This campground was not up to the usual KOA standards that we have grown accustomed to since being a KOA member. The grounds were unkempt and we had two very unpleasant interactions with the staff. I am happy to provide more detailed information if you are interested. Thank you

Our site was very nice! The guy that led us to it was great! But there were some pretty run down icky looking trailers that looked like they had been there for decades. We had visitors and it cost them $20 a person to come. Mind you the only amenities available is a heated pool & shuttle. Nearby Mystic KOA has way more to offer charges $5 a car load.

Staff is very friendly. Free shuttle to town was fantastic. Lots of maintenance and clean up needed in the off season. Tight sites. Priced on upper end for condition of campground. French drains were strange to see. Many seasonals were dirty and messy.

The campground itself was laid out nicely - get to the pool and office quickly and easily- most of staff were very cordial and welcoming- a few were not. Disappointed how they charge so much for visitors - was told overnight guests were $20 per person but when I went to register them it was $30 per person because it was a weekend night - there was no transparency for that. Overall nice place

Michael was so kind and the campground is so peaceful with lots to do if that’s what you want or you can just relax by your campfire and read. Love the workers and owners. Really enjoy my stays. Will be back. Highly recommend.

Not bad. Could use some gravel on the dirt sites. Most sites are shaded which is a plus. Great service from the staff but they angle for tips which is the first time I’ve ever seen this anywhere. They even pumped us out on the way out. That deserves a tip for sure! Will come back but to a different site. Too bad they don’t let you select your site in advance. Most KOAs do.

Literally everyone was wonderful. Ashley, Marishka, Michael, Bubbles, Bob and John. They all go above and beyond and can’t do enough for you. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of spending Labor Day weekend camping with my family, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish! Everything was well-maintained and spotless, from the restrooms to the showers.The staff was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming and eager to help.and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Another fine stay at this campground, 10 days. Love seeing all the work they keep putting into this place! Can’t say enough about bubbles and John out in the yard. Mike and Ashley are both very pleasant in the office as well. See you all next summer!

We came in on Thursday evening after sitting in alot of traffic and were greeted by a very nice young lady. Then guided to our site by Bubbles who was also pleasent., we enjoyed our stay and our site (134a) Although we didn't have much time to enjoy the campground activities it was nice and quit. The only problem we had was the big camper with the lite up billboard on the end. We don't come camp

Great location and friendly staff. Free shuttle to beaches was great. Sites were spacious. Staff goes above and beyond to make our stay perfect. This was our first visit, We will return.

They are fantastic we have been going there for 3 years now and don’t plan on stopping are grandkids love it there plus are self and from Bubbles to John and Ashley they are great and each year we go they have done more work to the camp ground to make it even better before we even left this year my grandkids have already asked to go back next year and we are 3 hours away from them.so keep it up.

We had two grandkids with us (9&6 yrs). There was so much for them to do, including the infamous coin hunt! The staff was wonderful and accommodating. We will be returning!

Staff were nice. Pool and music jams were great. The coin hunting game was cute and the fire truck ride around the property was fun. Kids loved both. Glamping tent was awesome. My parents loved it and said the bed was very comfortable. Trash truck emptying the dumpsters before 8am was terrible. So loud. Play area needs improvement. Asphalt pad with weeds basically with games.

We paid a little more than $100 for an overnight spot. It was spacious and the staff were friendly. We read thru all the rules about dogs because we travel with 3 and felt comfortable booking our stay. There are lots of dogs when we travel and there has never been an issue but at Niantic KOA, we got no sleep because of someone’s dogs howling and barking ALL night long. No one quieted them down.

Nice folks, easy check in, took me directly to my site and made sure everything was ok. Nice shady site, pool, mini golf, fire truck rides, etc. Great place to visit. Just a little noise from interstate, but not too objectionable.

We stayed for a couple nights, it was our second time camping with our trailer and first time having full hookups. The staff was extremely nice and the place is very kid friendly and they go out of their way to make sure your kids are having fun!

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, a lot of activities going on, improvements galore since our last stay. Very impressed by the new pool. Only downside was children constantly running through the sites. I blame the parents for not teaching the children proper etiquette. Overall, though, we will be back.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The campsite is clean and organized. Tons of activities for the little ones and great price for the stay. We will definitely be camping here again!

Kids had a great time. Loved the pool and fire truck rides. Staff very friendly, personable and helpful. Only concern we had was a few small dogs were not properly leashes/secured by owners staying in a camper in significant disrepair. Was concerned for the safety of our kids and the dogs. Everything in else was great. Even store prices were very reasonable.

This KOA is amazing. Very clean, family oriented. It has the best vibes in a great location. I try to stop here everytime we travel the coast. One of our favorite.

We stayed at Niantic KOA for five nights. It's very peaceful here. We sat out by our fire every night. Our space was large and included a fire pit, swing, table, chairs, and a wonderful bbq/grill. I used the camp-provided showers. They were clean and each room had a private shower, toilet, and sink. A wonderful bonus, each morning the camp provided breakfast, fresh waffles, fruit, baked goods and more. There are great beaches to visit. A short drive will take you to Mystic, CT. If you're up for a longer drive, Neport, Rhode Island is worth the trip. Enjoy your time at the Niantic KOA where the staff is friendly and helpful, and the trees are beautiful.

Easy access off freeway, but no road noise. campsites were a little close together, not separated by trees but not as close together as some places I've seen. Overall very pretty and well kept. Bath house offered private toilet/ sink/ shower setup with a bench and hooks for miscellaneous, very clean and well kept. There is even a separate dog washing station! I also saw a laundry building although I didn't go in. Lots of other amenities seen but not used as we were only there for one night. People, kids, and dogs were all well-behaved. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I def recommend.
