We love the Niantic KOA. The owners and staff are great! The campground is clean, very well maintained, supervised and safe. Everyone is friendly. Truly a great place to relax and enjoy life. Thank you!

Not up to the status of a regular KOA. Needs updating and roads are awefull. Not worth the price

Able to order pizza from camp store for delivery to site, free waffle breakfast, free shuttle to some local attractions, putt putt golf, several area attractions close by. Very friendly staff, very clean and well maintained sites, level as well, nice restrooms. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

This is a very nice koa. The grounds are very well kept, the sites are a really good size, the pool looked very inviting but the weather turned to cool for me to try it out. Overall this is a very nice campground. We plan on booking a few more days there before the season is over.

Great site, and loved having a shuttle to the beach. The only thing I could say bad is that it would have been nice for the food truck to be open during the week. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice stay! Nice campground! Only problem was kids a few sites down set off fireworks two late afternoons in a row and traumatized everyone’s dogs. Staff was notified and I saw them investigating the matter. Great staff. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Excellent stay! Very spacious tent site. Quiet and private. Morning waffles and pastries were fantastic. Everyone was very nice and there was so much fun things to do there. The bathrooms and showers were just right. The bees were a little annoying but overall great stay. If I head that way again for fishing on my little tub boat, this is the place I would definitely stay again. Loved it

We were there for 4 or 5 days, and the staff were very helpful and provided free shuttle to the local towns and beaches. This was very convenient so you didn't have to worry about finding parking. This KOA had very neat coin drop program for the kids. Cathy and I had a great time picking up the plastic coins and giving them to the kids so that they could bet something in the office with them!!!!

I had a great weekend camping with the kids and grandkids. We didn't want it to end!! The new pool and patio furniture and landscaping was such a nice surprise! Loved it and can't wait to go back :-)

The grass was so long on the site that we couldn’t see all the foot sized holes and by the end of the weekend everyone had fallen at least 2 times - very lucky that nobody broke their ankle. We paid 210 for the weekend for a very unkept site and a fire pit that was not built (loose brick that fell every 3 minutes) and no fire ring so we couldn’t cook on the fire.

From check in to check out the staff were all friendly and helpful. The campground is rustic and clean. It looks like a lot of upgrades have been done, and more are needed. The sites are a good size and the electric and water work very well. Everyone at this campground is happy and friendly and we had a wonderful stay. I asked for a site with specific criteria and they delivered. We will return.

This was the first time staying at a campground with my family. I was so impressed with how well it was maintained and all the activities for the kids. Ashley and Michael were so friendly and patient with my questions. We are already planning to return next year!

Excellent staff, facilities, shuttle to town and beaches. Nice to have coffee and breakfast options. Great for adults or families. Niantic beaches and restaurants were great. Loved the state park adjoining the campground for trail biking and hiking. Wished the roads were paved. It got very dusty walking.

We’ve been to KOA’s all over the country and the Niantic KOA folks stand out for their spirit of generosity and commitment to their guests good time!! Honestly unpretentious and genuinely kind.

It was pleasant. People were nice. Bathrooms were clean. The kids had fun looking for colored coins hidden around the campground which could be traded in for prizes. The campground layout was nice. The only issue was the cleanliness of the interior (as well as exterior covering) of the glamping tents.

The kids loved the park, there were a lot of activities for them. The staff is friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

This is the best KOA that I have visited. The people were very friendly, the site was perfect, they had continental breakfast, and the dog park was perfect size. We had very noisy neighbors that were spoken to about their noise without anyone having to complain. They were so responsive to make sure everyone enjoyed their stay.

The campground has certainly made improvements over the past 14 months since we were there last. Very nice and lots for kids to do. The problem I have is that you charged $10 for each guest. We had been gone for 7 weeks and my brothers and families came to welcome us back so it cost us an additional $80 for my family to have a cookout. We certainly weren’t going to have them pay that.

It was a last minute trip, and it couldn’t have been better! Ashley, John and Michael, along with all the staff, were accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The campground was clean, shuttle service amazing and pool was refreshing. We are definitely coming back.

The glamping was just what we needed for my daughter and the two grandkids, 2 and 5. There was plenty for them to do. It would have been better if my husband could have started with us too. There was plenty of room and the extra adult was needed. He stayed at nearby state park and came over as a visitor.

The office staff especially Delia were incredibly helpful and nice the whole time. It’s a quiet place considering its location. A little trash laying around but otherwise a lovely place and I had great neighbours.

This KOA is amazing. Very clean, family oriented. It has the best vibes in a great location. I try to stop here everytime we travel the coast. One of our favorite.

We stayed at Niantic KOA for five nights. It's very peaceful here. We sat out by our fire every night. Our space was large and included a fire pit, swing, table, chairs, and a wonderful bbq/grill. I used the camp-provided showers. They were clean and each room had a private shower, toilet, and sink. A wonderful bonus, each morning the camp provided breakfast, fresh waffles, fruit, baked goods and more. There are great beaches to visit. A short drive will take you to Mystic, CT. If you're up for a longer drive, Neport, Rhode Island is worth the trip. Enjoy your time at the Niantic KOA where the staff is friendly and helpful, and the trees are beautiful.

Easy access off freeway, but no road noise. campsites were a little close together, not separated by trees but not as close together as some places I've seen. Overall very pretty and well kept. Bath house offered private toilet/ sink/ shower setup with a bench and hooks for miscellaneous, very clean and well kept. There is even a separate dog washing station! I also saw a laundry building although I didn't go in. Lots of other amenities seen but not used as we were only there for one night. People, kids, and dogs were all well-behaved. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I def recommend.
