For $96 ? - extremely terrible roads, grass so tall at my site we could no sit outside in the swing - I guess that makes it a premium site - only positive thing was the WiFi was OK. TOTALLY OVERPRICED!!

We loved the location. We loved the shuttle ! The staff is SO nice and the activities for families terrific. However. You’ve GOT to get the main bathrooms under control. Broken urinals and perpetual flooding in ladies is not acceptable. The fan dries nothing. The back bathrooms were great . Time to spruce up. We will return but found it a bit pricy

Loved our spot!! Park was clean and although the pool was closed the kids had a great time with the activities the park provided. They LOVED looking around for the coins!!!! Will be back soon!

The Deluxe sites were excellent in size and amenities. Lots of activities for the kids. Also very safe and everything was wishing easy access. The restrooms were always clean and looked new. Pool was still not ready for use but that gives us a reason to return very soon. Ashley and Michael were great! Niantic KOA will see us very soon.

The bathrooms were disgusting. The employees were rude. My husband & I both felt very uncomfortable staying there with our kids as we felt like we were being watched. We ended up leaving after the first night. I was very disappointed with this KOA.

I was disappointed that the designation of full hookups did not include a black water dump at the site. I paid 93.00 for water, electricity and a grey water dump only at the site. They should be more forth wright about their site limitations. Will not be back

Sorry for any confusion but you do state on all our RV site types that we have Gray water disposal only (sinks & showers) they are also flagged as water and electric sites.

First time visiting and were so happy with the campsite. The pool was not open yet which was a bit of a bummer, BUT the beach was nearby and the campsite shuttle took us there and picked us up! It was such a fantastic feature of this location. They also did a fun coin hunt for the kids and my kids LOVED it! The staff was so friendly and kind. Can’t wait to come back again!!

Wonderful as usual. Even in torrential downpours it was so nice and peaceful. I love the people, workers and owners. Everyone is so good to me. If I could full time it, it would be there for the summers. I will return many times more.

Lots were level. Good electric. No sewer. Gray tank is allowed to drain on ground in a gravel pit at each site. Not sure if I like that.They will bring the honey wagon for free a few days a week. Water pressure very low. Roads desperately need some grading.

We loved our campsite. It was #92 and absolutely beautiful. The park is under renovations so a little hectic but will be great once completed. We will definitely go back!!!

The deluxe backs ins are by far our most popular site this year and our favorite! We are hoping after the pool that should be the end of major construction and will just have our normal improvements year of year.

I have to be completely honest. We have been coming here since Covid. I have never experience the rudest owners of a campground. Ever in my life . Very unfriendly !!! Very disappointing

We take the safety of our campers as a top priority. When you have unregistered guests that are speeding in a park filled with kids. You will always be asked to slow down and register your guests.

The roads in the campground are horrible. There are several permanent RVs that have a messy appearance. On the other hand, they were having an in-ground pool installed while we were there.

I am sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay. Our roads do get washed out when there is heavy rain as seen during your stay. We do try to work quickly when the weather gets better to repair them. The pool has come along way and will be a great amenity when its open in a few weeks!

Very nice campsites - most are shaded! I have 2 complaints: 1) Before booking I called and was told (rather rudely) the pool would be completed by July 1st. It was not completed by the end of our stay (July 9th). 2) While I certainly appreciate all the activities (especially for kids) the price is very high for camping, even in this region.

No discount for not having a pool in extremely hot weather, roads in park very narrow, plenty of sites open in back of park where shaded but we were site 21 where our truck barely fit and in open area in direct sun. We did appreciate shuttle into town and staff was nice. Park just didn't seem to have KOA feeling and cleanliness.

We had a great weekend at the Niantic KOA! First off my pop-up camper would not open when I got there! One of the employees John immediately came, and helped out and fixed the problem! The new bathrooms are excellent, so nice that they are individual and spacious. The free shuttle back-and-forth from town and the beaches was so accommodating! Delivery of ice was spot on. Bubbles and john! ��

Rude at check in. one staff member was friendly. Remaining staff was rude when ever they spoke to us. Web site listed a pool but in June 90+ degrees the pool was under construction to be built. Asked about MY golf cart, they needed proof of insurance understandably, and provided, then stopped at our site interrupted because they forgot signed form, wanted info on coverages is WRONG never again!

Bathrooms were not cleaned with any regularity, so they were unpleasant. Toilets did not always flush. Shower curtains were slimy. Despite quiet hour rules, campground staff LOUDLY helped a latecomer until 12:45 AM. Campground gets very smokey. Sites are very close, no privacy. Dirt roads throughout, messy in the rain. Advertised pool, but no sign pool will be completed this summer. Expensive.

The bathrooms and shower stalls were dirty and the soap dispensers were water and not soap. One toilet had poop on the outer rim for two full days. The office staff seemed nice, but I witnessed a nasty interaction between two KOA workers that made me think they had poor communication skills. While the website promised a pool by July 1, it was clearly months away from being complete.

The new owners are turning the campground around but a couple of problems are. We were told when we made our reservation that the pool would be open for the 4th of July. Upon arrival and seeing the pool they will be lucky to have it completed by Labor Day. The other big problem is water pressure 35 PSI tops. It was like that last year and I was told then it would be fixed soon.

My wife and I stayed in a rustic camp site. Gloria was awesome during booking and checking on arrival. Bob and the rest of the crew were great with any questions or requests bringing ice and firewood very quickly when requested. All the campers and employees were very friendly and approachable. Great spot to stay and the town of East Lyme boardwalk and beached are very clean.

This location is the worst camping facility I have seen in many years of camping. The poor condition of the place overall is alarming considering the premiums charged for the rental selected. I have images of the poor condition I mention. I feel as if I was a victim of a bait & switch considering the pool was being advertised as “ready by end of June” & clearly this wasn’t going to be feasib

Campground was amazing. There was so much for the kids to do at campground and in the surrounding area. The facility were very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpfull. I will definitely be coming back here!

Very friendly and helpful in the store very nice people. There are plenty of new people to meet and to be around. Theres plenty of walking room to enjoy a nice long walk with your friends and your family. Its a very dog friendly place along with the other pets you may have.

We had a great time at this little campground. Plenty of activities (tie dye, arts and crafts, treasure hunts , wagon/fire truck rides), etc) for kids (we had four, ranging in age from 6 to 9), is centrally located and has awesome staff. Shuttles to downtown and beaches are offered. Real restroom facilities/showers. Definitely needs some sprucing up but we would definitely return!
