Everyone was very nice , facilitates were well kept . Campground could stand updating its sewer system for campers. But all and all we liked staying there.

The best people! So friendly and helpful. Made me feel like part of the family. Beautiful bathrooms (nicer than mine at home), clean shaded sites, love the new food area and camp store. I highly recommend this campground.

The older bathhouse was horrible. Not clean and sketchy at best. Was able to use our own golf cart which is a plus but when restrictions and rules are put in place they should also be followed by staff. Driving a golf cart with a toddler on lap for example. . Dumping tanks upon exit and not aloud to add water into black tank is ridiculous. By the way our tanks where not fully emptied.

The service provided by the staff was outstanding! Firewood and ice all delivered to the campsite. Everyone was extremely friendly! Even got an unexpected black water pumpout just because. The campground does appear to still be undergoing some renovations though as there were areas that looked to be a bit junkyard like. We also couldn’t put mats out as they appear to be trying to regrow grass.

The KOA staff was excellent. Wish there was a pool but took advantage of the shuttle to the state beach. Brand new bathroom and sad to see unsupervised children destroyed them in 1 weekend. The kids clogged the toilet, ripped the soap dispenser off the wall, and the soap was all over the floor and sink. The same children were running through campsites playing flashlight tag, with no adults around.

The campground is close to lots of attractions. The entire grounds are very rundown with the exception is a new bath/toilet facility. One staff was rude - we understand the 5mph speed limit and yes, my husband was doing 10 mph- the employee was more than rude and obnoxious about it instead of asking (or telling) nicely the first time. You just don't try to belittle people.

What a great first time experience! We requested to be next to friends and we were put on sites facing each other which was perfect. Great activities to keep kids busy and entertained. Didn’t realize we could have been hooked up to gray water the whole time but we know for next time. Thank you! We will be back!

A wonderful campground with helpful staff. Shuttles into town and the state park were free and readily available. Highly recommended for all types of campers. Lots of activities for the kids.

It was a very pleasant stay. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Great proximity to Cape Cod & plymouth. Bubbles was a very helpful and pleasant fellow. He guided us and helped us into our spot and made sure that we had everything we needed. Staff here was very friendly and helpful.

Would have been nice to have bathroom/shower site nearer our site. Staff very nice, friendly, helpful. . Liked the on site store, convenient hours, shuttle service was great. Liked the level sites, gravel. Liked that there is gray water hook up at electric and water sites. Roads were a bit dusty and uneven for walking and a lot of noisy construction going on.

Very nice campground directly across the street from the Rocky Neck State Park trail head! Very friendly and helpful staff. We would stay again if in the area.

Another great weekend camping in Niantic/1-95 KOA, site was clean and ready for us. The staff once again goes above and beyond, very professional and excellent customer service. My granddaughters love going around collecting the coin for prices. Karen ran a great craft, she is excellent with kids. The fry dough was amazing.

We have been going to this campground for a few years now and we really enjoy going. I am so excited about all of the changes that are happening at this KOA. I am looking forward to our next stay in July.

We had just bought an old camper and needed an extension and adapter, they were so nice to let us borrow the set. Plus the town of niantic was darling and go to The Deck for dinner. A wonderful stay indeed.

The campground is in need of some attention. The property is not appealing. The staff are great. The grey water drains onto the ground, not healthy for pets.

We totally loved our stay! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Shower house clean and the water was hot! It was fun watching the firetruck and wagon rides for the kids. The early season flowers and hosta plants were obviously loved and well tended.

The campground was easy to get to, just far enough from I-95 to not hear the traffic. Our back in site was huge! Definitely would come back!

We had a great site. John and Bubbles were the best. My grandsons especially enjoyed finding coins to trade for candy.

Best KOA/campground I've ever stayed at! Owners & staff are outstanding: friendly, accommodating, helpful - need an extra hose/ forgot one, need a pump out, ice or wood delivered to your site? The grounds keep getting better/nicer every time we visit: beautiful gardens, clean, manicured, level sites. More offerings coming: snack bar & pool. A KOA to set the highest standard for all others! KUDOS!

Wi-Fi was excellent. Campsite was good. Location was good. Lack of black sewer was not good. Campground is in a state of rebuild. People are wonderful. This is the best in the area. Has some problems that are being worked. Would stay again if only for the fact that the host are working hard to improve things.

Glad you noticed all the improvements. All our projects should be completed by memorial day except for the pool. We upgraded our wifi last year and glad to hear it is working well!

The bathrooms were all closed except for one and it was to be used by both men and women. I waited 15 min to be able to use the toilet while some men were showering. The shower curtains were dirty, the space needs a total upgrade and some heat would be nice (54 degrees and only screens for windows). I have come to expect much better from KOA.

We apologize for the inconvenience as we worked through a clog in the main line for the restroom. Once our back bathrooms are open for the season these will meet all your requests.

Excellent customer services, all of the staff are very helpful, kind and caring. The sites look amazing. The new make over in the office really brighten up the place and makes it feel welcoming. Anything you might of forgotten at home you can find in the store. Mike and Ashley are such a joy to work with.

Campground was amazing. There was so much for the kids to do at campground and in the surrounding area. The facility were very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpfull. I will definitely be coming back here!

Very friendly and helpful in the store very nice people. There are plenty of new people to meet and to be around. Theres plenty of walking room to enjoy a nice long walk with your friends and your family. Its a very dog friendly place along with the other pets you may have.

We had a great time at this little campground. Plenty of activities (tie dye, arts and crafts, treasure hunts , wagon/fire truck rides), etc) for kids (we had four, ranging in age from 6 to 9), is centrally located and has awesome staff. Shuttles to downtown and beaches are offered. Real restroom facilities/showers. Definitely needs some sprucing up but we would definitely return!
