This was our second stay at this KOA. Previously we were on the side of the park with the new individual restrooms.This visit, just a week later, we were on the other side of the park with the older bathhouse. The bathhouse was disappointing as it had roaches. This bathhouse is in need of some upgrades and pest control The Park is quiet, site was level & staff is very friendly.

We love it! Mattress, large screen TV and refrigerator, great to keep water and drinks for hot sunny days. We will be back!

We enjoyed are stay at Niantic KOA , loved the Glam Tent. Mattress was great and having a TV and refrigerator made the camping trip extra special.

I believe it is under new management and they are working to update. That being said they had some issues with drainage of gray septic. Went to drain our kitchen sink tank, and I had to open it just a little way, and turn it back off, or it would overflow the pipe. Took about half an hour to drain tank.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was fantastic everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. We have stayed in many camps over the years but have never felt so welcome the moment I went into the store to for directions I knew we made a good choice to camp here. Our shuttle ride into town is a great perk that we took advantage of. We are looking forward to our next visit.

I had a great time. Facility is great. All staff very friendly and took care of all needs quickly and efficiently. Showers are clean and well kept. I will definitely be staying there again.

We have stayed here often and have future reservations. Ashley and Mike are great in the office and store area. New bathrooms are nice, even enjoyed using the dog wash station last visit there.

Very nice staff and a lot of amenities that other koas in the area didn't have, like a shuttle bus for the local area and a snack bar. Will definitely stay again. Clean facilities but note that Connecticut doesn't allow black tank hook up at your site. Only gray.

We enjoyed our stay. The front office was very responsive. The guys that helped us get parked were great. It was fun to see all of the children enjoy the firetruck ride in the wagon ride. My only complaint, really, is that the laundry room was not clean.

We enjoyed this campground last year, but unfortunately after our experience this year we will not be coming back. The entire reason for this decision is the staff. Two different gentlemen on the staff were nasty to us. One accosted our 22-year-old kids about speeding (they were not) by blocking their path, shouting at them, then coming back to tell us about it as if they were children. Excessive.

Friendly helpful staff who you can call and have ice delivered. They offered to weedwack any parts you want on your site. There are plenty of things for kids to do. Private bathrooms are a good idea but I noticed some people trashed the bathrooms or did not supervise children. You probably need to clean the bathroom before you use it. Bring cleaning gloves n chemicals no bare feet

Long pull through was good, but disappointed no sewer hookup. One observation when staying at parks with many year round residents, the ambiance is never as good. This park had many year round campers.

It is a very family friendly place to stay. Between the owner and their family being so nice and accommodating our time there was awesome! I would highly recommend niantic KOA ! The activities, the updates they are doing are goin to be even more awesome. Cant wait to go back

The park is really high priced for what is offered. The price is the same as parks with many many more options in and out of the park

Please get the pool installed. The beach is much too crowded. The work campers were great! Sites were good. Near site 17 there is a berm filled with rocks that needs to be angled off so cars, trucks and campers do not hit it. It's a right turn there.

Clean restrooms and campground. Well-run and personable staff. Quiet at night - which is surprising given the larger number of campers. I really appreciate that staff cruise around in golf carts to make sure things are well. Liked that they escorted us into the site and made sure we knew about the accommodations. Great place for a weekend get-away. Will plan to book in the future.

I rented a site for my daughter to attend her mom's funeral. The people were accommodating, as we had several guests needing to simply stop by but not stay. Same for myself. I needed to stop every day to help them understand things with the coach. My granddaughter loved the fire truck and the coin tosses. On leaving I was provided assistance to empty my black water, even in the pouring rain.

This campground has made so many upgrades to the sites, restrooms and store. Can’t wait for the pool to be built. The staff here is always amazing and are willing to help in any way.

Campground was amazing. There was so much for the kids to do at campground and in the surrounding area. The facility were very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpfull. I will definitely be coming back here!

Very friendly and helpful in the store very nice people. There are plenty of new people to meet and to be around. Theres plenty of walking room to enjoy a nice long walk with your friends and your family. Its a very dog friendly place along with the other pets you may have.

We had a great time at this little campground. Plenty of activities (tie dye, arts and crafts, treasure hunts , wagon/fire truck rides), etc) for kids (we had four, ranging in age from 6 to 9), is centrally located and has awesome staff. Shuttles to downtown and beaches are offered. Real restroom facilities/showers. Definitely needs some sprucing up but we would definitely return!
