Had another great time. Pool was warm and inviting, workers were friendly and helpful and owners are upper nice and great to talk too. Site was beautiful and will return many times.

We enjoyed our stay very much, very nice campground. Great new pool area, love the Clean private bathrooms, and having the snack shack option is a nice touch as well. Grandkids loved the activities, especially the coin hunting!, close to the beaches and downtown Niantic

I can tell they are a work in progress and we enjoyed our stay. However I do wish they had separate areas for the permanent/seasonal campers and the transient campers.

Friendly folks. Clean bathrooms. A bit junky looking in the center area and around seasonal camps. We were fortunately placed in a neater area on the perimeter in a back in that was plenty big enough for our tow vehicle and not very close to other sites. We stayed for 4 nights and no one ever came to provide the complimentary sewage dump. Great location and because of it we will be back!

Awesome place with friendly staff. Very much appreciated the beach parking pass, as it saved us about $75 in fees! Nice bathrooms and showers, beautiful pool, new HD washers, hot dryers. Highly recommend this KOA!

In all honesty the only good thing I can say is that they have a complimentary bus to the beaches, if you wanted to go

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a glamping tent. The first one they put us in had a broken zipper so we asked to switch and they said absolutely. Pool is very nice. One downside were that it didn't seem the bathrooms were cleaned everyday as posted.

First time at this KOA and was a great experience! Everyone who works in the store is amazing! Golf cart rental was great option and definitely recommend for fun. Will return next year!

Awesome campground! The staff were extremely friendly and the kids had a good time. The Courtesy Shuttle was an incredible service... we really liked that. Also the Koastal Krunch food truck and the coin trade-in game throughout the campground. We'll be back!

We had a very nice stay. We were there for 7 nights. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Complimemtary Shuttle to the beach and beach pass are a big plus. New pool is awesome. Campground is small and quiet. Tent sites are a good size. Showers could be cleaned a bit more often. �

Very clean campground, wonderful pull through sites! Fun activities for kids of all ages (we have teenagers and they had a great time!) Pool was awesome! Staff was friendly and welcoming! We will be back!

Con: no paved roads or full hookups. Pros: Attentive staff, new pool, wooded sites, close to state and town beach's. The free pass to go to the town beachs was appreciated. Noise level was low.

We had a wonderful time Glamping!! All the staff were kind and helpful. The kids enjoyed the wagon and fire truck rides, brand new pool and coin hunt! So close to the beaches..shuttles..perfect place to stay. We will definitely stay again!

This is a nice KOA! Nice brand new pool just opened. Lots of trees with shade over most sites except for the transient pull throughs where we we’re. They have passes to the three local beaches which is big plus as the parking is $15.00 a day! Parking at the office for check is not set up well and if someone is checking in you can’t get through to your campsite! BAD set up!! Could be fixed!

This place should not be linked with KAO. They are rude, racist and very disrespectful. We will never be back! This is full of RVs of people who seem to live here. Someone tried to steal from our site and was hiding outside 2 teenage girls tent in the night until they got caught and then started cursing at us. When we complained at the office in the morning, they said there is nothing they can do

I am sorry to see this is the route you took after having been asked to follow our campground rules and respect other campers while keeping security up until 3 AM dealing with noise issues. Thank you for deciding to never come back.

Nice location with plenty of family activities. The have shuttle services to the local beach or you can sign out a parking pass for the city beach. There's a nice booze barn next door where they hold clases on wine 101. Now, this place lacks attention to detail. The bathhouse are not clean and probably have not been cleaned in a good while. Sites have no sewer hook up, just dump site.

Check in was easy and quick. I really like the escort to site and help with hooking up. My cord was short and they let me borrow one. Ice and wood delivery to site was a plus. We really enjoyed using the shuttle to the beach and boardwalk. They even checked and secured passes for us when we walked the boardwalk. Super friendly campground. We did lots of waving and smiling.

Bathrooms were not clean ( sinks, toilets, even walls). There was no toilet paper for 2 days in some. I always travel with my own toilet paper and hand soap. But that aside they did have some great perks like kid's activities, ice and wood deliveries to your site, and the convenient shuttle bus and beach passes.

For $96 ? - extremely terrible roads, grass so tall at my site we could no sit outside in the swing - I guess that makes it a premium site - only positive thing was the WiFi was OK. TOTALLY OVERPRICED!!

We loved the location. We loved the shuttle ! The staff is SO nice and the activities for families terrific. However. You’ve GOT to get the main bathrooms under control. Broken urinals and perpetual flooding in ladies is not acceptable. The fan dries nothing. The back bathrooms were great . Time to spruce up. We will return but found it a bit pricy

Campground was amazing. There was so much for the kids to do at campground and in the surrounding area. The facility were very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpfull. I will definitely be coming back here!

Very friendly and helpful in the store very nice people. There are plenty of new people to meet and to be around. Theres plenty of walking room to enjoy a nice long walk with your friends and your family. Its a very dog friendly place along with the other pets you may have.

We had a great time at this little campground. Plenty of activities (tie dye, arts and crafts, treasure hunts , wagon/fire truck rides), etc) for kids (we had four, ranging in age from 6 to 9), is centrally located and has awesome staff. Shuttles to downtown and beaches are offered. Real restroom facilities/showers. Definitely needs some sprucing up but we would definitely return!
