Everything was perfect, all of the staff was friendly and helpful. Our Grandson loved the firetruck ride, and the bounce house, the only thing a little confusing about the bounce house they were not blown up until another child blew it up, not sure if you were supposed to blow up urself. The coin hunt was a big hit, and the beach pass was perfect, great beaches to go to. Thanks for a great time!

We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Never heard the main road noise. The playground is newer, they will have a pool, and we prefer the bathrooms by the playground because they're newer, are a combination toilet/shower, and have a bench to put items on or to sit and get dressed. Plus big counter space! The free shuttle also helps. Friendly staff, and the coin hunt was a great way to involve kids.

The campground is very nice and quiet. It was very relaxing. The staff is awesome. They could not be more accommodating. We look forward to staying again next summer.

Campground staff were super friendly and helpful with any issue!!!!! We really enjoyed our stay and would have stayed longer if our site was available. Will highly recommend this place!!! We could see all the improvements that had been done and those coming!!

This was probably the first campsite I've been to in 2 years where someone's loose dog didn't come running up on my own dog. The campsite is easy and chill. Oh, and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Great place to camp using tents, fun for adults and kids. Staff was very friendly and escorted us to our spot via golf cart. They deliver ice to us too. Icecream social on Saturday night was a great 2 dollars. No pool 78 dollars to camp one night was kinda high, but we'll worth it. Bathrooms were very clean. Dennis

The Niantic KOA was Clean and well-kept.. It had many big rig sites that were level and gravel. Satellite TV worked on our site. Had a gray water dump on site but no black water dump. It had a small but adequate canine compound. Very close and convenient to the Niantic beaches. Free beach passes. Big plus! They had a shuttle bus that would take you downtown and the beaches. Easy on and off I 95.

We will be back but was very disappointed there was not a pool. With the large number of sites it would probably very crowded if there was a pool!

Michael and his sister Ashley are doing a wonderful job with this campground that is conveniently located near I95. It is very family friendly with many activities for children. The sites are gravel and very level. They have large individual public restrooms with great showers. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Once they get the pool in, it will be one more thing to do! Great place!

Nice site, great people. Everyone is so friendly even the seasonal people. Workers and owners are really nice. I love it there.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle bus made getting around town easy. Will stay here again our next time through!

Very nicely kept campground and the people running the place were awesome. Only drawback is no pool. We would use this campground in the future for travel again as its an easy on/off to I-95 with no road noise where we were on Site 19 and if a pool is built, maybe a full vacation spot.

the staff were extremely friendly and helpful when needed. The place was quiet. Wish there were more choices for back in sites, however, the one we were in was great. Loved the way the stones were layed out at the camp site along with the solar lights (NICE TOUCH).

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. We are actually in the process of upgrading some back in sites to make them easier to get on and off to allow for even more selection. We hope to see you back again soon!

There was a young girl in the front desk check in. She never smiled or welcome us. She looked like she didn't like her job. We forgot to return some beach passes and the young lady called us and to bring passes back before 12:00pm or she will charge $300. The next day we could not bring them back because of my husbands illness. passes was just laminated paper.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Guest enjoyed their time and husband even said it was his favorite KOA. Guest signed out two beach passes and was to bring them back by 7pm or be charged $150 which is on form. This is replacement cost. Gave until next day and even let them bring to other campground right near house and refused.

The camp office/ store was not handicapped accessible. They promise free black water pump out if you’re there at least 4 nights but refused to pump us out saying they already had even though on inspection it had not been pumped. Overall quiet until 8pm when they run a fire truck ride around the park for 1/2 hour including siren.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We do firetruck rides each night and they are only 15 minutes as its one loop and we use the horn and siren sparingly on the corners as the kids do enjoy it. We are a family campground and aim for fun memories for our young campers. You were pumped on Sunday when we went around the sensors can lie.

What a cool place Niantic is. KOA was very clean - plenty of space between your neighbors. Over the top customer service. Michael was so very helpful to us in suggesting places to eat - we went and there were very good. We purchased ice at store and they delivered to our site. We would be back. Didn’t us facilities there we usually use our own.

It was only an overnight stay for us. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We are a 40’ motor home towing a Ram 1500 and there was no problem getting to our site and no need to unhook the toad. There was plenty of room. We would return.

Glad you enjoyed our newly upgraded pull thrus from this year! They truly are some of my favorite sites very easy to get on and off for a quick overnight stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Niantic KOA as we had a spacious site, access to a very nice (new) bathhouse, the staff were friendly and helpful (especially "Bubbles") and the kids at the campground enjoyed riding on the Fire Truck and the Hayride which the staff supported seems almost daily. I have already referred Niantic KOA to a friend from CT who also camps in their RV.

Our camp site location was perfect. Secluded which is what we asked for. Everything was wonderful, our only complaint was the fire truck. The notice was loud and distracting upsetting the peacefulness of the camping experience. All and all we had an amazing stay.

Great free convenient shuttle service. Bathrooms need some remodeling. Nice area. Beautiful beach nearby by shuttle. The staff is VERY helpful. Ice cream social was fun.

I was extremely pleased with the service at this campground. Upon arrival, and a quick check in, someone brings you to your site. He even helped guide me in. When we were leaving, he was also at the dump station. He emptied my tanks. I didn’t have to do a thing. It also moved the line along quickly. Very nice place in a great location. Very close to local beaches. Nice roomy sites.

Very friendly staff and a nice spacious pull through site. Many activities for kids and families. I wish I had been staying for a few days instead of just an overnight. I would stay there again. The Ice Cream Social really hit the spot after a long, hot day of driving.

Absolutely great staff. I loved the shuttle to the beaches the campgrounds were really only good for a place to put your camper. There wasn't much to warrant the price except the location. I think it will be better when the pool is in.

They are working on the campground to make a lot of upgrades. The new bathrooms are beautiful. Quiet campground but nice place for kids. The passes to the beaches make a great bonus.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely feel to the camp ground, lots of thoughtful games and activities for the kids. Ask for a ride to the winery with Bubbles. Lovely washroom. Quiet (even for a Friday night) and quiet hours strictly adhered to. Our favourite KOA so far (visited over 20).

Very children friendly. Lots of activities. We stayed 3 weeks and our child was never board. Highlights hay wagon, coin search, craft time and fire truck ride. The staff was very attentive and available all of the time. Thanks for a greatvacation.

Campground was amazing. There was so much for the kids to do at campground and in the surrounding area. The facility were very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpfull. I will definitely be coming back here!

Very friendly and helpful in the store very nice people. There are plenty of new people to meet and to be around. Theres plenty of walking room to enjoy a nice long walk with your friends and your family. Its a very dog friendly place along with the other pets you may have.

We had a great time at this little campground. Plenty of activities (tie dye, arts and crafts, treasure hunts , wagon/fire truck rides), etc) for kids (we had four, ranging in age from 6 to 9), is centrally located and has awesome staff. Shuttles to downtown and beaches are offered. Real restroom facilities/showers. Definitely needs some sprucing up but we would definitely return!
