip at the last minute so we could take care of family needs , they are always accommodating . We like the glampcamping and heated mattress for the fall and the restrooms are close. When we were there in summer we watched all of the fun things they did we the kids : fire truck rides,hay rides, bounce houses , or mini golf.

Employees were all very nice and welcoming. The "glamping tent" was large and nice to sleep in. Loved that we could use a day pass for a smaller local beach instead of going to an overcrowded state park beach. Will be coming back next year.

We spent one night in a glamping tent with our grandson. A little pricey, but we had a great time. Tent was clean. Bed was very comfortable. It stormed, and everything stayed dry. We played mini golf and used the bounce house. My grandson enjoyed searching for the coins and exchanging them for candy. We used the pass to go to the beach. Staff super friendly and helpful. Will come again.

We have stayed here several times the past 3 years. It's a favorite destination for us! The staff are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The new fancy sites have a full grill and smoker w propane. Location is minutes to the beach. It's 20 minutes to Mystic. Very family and pet friendly. The ongoing coin hunt is always a hit for everyone. The pool is also still open and 80 degrees in October. Can't wait to come back!
