Tent site. No shade to put tent. I am a early riser too go fishing. So in the afternoon I like to take a nap but tent was directly in the sunlight and other place to Set it up. I left a day early because I was just frustrated!

Very nice site. Staff was very nice and cordial. As with most sites we stayed in the northeast the black water connectors have not been updated but the concrete block I carry helped remedy this problem. Other than that minor issue this is a great place and they offer free shuttle into town and provide you with a number to call for free pickup and deliver back to the campsite. Highly recommend th

We stayed at Niantic to see our grandson sworn in as a new USCGA Cadet. Your campground is lovely. We especially liked Bob and Bubbles, they are great camp hosts, always ready to lend a hand if needed. Will be staying here again.

Very helpful. Our Electrical cord was short and they insisted us by giving us an extension to use during their short stay.

Very friendly. It is a work in progress to bring it up to KOA standards. FREE Shuttle to town is nice amenity.

The staff was great, but the park itself was very disappointing from a visual aspect. Way too many long term or seasonal sites that look like crap. There are many rules for us social campers but apparently nothing for the long term campers. The long term or seasonal residences should be setting the example for a clean and well groomed camp grounds.

We were in a 40 ft motor home with tow, plenty of room big pull thru didn’t have to unhook. Looks like they are updating and improving campground. However they only have water/electric so little $$ for no sewer. They do have a dump and if you stay longer a mobile comes to site. We were fine for just an overnight stay. Staff is friendly, clean, cable, wifi little spotty. Great location.

Great visit, as always! Every time we come here, it feels like we are visiting family, everyone is so caring and attentive! Love the fire truck rides, coin hunt and the new bathrooms!! Special thanks to John and Bubba!

Nice campground. A path to the dog park would be nice and what little grass there was (in the dog park) needed trimming. It’s too bad some people don’t clean up after their dogs. The vegetable garden was nice. Some of the seasonal rigs need a power wash, and there were a lot of them. Nice to be able to dump the grey water. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

People were very nice our kids loved Bubbles who tossed out coins for them to find. The KOA seemed to be in set up mode, mini Golf was not set up, bath house was under renovation and was out of order for the time we were there. The new Pool had not been installed. Most of the activities are scheduled around the week end we stayed Monday to Friday. We did relax and we enjoyed the Beach passes.

Even tho their map shows it’s right next to the freeway you can’t hear the traffic due to the size of the park & surrounding trees. Very quiet park with a lot of new improvements. Great accommodating staff. And good place for children too with lots to do and daily fire truck rides. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Excellent customer service, Mike & Ashley did a awesome job redoing the office, so much more choices. The new bathrooms look amazing, can't wait to go back to play miniature golf, we got breakfast from the food truck and my girls enjoy there pancakes. It's great not having to cook breakfast sometimes. A big shout out to John for helping us out when we had an issue in our bathroom in the camper.

WE were greeted by a very unhappy and miserable young lady. Ever interaction with her was not pleasant. ALL of the other staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bubbles was great with the little guys and helped them when ever they could. John was very helpful with the TV connection and other items that we had questions with. We’ve been staying at Niantic for a few years now and they have been making amazing upgrades etc to the campgrounds. We’ve always enjoyed our stays and looking forward to more !

We had a great time. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had fun. They do not have a pool or water activity at the moment, but they are working on that. So we will definitely be back!

The campground was just OK. Niantic didn’t have too much to offer. The person who helped direct us to our site was definitely unfriendly! We did witness another guide to being helpful, but ours was not. The campground was a bit rundown and tired. We will not stay here again.

My son and I had a great stay this past weekend. We had a camper van. The site was clean and easy to use. The staff were very friendly. My son loved riding the fire truck. The shop was good and had some things we needed. It is also in a great location - by the freeway and by the beach. Would rexommend to anybody. Will visit again.

First visit. Appears you have done a lot of needed work to the existing campground, but still have a good amount to go. The site size was a good size. Also nice and level with gravel driveway. I hope to have another visit in the future. Location is convenient. But price for what currently appears to be a bit high..

Very easy check-in. I appreciated the assistance getting to the site and setting up from Bubbles. It was a very quiet campground, which was nice to unwind and relax.

This campground is really something special. The entire atmosphere here is really comforting. My wife, two boys, and myself stayed over fathers day weekend in search for a relaxing quite getaway and that is exactly what we achieved. My boys had a blast participating in the activities lead by the campground staff. We will definitely be back very soon!!

Looking forward to the added amenities. All of the team members that works there truly displayed enthusiasm and excitement about their jobs. The team really showed ownership to the campground. That was truly refreshing.

Love the owners and workers. They treat you like family. A quiet enjoyable, peaceful place to stay with a lot to do nearby. Clean beautiful bathrooms and sites. Can’t wait for my next stay on the 4th of July weekend.

When we made the reservation we asked for a spot that would be quiet. They put us in #134 which is backed up to a Condo complex ( government assistance?) They have a fence that runs down the stretch but stopped before it reached us. Therefore the kids were constantly running over and the parents were cursing and screaming all afternoon and into the evening. Would not recommend that campground.

This is our fifth year we’ve been here with a group of campers and every year this place gets new improvements, cleaner and is maintained well. Nice and friendly staff, thanks John, Bubbles. It was a nice campground to stay at with friendly and helpful staff. The lower rating is for the fact that none of the amenities we typically see were there or operational. There was no pool, no jump pad wasnt up and running, and the mini golf wasnt installed. Honestly if i knew these werent up and running i would have choose another campground in the area. Maybe i missed that in the info.

The campground was clean and the proximity to Niantic was perfect for us and our ebikes. The bathroom leaves much to be desired however.

Nice staff but crazy dusty and would never stay again since we couldn't put up our little dog fence. We have taken up camping to have our scotties with us... they need a place outside to play which our fence is wonderful for.

Very peaceful, quiet campsite; all the staff were efficient, friendly, check in was quick, guide took us to our site. The site was level a generous size and had plenty of shade and sunny areas. Once the pool is installed in July it will really help in the hot weather. The bathrooms provided are bright, clean and nicer than in some peoples homes. Our dogs enjoyed running free in the dog park.

Campground was amazing. There was so much for the kids to do at campground and in the surrounding area. The facility were very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpfull. I will definitely be coming back here!

Very friendly and helpful in the store very nice people. There are plenty of new people to meet and to be around. Theres plenty of walking room to enjoy a nice long walk with your friends and your family. Its a very dog friendly place along with the other pets you may have.

We had a great time at this little campground. Plenty of activities (tie dye, arts and crafts, treasure hunts , wagon/fire truck rides), etc) for kids (we had four, ranging in age from 6 to 9), is centrally located and has awesome staff. Shuttles to downtown and beaches are offered. Real restroom facilities/showers. Definitely needs some sprucing up but we would definitely return!
